Es un poco un Tardis. . mucho biger por dentro de lo que esperaba. Cervezas decentes, buen ambiente y buena música, incluso en días de partido. Definitivamente recomendado.

The night I was in the atmosphere was pretty chill. They serve a kind of Asian street food fusion, which normally I don't care for, but I really enjoyed what I had. If I were in Birmingham again, I'd consider going back. The cider I had seemed really expensive, though.

Nos topamos con Digbeth Works después de ir al Digbeth Dining Club y qué lugar tan encantador. Buena selección de cervezas y cócteles. El personal era amable y los cócteles eran increíbles. Bar encantador y tranquilo.

Si vas a un concierto en el instituto, o trabajas en Digbeth, este lugar es perfecto para tomar una copa. . . Digbeth ha estado llorando durante años por un lugar previo al concierto que no sea la antigua corona y desde este lugar parecen estar apareciendo constantemente, pero obviamente ninguno está mejor ubicado en el lugar. Ambiente agradable aquí, la decoración es moderna y bien presentada para parecerse más a un bar de mercado que a un pub. Tenía algo de comida del menú de tapas, bastante básico, pensé. . . . todo sonaba mucho más emocionante de lo que realmente era. . . solo mucha comida marrón, sin mucho sabor o textura, sin aires y gracias. Parece que el menú ha cambiado un poco ahora, y para ser honesto, estaba interesado en probar algo fuera de la red la próxima vez para poder volver

Chose to eat here as reviews seemed good and it was close to the venue we needed to be at (parking easy on side streets). Modest menu and I was a bit dubious about how good it was going to be .....however there was no need to worry as my Katsu Curry and side of stir fried veggies was delicious and I soon emptied the plate! My husband chose the wings and dirty fries which he said were very good too. Very fair prices for tasty food, would go again.

Only popped in for a few drinks after meeting a friend waiting for a coach ..... A quiet Friday morning .... Served by who I'm guessing was the manager ... Talkative , friendly and engaging .... The place itself looked fresh , prices were good , drinks were good quality and well served !! Next time I'm at The Institute I'll definitely go in again , or if I'm meeting my friend from the coach station .... A brilliant place with just the friendliest service !! Stunning !!

i've come to leave a good review of Digbeth Works. i had about an hour to kill in birmingham as i waited for my coach and this lounge is ideally located very near to the coach station and so it was a good place for me to wait. i ordered a coffee and took a seat at a table, comfy chair. the decor was lovely, toilets were clean and modern! the staff were super friendly and chatty,and i liked the music playing. if i'm ever waiting for a coach in birmingham again, i'll stop by! thank you

Digbeth needed an independent eatery. The food here is delicious. We went on the recommendation of another friend and we were delighted ... They do a great value tapas style Thai menu alongside the traditional Thai favourites ... The freshly cooked food is fragrant and piping hot when it arrives... cue food envy 😂 We loved it and hope that it’s around for many years.

Popped in to get a drink as we were passing - turned into three (maybe four) and some dinner. The food was good and portion sizes were perfect for us. Decor was understated and tasteful, a comfortable place to while away a couple of hours. The staff were the best assets here. Cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Barman made a mean Gin and Elderflower Fizz!!

Visiting Birmingham for a party at The Engine Room, on the walk from the Travelodge (China Town) stumbled across this neat bar. It was early, so a little quiet. Delighted with the beer on offer, but also the food. Cool selection of street food from Asia. We decided on Pad Thai and Drunken Chips. I really enjoyed the PT pretty authentic in my experience (travelled to Thailand several times), my brother thought the DC excellent. All plates cleared. Decor is based on an industrial theme. Staff were helpful and interested in our experience. Unlikely that I would return to Birmingham (that's not a comment on the city, just a logistical one!!). If I did, this bar is definitely one I'd return to.

Recently ate here with a friend, we had the Katsu Chicken which was over cooked, The portion size isn't that good either, the taste of the meal was okay but nothing to rave about.

Went here after a concert and have to say it was a pleasant surprise with good food and they went out of their way even though kitchen was just closing. Friendly staff and good selection of drinks. The live music and atmosphere was excellent, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

As above, food was good, but not, for me, outstanding - I've had better and worse to be fair, for the money, staff are very good, friendly and efficient, the place has a nice décor, plenty of accessible sockets to charge your 'phone / ipod whatever, I'd recommend it, would return in fact, but would not go out of my way.

Went to an advertised Gin tasting night with friends. What an amazing venue! So relaxed and chilled. It was Beefeater Gins delivered by Harry the rep, he was amazing very informative and knowledgeable, we tried several gins and mixers my favorites were Blood orange and Beefeater 24. The proprietor of the bar Victoria served us canapes that were divine what a fab touch to the evening. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I will be going there again and real soon! The food menu is superb! Well done Digbeth Works! At last something different to enjoy!

Such an amazing restaurant, incredibly friendly staff and super good food. 5 stars no question. Do yourself a favor and try out this place, definitely a must try here in Birmingham!
