Awful customer service with poor English and them hanging up on me mid-call repeatedly when asking for support. As well as missing items on a semi-regular basis. Food itself isn't bad but poor service and reliability of items.

Very impressed! This restaurant has the fastest delivery in town. I ordered via Deliveroo and the whole process of my order took only 20 minutes. All the dishes came hot and delicious with very cheap prices. (I usually order a burger, chicken nuggets, chicken dippers and onion rings but the BBQ chicken wings are also good choice!) This restaurant became my new favourite without any hesitation.

This place doesn't and can't provide halal food.

This is the third time our order has not been filled to what was ordered every time coleslaw is missing .. ordered extra garlic and herb sauce which when delivered had exploded over the chips

Stay away, used uber eats to deliver, order never made it, i was told to go and collect the order. Person at store shouts and then hangs up the phone. In short, they are thieves, stay away!

While walking to our Airbnb from touring Canterbury we picked up a pizza to bring to our kids that had stayed back. We got a half pepperoni and cheese pizza. Took maybe about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting time for them to make it. The guys were super nice inside chatted with my wife for a little bit and then double cut the pizza for our kids. The pizza was pretty good wasn't the best we've ever had but it definitely hit the spot. If we were in this area again and needed some takeout we wouldn't hesitate to go back to direct and pick something up. Thought their prices were reasonable, food was good and everyone was very friendly.

Been using Direct Pizza a few times a month for about a year. Always delivered fresh and hot and never had any problems. Cheaper and better than Domino's with plenty of choice.

Ordered off just eat. Didn't confirm my order for ages. Minimum order £25, way to much. Nearly £5 delivery, pathetic. Over priced for the quality of food.

This was first dinner when we came to Canterbury. Up to now we’ve been bought it over five times delivery . Fortunately experience is good. Strongly recommendation this one pizza (picture 1).

Just used this restaurant again through Uber Eats, direct pizza deliver themselves. It was just about the worst puzza I've had in the last 5 years. Cheap garlic bread that tastes luke it was bought from Aldi for 49p. Soggy pizza base and greasy, which is pretty hard to achieve on a thin crust pizza. It was luke warm at best by the time it got to me, would have been warmer if I heated it up with a torch. Stark contrast from my last review. I don't think I'll be using these guys in future.

Awful service, rude staff and robbed £15 off of me and didn’t bring my order, scam do not order from them.

The pizzas are always hot and fresh and made with home made dough.

Ordered an extra large pizza, large one came instead, and was just about cold, over an hour later.

delicious pizza, better than dominoes as I find their pizza to be too rich and makes me feel slightly sick after eating. I really liked Direct pizza and delivery was super fast! Only problem was the pizza being slightly cold but a quick blast in the oven improved this.

Ordered online, food NEVER arrived, and I was still charged? The restaurant used the excuse that they couldn't get into the building despite the fact that I waited outside and no one turned up, and my phone number was given, so they could have contacted me? Very irritated and somewhat confused? Hoping for some form of resolution I suppose?

Poor service, rude staff and full of lies when we phoned to see where our food was. Don't waste your money on these and order from one of the other more reputable companies that will actually deliver what's been ordered.

Ordered a pizza on the local app, an hour later called, to be told that my order apparently hadn't come through, ordered again, to be then told after waiting another hour by the rude man on the phone that "they werent doing deliveries today" despite closing hours being an hour later, atrocious and unprofessional, may be the latest place open for food, will never order from again.

Ordered two large pizzas, two medium ones turned up, late cold and squashed. The next day I complained via JustEat and apparently the restaurant said my complaint was invalid because it was the next day (despite my still having a pizza and the small boxes) and that they arrived 15 minutes earlier but no-one answered. This is a lie. The driver said nothing and had not called as per. Been a regular customer, but they’re evidently dishonest, cheating cowboys. Stay away.

Ordered 1 1/2 hours early online. The pizzas that arrived were nice, only thing is they missed one. Driver sopke to the take away who advised it would be 20 minutes for a re delivery, 40 minutes later it arrived by which time my friends had all eaten. NOT impressed!!!

Sometimes the order is wrong (forgottrn drink & pizza size was wrong) but I put it all down to them being busy it happens. Otherwise food is very fresh & well cooked

Manangement crazy, they pay around 200£ per week for 60 hours. Reported to authorities. The owner is mad. thinks his employees are just useless animals.

The worst meal I've ever had chips I use that term lightly, were rubbery and cold, the burger if that's What u can call it was vile, like drinking a bottle of oil, never again, had 2 pizzas also for our son's they looked delicious, and actually tasted nice, little to much Greece but pur boys loved them, but never will I ever be ordering again from here £41 later 2 burgers down the drain 2 lots off chips, awful only reason u got a star as the boys enjoyed their pizzas

I went in the other day for the first Time and was shocked. Most of the staff were smashed with the manager wobbling around without any uniform on. When it came to pay it took them 3 attempts to use the card machine properly. When I final got my food well over 30 minutes later it was extremely greasy. Whist there another customer who had been there for well over half hour too ask how long it would be and they started getting in his face telling him to stop being aggressive, me and my mates had to step In to defuse the situation. Overall shocked, definitely never visiting again!!

You have made my evening. Quick delivery, little bit stingy with the tomato base however the service was 10/10, price was decent and it came piping hot and quicker than expected.

Order from here regularly now when craving a takeout as foremost the food is exceptionally tasty with great portion sizes, so the restaurant offers great value for money. The pizzas I have ordered have always had very little grease and are not overly doughy or dry like many other takeouts, and there is a large choice of toppings to pick from. The burgers and chicken wings are also highly recommendable. Equally as my girlfriend is a veggie, whenever we have ordered sides to accommodate this - mozzarella sticks and cream cheese jalapeños in particular - these have always been highly satisfactory. So they have plenty of choice to suit different dietary requirements. Also my orders have been on time thus far, which is always a plus. Overall a very happy customer.

Terrible pizza was under cooked and very greasy which was a shame because it could have been good the feature of adding your own toppings is a great idea. The pizza actually gave me a stomach ache. Wouldn't recommend unless you have access to a toilet!!!! YES it was that bad

While their food is generally of high standards, their hygienic practices has to be brought to question.This one in North Gate, can be bad.One lady used her bare hands to pick and place a slice of bacon onto the grill.She had very long hair which was very untidy.I complained and was told she was a new member of staff who was not used to that role.Many a times you see non -staff members behind the counter and it turns out to be just local girls waiting for their delivery driver friends at the premises.Go at your own risk!
