I went there but they were closing at that time

Ordered the king Kong meal great service & and great taste value for money would recommend and will ne ordering again .

I ordered this online and food arrived too late and chicken was just chewy, i waited over 1hr and 50 mins for this to come,wings were drenched in lemon and i couldnt tell the flavours, then they threw in really low quality free cookies i spent £25 on 2 meals and i really regret it

Tried ordering from here but the driver was unable to deliver my food. I waited 1hr 30min before i even got notified that the driver was on his way then a further 30min until i got a call from the driver himself, he couldnt speak basic english and was hard to understand. He couldnt find my location and doesnt know how to use a sat nav by the sounds of things and then after 10 minutes of me trying to tell him how to get to my location he said "im so sorry i can't find it" and hung up and cancelled my order and if he did manage to get here the food probably would have been cold. Id advice that if your hungry dont order from here as the food wont turn up until ur about to pass out due to starvation. Best hope Marcus Rashford doesnt find out about this place 😬. From a starving child waiting for some munch. (Edit) The resturant has replied to me and accused me of swearing at the driver which is lies the driver was given directions of where to find me aswell as the name of the road to put into his satnav/google maps but he still couldnt find my location and then he huffed and puffed and hung up the phone after saying i couldnt find you. This resturant is full of lies, instead of teaching me how to "behave" teach ur drivers how to use a satnav and not lie!

Had a pizza and it wasn’t good. Clearly very cheap ingredients used. Inconsolable

Excellent. It's perfect, halal and tastes fresh. It's premium, not them type of knock offs you get at most "gormet" burger places nowadays. Full of flavour, and literally came within 20 minutes of ordering. Would definitely recommend again 👍

Absolute dissapointment. Will definately stick to sultans going forward. Customer service was the only thing I am giving a star for here. Even that was far from perfect. The food prep was slow The food undercooked. And they made me feel uncomfortable whilst ordering and seeing my order being processed. They kept looking at me weirdly as though they wanted to spit in my food but couldn't since I was looking at what was going on. Says its halal and newly managed by a sikh family, so will have to question if this premises actually sells halal food. Definately amateurs. I can only urge Muslim brothers and sisters to buy elsewhere. Goras in general may like your food, but I have sussed you guys out on your quality which is below standards. Why is the premises so cold, please put heating on. And get a door closer, the draft doesn't help the atmosphere. Such dissapointment .. Really am shocked. .... 😱😭😭😭 Theirs a saying, "don't knock it until you try it". Well I have tried it and conclude how rubbish the food is. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Food was cold. Waited in store long enough and still received cold food. Donner meat and burgers clearly weren't cooked fresh. Fries are very oily and the smashed patties cheese that you're using are very overpowering with a dairy taste.

If you want to order hare make sure you have plenty of time. One order takes 25 plus minutes. Asian owner keeping lower staff and even one member of staff is on delivery all the time.

I’ve ordered from here on numerous occasions and the delivery has ALWAYS been 20-30 minutes later than initially advised. On this occasion however, and what prompted me to leave a review, was the 2 hours it took to deliver 4 burger meals! I cannot complain about the burgers, as they were decent and they usually are. But the fries have always been over cooked. Today, I’ve had to get rid of half the fries because they were cooked to a crisp! Might have to find a new burger joint.

I’ve eaten from here when it first opened it used to be ok & now the food was horrible it had no flavour,way to many fries & they taste so cheap,no gloves & way over priced considering you can’t meet standards making a decent meal with love & effort & quality over quantity not quantity over quality!I’ll be sticking to my usual Mak Halal best service ever you should try for yourself.

I have food from here on previous occasions and the burgers aren't bad. But this time around I was put off by watching the staff prepare the food. No hygiene consideration. No gloves on hands, touching food, phones, tables, clothes etc and and no washing inbetween. No face masks while preparing food. These are simple things that require little effort.

Burgers are absolutely delicious, the flavourings are spot on and the quality is always top-notch! Very friendly and helpfull staff as well...But it is very pricey though which is why I am giving 4 stars other than that it is a great burger shop

One of the best burgers I have ever had (and I've had them all over the world). On top of that the food is consistently hot and tasty. Never had a bad experience. Just work on the fries and you'll have a top tier restaurant. Keep it up. Ps. A spicy burger would be great too! 🔥

Didn’t deliver what asked for apparently they changed the menu and was blaming deliveroo for it the food was cold and cheese out of date and customer service was poor they weren’t reasonable at all what a disappointment.

Probably the best meal I've had of just eat very good chicken meal the Piri Piri fries were very nice the chicken was grilled and tasted delicious will be ordering from here again would definitely recommend

Never been before and I asked the lad behind the counter what's good. He pointed me in the direction of the double whooper. All the staff were friendly and helpful, even brought my food to my car save me waiting around in the shop. First impressions were it looked a bit small and at £8 for a meal deal, like many former girlfriends, size wise I wasn't impressed. However, combined with the generation portion of chips it was definitely substantial and filled me up. Chips could be crispier, but they tasted good so no real complaints there. Would definitely try again.

Never ever buying from there again kids with attitude no customer service, fries where overcooked burgers quailty is poor someone needs to show them how to cook food properly and price is way too high!!! Change the name to whoop burger and add an extra £2.00 haha. I dont know who been putting reviews on here but I thing they where drunk very very poor all round

We've been ordering food regularly. Food is fresh and far better than our local place. Kids love their fries and burgers. Staff is friendly and calm including delivers. Delivery is sometimes delayed but other times got delivered in just less than 20min. Burger sauces and taste is very good. Got our free burger oth!! Will keep ordering!

Quality munch! The flavours were spot on. All cooked fresh on ordering. I walked in & was about 20mins wait (100% worth the wait) but most people order ahead then collect or get delivery. Had the double chicken wopper meal and a portion of wings(6). The algerienne (orange)sauce was bang on. Will be going again in the future!! The customer service was really good too.

Awful experience from start to finish. Sorry to say my order was wrong and cold. And the bits we did receive were not cooked properly and still raw in places.

I went to order a Gourmet Cheeseburger. Was advised the burger is small and to order Beef Whooper meal which I did. I was really let down with what I received. The burger looked and tasted like a standard Cheesburger which i could've got from any Kebab/Chip shop and for half the price. I can see reviews of people complementing the burgers Maybe they ran out of their Fresh patties on the day when I ordered. The shop itself nice and clean and staff were friendly but for what I paid I didn't get.

Ordered the Gourmand deal with a cheese burger, the cheeseburger is more like a slider, maybe 40g of patty tops, pressed like a biscuit. Flavour was ok but nothing to make me want to make a repeat visit, especially at the silly prices they charge. The same patties are doubled up in the gourmand + a chicken fillet and x4 patties on the flame grand, overall not impressed. Fries were holding oil and brown, probably the oil needed a long overdue change? As for the sauces, bottled mass produced sauce and not an in house preparation, Algerian sauce is available at a lot of local shops so nothing bespoke or unique, if anything it was a knock off of the original algerian sauce (Narwhals Algerian Sauce) which can be bought at most local ethnic shops now. Mediocre experience overall.

Spent just under £40 on food for the family yet the guy behind the counter tries charging me 25 pence per tub of sauce and didn't offer any sauce tubs with my order. Any other place I've been to offer free sauce tubs yet this is the only place which doesn't. You're not going to go bankrupt when handing out dips. I can't eat the fries plain, you man don't even put salt on the fries 😂

Not good as the first time, didnt offer the special dips even when mentioning on the notes.

Meh, guess being busy really takes away from the food, a lot to be desired hopefully improves over time.

Service was good and quick with friendly staff and high quality food. The packaging is also sustainable, using paper bags and wraps for the food. Would highly recommend!

Was recommended their smash burger by the person taking order. Overall decent beef patty burger, but nothing special. Fries were the thinner type similar to what to get at Mchalal’s etc. But it took them ages to make the food, guessing we came during a busy deliveries period.

Average burgers and fries that you get from most fast food places. Nothing special if your hungry you'd eat here or elsewhere. Won't order from here again.

First and last time ordering ordered a double cheese burger food came cold bun was not warmed up at all burger was tiny and dry definately would NOT Recommend

Would’ve given it a a Zero but no option, food was mediocre, burgers were stone cold and over a pound for sauces what a joke! very rude no customer service skills, . Made to wait outside for 30 mins whilst still only being 9.45 not like they were run off their feet as the place was DEAD!! Can safely say won’t be returning.

My hubby came in at 6pm this evening waited 20 mins for 2 burgers and this is how mine came out. This is absolutely shocking and disappointing. I wanted no lettuce and no sauce but this burger is shocking.

First time I ordered food on a busy evening it was slightly above average, burgers were mostly correct, and fries were fresh. However I ordered a second time on a quiet lunchtime and the food was subpar. It was quite clearly not fresh, fries were stale and burger buns were dry. Not what I expected since the store was not busy at all. Disappointing for the amount of money spent!

Absolutely loved the food was prepared to a 5 Star standard, This is what we all been looking for to see food being prepared in front of you can definitely see the Grillers are On Point with the Love and Care taken when Preparing The Food. The double beef whoppers were nice and tasted fresh, did want the peri peri chicken burger but had finished (hence the 4 stars) other then that the staff were polite and food was prepared on time overall enjoyed it and will order again, hopefully get to taste the peri peri chicken burger 😬 next time!

Ordered the flame smokey and the Peri Peri Whopper. Order arrived early which was good. The flame smokey was cooked to perfection and the turkey rashers were tasty. The kids liked the. Peri Peri burgers. Wanted to take photos but the food disappeared before I had the chance. Will definitely order from here again.
