Direct Pizza & Kebab in West Dorset

Food was good as always, however i received a lamb donner kebab instead of a mixed donner..

prompt delivery and always good food. 5 stars

Delivery can sometimes take a little longer than expected, but it’s always worth the wait. You can tell they take their time to make everything fresh. Definitely ordering again!

Quality of food was poor, if the 4 meals we ordered none were finished

we had a large order and the only thing we would have to say was we ordered a beef burger and assumed it to be coming plain but it had cheese inside

Burger was great cannot complain, however hot wing were meh and they didn’t deliver my chips but would still order again (only for the burger) 👍

Disappointing - I would not recommend. There was a long wait for the food. (1.5 hours) When the food eventually arrived, the chips were soggy and the other items were cold.

An awful experience. Chips were chewy and you couldn’t even eat them. I received the wrong burger and we were minus a can of Pepsi and this was after an hour and a half wait for delivery.

First time ordering here as wanted try something new, I ordered 2 hours in advance for food be here at 8 and it arrived at 10 past. then we had items missing from our order. our chip boxes were barely half full and by the time the shop sent out missing item everyone had finished so no not for us

Order from this place and turned up it had been delivered 1 hour before and I was not called the worst customer service I have ever had man was rude and ended the call on my then wouldn’t answer worst place the food isn’t even nice had to put it in the microwave as well because of how delayed it was definitely do not recommend and over priced

delivery driver was rude when dropping off food. I was not aware the food had arrived as the app was still saying being prepared so I didn't hear the knock as I was upstairs.

Do not order from here unless you want half your order missing cold. Rude staff over the phone. Dirty food. STRONGLY ADVISE. Stay away

would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs, food always late, wrong orders, reheated food, very rude on the phone and ended up with food poisoning once the food actually got delivered 3 hours late with no great apology just a free bottle of opened coke !! Very disappointed and will not be returning here or ordering again !!

My order was incomplete I noticed this at the point of delivery and informed the deiver who said that he would let the guys know that the order was incomplete I was expecting a call from the restaurant to address the issue. I then tried to make contact to the restaurant with no success. I then tried to address the issue with Just eat and they where no support.

I ordered a garlic bread pizza with no cheese- it came with cheese. I also ordered mixed doner meat and didn’t get mixed.

Admittedly our delivery was late but my partner and I will stand by the opinion that the food here is absolutely fantastic. Hopefully the late delivery was a one off as we’ve not had a problem before and they’ve always been incredibly reliable. A fantastic chicken shish - highly recommended!

We use these quite a lot and usually have good food every time. Last night we ordered the chicken sandwich with extra mushrooms which we paid extra for but they were missing. Other than that nice meal

Easy to order. The kebab meat is lovely not thick and fatty with oil dripping out everywhere. We use this shop now whenever we have a takeaway. Very nice food. You also get a free item when you spend a certain amount. You get the choice of free chips or a big bottle of fizzy drink. Delivery always on time and the driver is always polite. Definitely give this shop a try

I ordered a large doner meat on chips from the shop, the chips were reheated from a previous order, when I complained he said they were freshly cooked before I arrived, really!! The lamb donar meat was very dark brown and overcooked on the grill again when I arrived he re-lit the burners on to cook the top 6 /8 inches leaving the bottom very dry and crispy. When I got home to eat it the chips were very hard and crispy and the majority of the donar meat was very dry and chewy, not a very pleasant meal, sadly not an establishment I will be returning too in the near future.

for the price pretty decent food. wraps are good and would defo go for then again. not 10 out of 10 but no one needs that when it's late at night and you are hungry, for what it's worth dman good

Ordered 2 x chips and cheese got just chips. Asked for little chilli on wrap and it was soaked with chilli. Complained and told to go through just eat which the restaurant then avoided now having to go through PayPal. Not the first time wrong order with attitude when ring up

Asked for cheesy chips got plain and that’s the 3rd time and chips where over cooked and to much salt

Be prepared to draw a picture if you want to get your order correct. I ordered 3 kebabs, he even showed me the printout and yet I still only received 2. Unbelievable.

Donner meat was dry. Too much sauce. Chips very greasy.

I had been waiting a long time after being informed my order was on the way so I called up and was told it was 6 minutes away, 22 minutes later it arrived, cold and soggy/ sweaty. completely cold and soggy kebab, even the meat was cold and had no colour like it has been boiled. andy cheesy chips were stone cold and had cooled that much that it was a brick of fries incased with cold hard cheese!!! absolutely disgusting, I threw most of it in the bin. a long wait for an inedible cold meal! Awful!!

Rubbish food, burnt meat, forgot some of the order and then offered to bring it out in an hour! Wouldn't refund.

Lovely food cannot complain, I wish that when someone orders a side salad it would be good to have the options of which salad they would want. 10/10!!

Took two and a half hours to get here. I rang the restaraunt after an hour to see where it was. They said it was on its way. 30 mins later I rang again and they had previously lied and it was still waiting to be taken by the driver. Alright food but it was pretty cold and part of the order was wrong.

meat in kebab was nice. unfortunately it was absolutely smothered is garlic sauce. the meal was mostly sauce completely ruined it.

Ordered chicken donner, got donner meat, called this place, told that the order is not correct and been asked to wait a minute so they will call back but they never did, it shows how they treats customers.

2nd time ordering a doner and 2nd time of lovely food. Meat was spot on, right amount of chili sauce and it arrived hot. And thanks to the drivers, they managed to find where I live. It can be hard to find! 10/10 👍

Very tasty burgers, usually get a kebab but changed it up and very impressed.

food was burnt. had the mixed kebab and all 5 meats were over cooked. chips also tasted like they'd been reheated

If you like burnt food then this is the place for you. Ordered the special kebab, 5 types of meat, all burnt! Chips also taste like they've been stood around for a while then warmed up again. 1st time ordering, will not return...
