I had plum lemon juice and i loved it!! Will be back!! The young gentleman was nice to inform to wait a little as they pushed out orders they had. He was also honest when i ordered my choice and i said it was all fine. Like i said i love it!..if you are into sour flavours go for it. With others conplaining about slow service in the reviews...this is food and beverage service..be patient..if you want it any quicker make it yourself.

Slow service. Takes 15 mins even with only two people ahead in the queue. Not worth the wait. Standard bubble tea but you get to wait in the sweltering heat in a non AC mall for ages.

I’ve suffered through every Bubble / Boba Tea place in town, because I have a pre-teen daughter who just loves this fad for lumpy squash. (If you haven’t tried Bubble Tea, I warn you now that it’s not kind to your wallet or the environment- it comes in disposable plastic cups, with plastic lids that you pierce with a fat plastic straw.) Anyway, I can confirm that this is the best Bubble Tea place in town. Mostly because you can sit down to drink the tea on a proper chair at an actual table. They even have a customer toilet. The other places expect you to stand in the doorway and probably expect you to use that as a public convenience too. Ding Tea is inside Kings Walk shopping centre, with the counter dumped unceremoniously on top of the little round window that was originally designed to showcase the medieval Holy Brook. It’s a pretty enough Tea shop, with an arch of Instagramable plastic foliage, faux marble counters and funky chandeliers. It’s certainly appealing to the teenagers who love Bubble Tea. It’s insanely popular, with takeaway customers queuing out of the door and Deliveroo constantly popping in and out. There’s an extensive menu of teas, hot and cold, with adjustable levels of sugar and ice and a choice of fruity pearls. Staff are pretty helpful. Tea costs around £4.50, don’t buy a round. It loses a star for being so incredibly cold though. I imagine the high glass ceiling and rising electricity cost makes this unit very difficult to heat, but it doesn’t make it pleasant to spend an hour here in February. They could at least get a small heater on the go. Bring your big coat (and your big wallet).

Poor quality and service, £3.70 for a SMALL black Americano (ie no milk or skill required) should be amazing but far from it. Just a plain old Starbucks coffee. Served with monosyllabic generally grumpy lady who sadly doesn’t enjoy her job - my advice, go to Costa!
