Absolutely disgusting food. Very rude stuff

I ordered through uber eats,peri rice position is the smallest portion I have ever seen they are using 650ml boxes but the rice is not even 50%of the box .I'm never going to order again , I'm sorry to say

delivery was delivered a few minutes outside the allocated delivery time food was not hot enough the cheese had gone cold on my pizza and chips were moist to make things better the drink was also warm.

Food was cold and chips were rock hard and also the grilled wings were not cooked properly and was raw. The food came 1 hour late. When I called them up they said that the Uber driver came late however on Uber you can check the location of the driver. The driver was sitting outside the Dixy for a good 40 mins they lied and said he wasn’t there. Then when I told them I have tracking of the driver they cut the phone. This Dixy doesn’t deserve to stay open. And should be shut down. The staff when I called them was rude and dishonest.

we ordered food but to the wrong address. we called the restaurant and tried to explain but they said that we ordered with just eat and not them?? we went to the address and asked if food came here but they said no. when we called dixy again the guy kept saying that the food was delivered but when we inquired about the delivery code he said there was none but just eat clearly gave us one!???? for this I'm leaving bad reviews on everything

This was the worst burger I’ve ever had. I ordered the Sizzler Loaded Meal, but it was undercooked, and the wings had a bad smell. Even the gravy that came with it had a foul odor. The food was far from fresh and didn't even followed the instructions. It was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it, and it ended up in the bin. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be purchasing from here again.

The order was over an hour late. I rang the takeaway around the estimate delivery time and was informed that the order has not even been prepared yet. I asked them to add in some garlic bread as compensation and they informed me that they will. But when the order finally came, there was no garlic bread.

I paid for my food to be delivered to my door not to have to come out of my house way it's raining the delivery driver just sits in he's seat not even trying to get out so I've add to collect it from he's car way he just give enjoy you're food I would of if it was delivered on time not 30 mins later

I ordered at around 1-2am and strangely had the estimated arrival time at 3am-3:20. Upon waiting, I decided to call up as it was getting past the time and was unsure due to no notifications or live updates. The person who picked up the phone was quite rude and persistent- lacking customer service. They told me and my family to wait up to 4am for the order as the "restaurant is busy". Later, I received a call that the driver was outside after continuous wait and after checking my front street and waiting there for a good while, I still didn't receive my order. As I was waiting at unreasonable times, I have only gotten round to reporting this disgusting service now for the sake of wasted money and not receiving my food.
