Too much chip spice otherwise nice as always, delivery driver was very rude when my wife politely asked him to reverse his car so she could get into driveway after patiently waiting with indicator on which he looked at her & made a phone call instead

great service . forgot an item and quickly brought me the item fish and hot .

Food is normally amazing but tonight it was luke warm due to late delivery so wasn't as good.

We were staying in a b&b and ordered a pizza after a show.Unfortunately the place we were staying didn't show up correctly on the system. They called and were great on the phone. When our food arrived,the driver had walked from down the road because of bad traffic,so our food wasn't really late! We had a 16" margherita pizza and it was delicious 😋. Highly recommend to everyone.

Have ordered from Dinos in the past and their pizza were always great quality. Their quality has dropped so low, I'm unwilling to re-try them going forward. Never mind delivering the wrong order!

Not a 1 star but dont think ill be using them again, VERY NICE BUT… have the option for food to be delivered at certain times so i selected a time only for it to turn up 15 minutes after ordering (not the time i selected) and my order was wrong i called to ask and just got told what do you want doing for your next order. Sorry this isnt good enough very disappointing to say the least

Ordered food via the order yo-yo dinos app. Paid online money pending but taken from balance only to turn up at the takeaway and no order has been received by Dinos. Third time this has happened. No help from order Yo-yo the app developer no help from Dino himself absolutely shocking for a customer of over 10 years to be treated this way. I will take my business elsewhere.

The guys always do great food, never had a bad meal. Always hot and cause I order regularly the delivery drivers always say hello. Thank you for great food always, and shout out to the drivers :)

arrived 50 mins earlier then asked , just arrived home to cold food

Great place, we only nipped in for a quick meal as me and my partner were going to the cinema. There was only 3/4 other tables with guests however the food was great and the service was attentive. The worker said that he rarely got the time to go out as he worked alot. As we had time constraints i asked how long the food would be until it arrived, he said 2 minutes and it was concise. He did forget the drinks however they came over within a minute after asking about them. He seemed a little stressed but he was clearly a passionate individual. A quick heads up from me to any future guests would be to try the meatballs and the pollo pizza. The pizza sounded as though it would be rather simple, as on the menu it said chicken and garlic. That being said the pizza was truly amazing 😍. We did leave some of the meatball sauce from the starter as a dip for the pizza and it genuinely enhanced the taste. The cost is also worth mentioning as it was fantastic value for money. I hope the server reads this and it makes him smile.

I only dropped one star because my pepperoni pizza was burnt. My husbands Dino special was perfect. I think they must have gone in together and obviously his needed longer. Otherwise always delicious food from Dino

Never had a bad order and been having food from here since it opened, last night ordered two New York burgers and 2 cans of pop, the chips were freezing cold, the burgers had no sauce on them they were dry, not a lot of salad, very disappointed

Food was stone cold when it arrived. Also asked to provide extra money to the delivery guy because it’s outside their delivery area even though we’d had it delivered before. Won’t order again

Listen I got a chicken burger and fries and when I say I didn’t eat dinner I didn’t eat dinner the food was banging large portion of chips and the burger was just perfect crispy outside soft chewy inside I asked for garlic butter in it with garlic mayo and some lettuce and a hint of hot sauce also took 15 mins since I do live next to it but it’s just banging with a great workers affordable prices and also if getting it as a takeaway so you get it there’s also a few comfy leather seats to sit on !!!!!! I recommend it’s me and my mum love the food from Dinos and Dinos himself is a great lad!

Just avoid. Rip you off. Food late. Get told one thing then they back track - food stamps … good luck claiming. Rubbish service.

Shocking service. Had stamp card, used it. Was cheeky Tuesday .. just eat apply it automatically. Called by the restaurant to be told not allowed. Order cancelled. Called them again to ask how to cancel cheeky Tuesday. Got told all ok. Waited an hour. Cancelled again when it was expected to be delivered.

Every was hot and exactly what we wanted. Delivery was a bit hard to determine but other than that will 100% order again.

Just ordered again :( I ordered at 17.43 food arrived at 19.00hrs Pizza was cold Wrong drink delivered Ice cream had melted I rang 2nd time to tell them exactly this in which they asked if I wanted another order in its 19.30 at this time so my answer was no thanks! First time ordering 👍🏻 2nd time 👎🏼 very disappointed to say the least £17+ for nothing!

As fast as always, the deep pan pizzas are incredible.

Delivery took 2 hours after ordering at 5.15pm. A burger and a cold garlic bread. I live less than 2 miles away.There is no situation where 2 hours would be acceptable. Lesson learnt. Never ordering again.

Food was delicious, Piping hot and enormous portions! Delivery was 20 minutes early so can't fault. Perfect!

Didn't eat the pizza as i left a note asking for mushrooms instead of peppers and this wasn't done and i hate peppers so didn't eat

ordered a burger does not say it come with bacon on it. it arrived with bacon for some that's a bonus but not for me and the driver forgot my drink. but food was hot

The burger was bland. The pizza didn’t seem like a thin crust, it was very doughy not nice at all, very over powering herb taste.

Ordered kebab pizza cheesy chips got 2 texts saying would be late , that’s not a problem it happens but the food was cold husband put his in the oven I left mine the chips were that cold the cheese hadn’t even melted it was just grated cheese on chips , haven’t ordered from here for awhile , thought we’d try see if was better , unfortunately not

Good pizzas but unfortunately the order was wrong we ordered a Marinara and got a Margherita

normally I love this restaurant, orders the meatballs and pasta, way way too,much garlic to taste anything . The pasta texture was like it was out of a tin and the meatballs where just mush no balls about them just meat mush (not sure if it was meat to be honest)

got delayed twice and was still out of the estimate. The driver was nice tho :)

Love the new menu and new items - tried the veg carbonara and it was soo good! However I wish it told you what veg was included or give you the option to add/remove. However I now know to ask to remove certain veg next time. Nether the less was delicious. Boyfriend said his burger must be new produce as it looked and tasted different, but again said it was a solid 10/10.

Ordered a Dinos special which says “a bit of everything” , I was expecting something special , kind of like a meat feast with bits of other stuff on , but it was peppers onions and loads and I mean LOADS of dried mushrooms on top maybe a few pieces pepperoni on. So wasn’t happy . Can you be clearer in the description please because that wasnt a bit of everything!

Never ever put a bad review in and have been ordering from dinos for years. Ordered food at 8:20 and food came at 10:20, not sure if there was a Leeds match on which is why there was a delay? Delivery driver quite rude and said to make sure I have my mobile number on the booking because he’s not coming up to the flat. Dinos have always brought it right to my door so I’m not sure what’s changed. I did also ring Dinos and tell them the number was incorrect. Food was lukewarm by the time it came. I

Don't bother! Ordered a pizza, still waiting an hour and a half later, so cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Don't promise what you can't deliver.

The food was over cooked burnt. But when it arrived it was cold. And staff had the cheek to call me up and ask me to pay extra for delivery as they said we were out of there normal area

was spot on little one tried the popcorn chicken this time I had to pinch abit and it was lovely the mixed dinner calzone fed 2 of us it was huge

most likely driver but the toppings were all off over 50% of the pizza. like the pizza bag was sideways in transit, had to scrape the toppings back onto the cold pizza.

Have been ordering Dino's regularly for years. They have a big, varied menu and do it all well. Food is delicious, delivered hot and quickly by friendly delivery drivers. Prices are fair and portions generous. Love the pizza.

Orders over £25 receive a free garlic bread???? Despite spending £25 and putting in comments section still didn't get the garlic bread for the second time. Food wasn't very warm either
