Dixy Chicken in Birmingham

Excellent chicken however a little too salty in the batter. However chips and service ie everything ok . Price is reasonable and portion size is enough to fill a stomach for a bloke. Clean shop which is massive bonus.

A fast delivery although the food was raw an had to put in air fryer to cook fully.

Really poor pizza, had everyone who had it throwing up one next day. Could have been other things but this was the last thing some are before going to bed. Poor pizza very small sized wings. To top it all off food came cold.

Serving what anyone would expect at a dixy chricken. Don't expect to receive your.order right away. They seem to get a large number of online orders to fulfil. So, get in line!!!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. I ordered the 30 piece chicken wings and every single one of them was a tiny flat piece, not a single drum in all 30 pieces. Total rip off. Save your money. When I spoke to the manager he was arguing back with me saying that all wings are automatically flat and you have to specifically ask for mixed when there is nothing in the menu saying that. The manager says that he doesn't care about any bad reviews but no one should eat here! Not worth it.

Horrible experience absolutely horrible, this place should be called the trash can or so , I tried it for the first time and I thought it will be a normal chicken shop or so but this place after eating their food made a absolutely sick as how horrible it was and undercooked or overcooked it was and also it weird taste it had that didn’t feel like chicken but something close to that, also it’s hygiene it is concerning and how it’s not kept clean or so, an experience to forget and to be avoided by anyone in the future.

I am genuinely sick of this place! i’ve been ordering from here for a while and the last few times my order has somehow gone completely wrong. whether it’s missing items! (usually drinks). delivery drivers stealing food (so they say - my thoughts are they’re not packing the food). they over charge on most things and most things come cold and stale but on this occasion, i’ve ordered (for the last time) and i ordered 5 lemon and herb wings! i then got 8 (ridiculously spicy) wings! i have a severe bad reaction to spicy food, so not only have i not eaten! but not even a bite of a wing has caused me stomach issues! then to find out uber eats won’t refund! so disgustingly disappointing

We ordered two 5 piece spicy sizzler wings. Wasn’t excepting much just you average wings and chips. However, this dixy’s is below standard. Like I’m telling you because the wings had alopecia only one out of the five wings was fully coated. The chips were rock solid and the texture was too stiff. They charged for sauces but there was none there. Many better chicken shops in the area wouldn’t recommend this one

By far the WORST dixy I’ve ever had. The chicken had a nasty rotten smell and was undercooked. The uncle at the till was very rude. If you want to waste your money, that’s the place to go.

Gotta say extremely constantly quality food. Its the best dixy in brum and these guys are always open till the early hours of the morning. The chicken burgers always have a nice flavourful coating. Keep costing the chicken like this I will always be a loyal costumer. Keep up the good work lads 👍🙏

Chicken bites which were supposed to be fresh were cold. Taken out from a bowl in the back. I was already assuming they would be cold. I only went int here because they are HMC approved and kids wanted a quick snack.

Rude staff worse dixys I’ve ever been to!!!! Ordered a loaded box meal burger with 1 piece chicken and coleslaw as a side. They do not add cheese on the burger, so I asked for cheese the staff was rude about this and said it doesn’t come with cheese I said I would pay for the cheese then he reluctantly said he would add cheese once I paid for it which I did, they still did not add the cheese even though they charged me extra. I asked for an extra mayonnaise sachet, again the staff were rude about this and began explaining to me that it costs them 20p a sachet. I told the staff member that I didn’t need an explanation and that I would pay for the extra sachet which I gave him 40p for one mayonnaise sachet. He laughed at me when taking the money off me. The fries were disgusting like they been fried in old oil had a burnt chemical taste to them. The chicken piece also tasted like it had been fried in old oil and was very tough and rubbery. The burger had hardly no Mayo or salad in it and also no cheese which I paid extra for.

Me & my misses eat here a few days ago, my food was o.k, chips were slightly over cooked, my wife's Peri Peri burger which was under cooked, and hot wings were too oily & seem to be old! Overall service was o.k, but less choices then dixy chicken at soho Rd were we normally eat from
