Order food it was cold chips wasn't cooked long enough and not happy with this take away

first off the “chicken” tastes like nothing, pretty sure it was pigeon. Asked for a burger with cheese, just got chip, over all 1/10 nice one kids crying

The food is shocking here got them wrong order and they was raw . Chips was soggy . Genuinely looked like it’s been soaked in the bath . The Pepsi even tasted awful . Not a good order . I will never order this again . We have waited 3 hours . Shocking !!!! Has to be the worst takeaway in the uk. Bulldoze the place !!!!

Tried Texas pizza for the first time and was expecting it to be average due to the price. I was surprised to find it was awesome. Fast delivery, hot on arrival and very nice. I only got pizza and chips but both were great. 5 star from me.

Absolutely gutted I've had nothing but good pizza from here and good service. I placed a review on here which I've now deleted which was 5* Tonight I fancied a pizza so I placed an order for 1 BBQ chicken pizza 1 BBQ meatball pizza and 1 Hawaiin pizza with no sauce on the bases I then realised that onion and peppers was on the BBQ chicken pizza so I called immediately to tell them to not put them on as my partner has intolerances The pizzas arrived and the BBQ chicken pizza was as it comes not customised at all and the BBQ meatball pizza was a BBQ chicken again normal 😱 I called the takeaway who wasn't very pleasant but offered to replace them. We waited half hour and called them back as it hadn't arrived I called again and they promised it would be here shortly again I waited another half an hour and they snapped at me...not a good idea!! I called Foodhub who was very helpful and they have arranged a refund. Sorry Texas pizza your food has been lovely but tonight you showed your true colours and I won't be ordering from yourselves again

Now called Texas Pizza & Chicken. The chicken wings used to be really good but since being taken over by new management they’re awful, no flavour and most probably cooked straight from the freezer. Quick delivery but given that I used to come here purely for the wings, I won’t be returning.

The wait time ridiculous. Almost 30 mins for a small order. It was not busy. The food lovely but they really need to review the timing on service.

Under new management now and we find the peri peri chicken wings shocking. We ordered the 12 box and only received 5. As well as this they tasted like bbq wings instead of peri peri. Was an amazing place before being sold

Hi. I wanted to describe my story related to this place. I ordered food from this place via uber after 7pm. When the food didn't arrive after 2 hours, I called the place to make sure it was on its way. I got the information that it is on its way and it will be in 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes of waiting, it was still gone so I called again. I was informed that the food was delivered but NO ONE COME TO ME WITH MY ORDER. After trying to explain, I was accused of wanting to cheat restaurants and get food again! They shouted at me on the phone that I was a cheat. After another hour, it turned out that the driver delivered food to my neighbors but not the neighbors next door. He made a mistake about 100 NUMBERS! After all trying to explain, I was finally apologized and got my food after 11pm but placed my order after 7pm. Food generally good, but dont order online. Sorry for my english :)

When our order came the order was wrong not got a coke with a meal and when I asked for milkshake I said strawberry and vanilla milkshake not two strawberry

Not only did it take nearly 2 hours for our food too arrive they also got our order wrong. Garlic bread missing! Kids drink missing! Pitta bread for 2 kebabs missing! Chicken strips was a chicken burger cut up! No garlic on cheesy garlic bread...just cheese! Will not be ordering from here again

It's a shame I have to give minimum of one star.. after the change of ownership I went for the first time and regret it. The food is average and the salad was just lettuce.. health and hygiene is not good either. While I was was waiting for my order,a man came and just walked into the food preparing area and to then dashed to the toilet and came out. When I asked him about hand washing His reply was he was a delivery driver and he got a special gel in the car. There was a elderly lady, a infant/child , mother and two gents in the food preparation area and they were talking continuously, no cap or mask. Iam genuinely surprised that the council has given them 5 🌟 (22nd January 2020). just wondering whether this score was with the previous owners.

Before dixy wasn’t good, but for the past six months a new owner came and after that everytime I ordered I had no problem and food has tasted great and came fast. Staff are very nice food service

This is the 2nd time we have ordered from dixy in the last 2 weeks and both times we have been very impressed by the quality, the taste and the customer service. Delivery was booked in advance and the driver was spot on time on both occasions. I can highly recommend this food outlet and will certainly be back soon for more tasty treats! We ordered food and sat down. One lady asked what I would like on my burgers. i said chilli sauce and lettuce please. She said no mayo ? I said no mayo please.I received my food and it had mayo in it. When I took it back to the lady, the other lady denies me saying anything like that. Then they spoke in their language about me, which I understood because I understand the language. Which I felt was very rude. They mixed up 2 other orders right infront of me and later messed up my one.

Orders 3 meals ....2 gravy .....only 2 meals come ...2 hours after ordering. Rang up told them wrong order still over an hour wait to send other meal.......wouldmt recemend this service ...

I met a chick at the pub across the road and we were having a groovy time. I invited her to party on down with me at my hotel. She eagerly agreed but as she was a large big boned individual she insisted I feed her before jiggy jiggy time could even be considered.

WORST TAKEAWAY EVER. Firstly got the order wrong, giving me half the food, had to ring up to explain there own online menu to them. Then when making amends of the mistake, rushed us gave us the wrong order AGAIN and gave us cold gravy out the fridge... didn’t even bother going back to change.. arrogant and petty

Its hit or miss. Quality has never been uniform. Some days are good whereas some days are just average. Not a preferred choice go eat.

Everytime fresh chicken and if they forgot something or you have a problem with food they .. resolve the problem and somthing extra for mistake. :)

Que pedimos desde aquí un montón de tiempos de entrega siempre fue rápido y correcto. Recientemente se tarda una hora y media para conseguir la entrega después de sonar para ver donde está. Conjeturo que se olvidaron de hacer el pedido. Cuando la comida viene de bits están siempre faltaban. El cubo de pollo estaba lleno de palomitas y tiras de pollo. 2 tazas de salsa 1 fue el otro era como suero de aceite. no sé si el chef ha cambiado o los propietarios, pero es terrible noe

Mi esposa y yo pedimos desde aquí un par de noches atrás. 1 comida hamburguesa y 1 x envoltura comida caliente y más alas. No dejar esta crítica a la ligera, pero peor comida que he pedido. Mi esposa tenía un par de bocados de su envoltura y binned, algo que no se hace en una década. Me comí la mía, pero yo soy una papelera, no quiere decir que disfruté, y tengo que decir que es el peor pollo que he probado. Las patatas fritas eran absolutamente horroroso. Básicamente nos encanta KFC, pero por desgracia no llega tan tarde en la noche, era un carajo entre este y Dixy. Orden de nuevo nunca. Normalmente defender pubs contra eta como comida de pub comentarios en scunthorpe no está mal, así que estoy contento, pero Dixy fácilmente es la peor comida que he ordenado. Lo siento chicos.

Well where shall i start.. under cooked chicken.. out of date beans in plastic tubs that we nearly eaten.. the guy behind the counter didnt have a clue what planet he was on!! Not suprised as he had a can of strong bow under the counter which you could clearly see... toilets are discusting not even the taps work properly... the whole place needs a god dame clean...its gone down hill since the last owners left... wont be using again ( VOID) IM REPORTING YOU TO HEALTH AND HYGIENE

Overly greasy, missing some chicken.

They were great when it came to replacing items to the value of the missing ones with other items in their place only problem I had was the chicken wings were cold upon paying for them everything else was fine

When my food arrived it should of been £16.47 and he said oh we will just round it up to £16.50 because the shop didn't give him the right change which I found quite cheeky. then the food was cold I ordered a sizzler burger and got a fillet burger. I also ordered a can of diet Pepsi and got diet coke when I order food I expect to get what I order and for it to be hot. I also believe I should be charged the right amount not oh we will just round it up. Won't be ordering from here again in a hurry

Took 2 hours on a Wednesday when it had originally said 45mins. When we rung to inquire the twice, the guy was just laughing. Delivery driver came, explained how they'd been playing hide and seek with kids, having a joke day and thats why they took so long. Food wasn't great, no sizzler in the sizzler burger. Not worth it.

I ordered a very basic order for myself 2 hours ago now. Just checked your website and says delivered at 8:30, (40 mins ago). No delivery to my address, I know that because I've been waiting for 2 hours totally starving. I'll be using AFC chicken next time.
