wrong items delivered half the breakfast amount delivered not good enough

Was always in here for many years. Popped in the other day to see if it was the same, great it was, good choice of food, everything was hot and tasty and fresh. The staff are very friendly and pleasant quick to serve you good and get your food to you, the place is also very clean, will be going there again 😀

Just what it says on the tin, a friendly little cafe with good staff and a nice set of regulars my parents used it for years but sadly my mom passed away. My dad still uses it and always feels comfortable and happy with the service and regulars.

Very expensive for what we had. Sent back the baget as it was so hard it was impossible to eat. The jacket potato was very powdery and the skin again was so hard it was impossible to eat.

Excellent food the best cafe in town food delivered with care and still hot delivery driver happy and friendly.

I had the full monty breakfast. I thought that the menu's needed a bit of a refresh. The black pudding tasted minty. The food and tea went cold very quickly. Was disappointed the breakfast didn't come with a drink for the price. Thought the lights were pretty in the windows and the tables seemed clean and empty.

Always have to visit here when in walsall the girls are so welcoming always have a great laugh and the food is just the best a proper old fashion cafe 😊

What a absolute shame this must be Walsall’s oldest and now under new ownership The place needs a full deep clean and even thou its had a makeover it just looks really cheap and dirty we ate there Christmas Eve and it was so lifeless and dull Food was ok but please please restore this cafe back to what it once was Maybe some music in the diner would help give it a better vibe

Disgusted when I asked for menus there was a dirty paper menu in front of the counter marks all over it should of walked out then ordered one small breakfast and a large one not much difference when they came very poor for the price won't be going back there not the place it used to be when I use to go with my mom what a shame

Ordered Full Monty breakfast which arrived stone cold. Absolutely disgraceful that a cafe could charge and deliver a cooked breakfast stone cold, it must have been sitting in the tray for a long time, never again.

Asked for strong coffee,it was like like hot water.Ive had coffee all over the world and can honestly say this was the worst. We walked out and left it.Also noticed she wiped the nozzle on the coffee machine,then proceeds to wipe the counter.with the same cloth.!.

A lovely local cafe in the heart of Walsall, easy to get to and wheelchair accessible for those who may need to know. An incredible sizeable menu with pub-grub like fish and chips, burgers, and of course many options in breakfasts, sandwiches and extras to add. Service was wonderful and attentive, took my order well and the food came out excellent! Appreciations to the team that serve and are busy cooking with love back there. Local community was friendly, nice dining area inside and out, so plenty of place to sit, picked up a busy crowd when I stopped by, and you can see why in the food :) I had a toasted breakfast sandwich, with bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, hash brown, and cup of tea to finish it off! Hearty and fulfilling, I didn't want to leave a bite on my plate. Self service for the condiments so customize to your liking there. Great prices honestly, everything under £10, lovely decor inside too! Appreciated find and stop by today, they were open till 4pm which is great for if you want a later breakfast/lunch. Thank you again yall

Food was cold Didn't eat all off it Ok quality Not worth the £10 for thefull montey spoon full off beans n tea spoon off tomatoes bacon wasn't cooked properly Over all disappointed will not b ordering here again sorry

I had fish and chips and a bottle of lilt with bread and butter.. fish was tiny, the lemon wedge I got with the meal was bigger than the fish! Asked for mushy pease, got garden peas.. got charged £1.40 extra had to rectify this. This meal cost me £7.80 with a bottle of pop and that’s with the fish and chips on special! £2.20 a bottle of pop. What is happening!? I once enjoyed food here so thought I’d give it a whirl after a while.. never again!

Lovely bacon and sausage sandwich with an added crust dipped in the meat juices. A proppa old fashioned flavour in nice clean modern surroundings. Will definitely try again when next in Walsall.

Used Digbys for 1st time today, breakfast was delicious, good portions and delivered hot. Definitely will use again.

Just in town and decided to grab some food. Great little cafe with lots of space upstairs. Service is pretty quick and food was nice. Don't forget to grab your knife and fork. The tables and booths are a little worn but it's a friendly vibe and when you start talking with the locals, you soon forget it all. Toilets are upstairs and seems not many people use the tables and booth upstairs. Classic cafe and with the hot chocolates and milkshakes, well worth popping by. Enjoy.

Called in for breakfast sandwich whilst out and about. We ordered a BEST,a cappuccino and a tea (both large). £15.10 was the price. Sandwich was lovely,however when I looked at the receipt we had been charged a standard price for a bacon and egg sandwich then £1.40 was added for the sausage and tomato.....each. Fair enough if this is how it works in there but you really should explain this when ordering. Very expensive for what it was. Please let your customers when ordering that you don't do a standard BEST.

Very pricey for a town centre cafe,payed nearly 22 pound for 2 double egg sausage and chips ,4 peaces of bread and two capa...coffee,s.l know things are going up but not yet ,last time I go here...

Great coffee shop with good food.

Good location as near the main high street in Walsall. Plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor as well as an upstairs area. Prices are good and what you would expect in a cafe. Friendly staff and food was nice and didn't have long to wait.

I had a full monty breakfast it had no black pudding it was so small for the price that was paid. Didn't have any fried bread in Ordered a sausage sandwich which in with it was 2 sort of fried bread that was supposed to be with the full monty. Not happy at all won't be ordering again

I don’t know what’s better, the food or the staff. Absolutely love this place and continue to go there all the time. Best bacon sandwiches on earth, all the staff are lovely every time I go :)

I ordered 5 full monty breakfast the bacon wasn't cooked the black pudding wasn't cooked in the middle and the egg had no yolk on all of them In total we also had 10 toast with the breakfast which was burned and also very disappointed and its shocked us as we have eaten from here before!.

What's not to love . Staff are lovely place is spotless loos are great food is always good.

Had a lovely day with several family members and double push chair. Digbys was highly accommodating and very helpfull. The staff really added to our meal by being so kind and friendly. They mad a cookie coffee milkshake and it was one of our best. The chips where very fresh and hot. Very lovely cafe and comfortable Thank you staff and Sorry for any mess from the little ones. Was a little shocked to see the negative reviews as our experience was very much outstanding and we wish to come back soon!

Hot pork and stuffing bap was really tasty and the breakfast sandwich was good to. Can’t fault the food at all and I’d really recommend the place for a good quality takeaway sandwich. It could do with some improvements on the inside. Digbys wasn’t what I was expecting when I stepped inside from the outside it looks more modern but inside it could do with a bit of an update and the smell of grease is quite strong. Staff where very friendly and welcoming and the place was clean inside..

Food and service really good as well as plenty of room with an upstairs area

There was four of us and we ordered a fair bit of food and loads come out. It was nice little cafe with a friendly atmosphere the only downside to this place was the seats falling apart and the sausages looked pink still inside.

Placed and paid for order breakfast sandwich egg was overcook not nice. Cold sandwich ham and cheese to find they had no ham paid for ham and cheese but needed to get to work so had to take just the cheese

If you’re in Walsall Town Centre looking for somewhere to eat Digby’s is the place. You have a choice of eating outside in a nice eating area, inside in a spotless cafe or upstairs in a cafe area that resembles a diner. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is great. There’s a pretty extensive and reasonably priced menu of food and drinks which you don’t wait long for after ordering. As traditional cafe’s go Digby’s take some beating.

The café displays a "Wait to be served policy" at the till. Digbys used to be a brilliant place to meet up for coffee and a bite but has been slowly slipping in service for a while now.

Wow its 2019 and they haven't got a vegetarian option... the waitress actually looked at us as if we had asked for a 3 headed dinosaur.

What an experience, no vegetarian option( take the meat off) and pay the same for half a breakfast, no vegetarian sausages, ridiculous
