Dixy Chicken in Manchester

missing items from the order. called the restaurant who were extremely rude and said we were lying and shouting listen listen on the phone to us and then demanded we come to the shop to sort it out. never had a problem from here before but will not be using again due to the attitude of the staff

Ordered food and the delivery driver was sat a few doors down from my house for a good 10 minutes with his head down on the steering wheel so I assumed he was on his phone about to come to my door but no he didn't so I went to go outside to go to his car but no he got up and drove off. Waste of money spent £12 and didn't even get my food. Fuming

asked for a veggie burger, but got chicken, so couldn't eat it.

chips, wings, burgers all delivered cold. chicken coating tasted stale. very poor food and inedible

My order didn’t arrive in the first place and on the app it was showing the order has been delivered. not recommended

Horrible service. The food was delivered over 45 minutes late. I had to contact the restaurant a second time to get my order delivered. The chicken wings were so small. They looked more like pigeon wings than chicken wings. Also they had too much salt in.

Wrong drink, food looked as if had been picked at by a dog. What wasn't picked at tasted disgusting. Literally put the whole lot in the bin

Missing my cheesy chips and instead of 12 piece onion rings you gave me popcorn chicken which weren’t even cooked right through. My vegetarian girlfriend has gone hungry now because she can’t eat chicken. And the food was cold. I’m so astonished by the quality of food today as it was cold. I have never had a problem before with this restaurant

Had my chips all over my box making the box soggy the paper underneath the food was soggy so I couldn’t get any rice because the paper ripped off onto my fork. And my chicken was burnt

Very clean, lovely staff and it's the cheapest pub i have ever bought fresh orange juice and lemonade in, 1 pint = £2. Over a pound cheaper than I've bought anywhere over the last 2 yrs, all in all a lovely pub, outside seating area is clean and inviting 😁👍

Chicken was a little dry, chips were quite tough seem to be reheated, disappointed as Dixys usually prepare fresh to order

It is a beautiful and quiet pub where you can relax peacefully and have nice drinks. Also the drinks are cheaper than expected.

We ordered 30 wings to share as a family and it was the saltiesttttt thing I’ve tried in my life, it all got wasted, we couldn’t even force ourselves to eat it, it didn’t feel fresh either. Gravy and coleslaw was tiny like the size of a sauce tub. The wrap was drowned in mayonnaise, more mayonnaise than chicken.

Food was freezing. The supreme chicken burgers were literally just mayo.. I mean we couldn’t taste Or see the chicken cheese or hash brown because of how much mayo that was on them, the bread was soggy because of the overload of mayo. All y out could taste was mayo.. so disappointed considering I order from here a lot. It’s normally ALOT nicer.

Ordered a mega mix sizzler burger. Arrived caked in chilli sauce! Description on menu only stated mayo and lettuce. Rang to enquire this and apparently if it’s a sizzler burger it comes with chilli sauce! My understanding was the burger its self was spicy..couldn’t and wouldn’t redeliver. Nearly a £10er down the swanny!

This meal was beautiful, and when I want a dessert from this dixy chicken place, I think I'll get the oreo cake again. It's so creamy.

Had an awful experience in a bar further down from here, needed some cheering up and decided to come in here after walking past. The pub was really busy, but the bar staff were very organised, we were served in a couple of minutes, really friendly staff and patrons. Fantastic atmosphere, everyone was chatting to everyone and music being played got everyone singing along. Will definitely be coming back here, 100% recommended. Thank you for saving the evening!

This was my go to place until they put the prices up, and started adding a £1.99 service charge Aswell which is a joke, shame I really liked this takeaway, won't be ordering again!
