Dice in Croydon

If i could give this club 0 stars i would, it doesnt even deserve the one star just for me to leave a review! I dont usually leave ratings unless something has really bothered me. Me, my sister and my friend decided to go out for Easter Sunday to let our hair down, none of us had seen each other for a long time. When we got to the club, my friend went over politely to let the Secruity thats doing ID Checks know that she completely forgot her ID BUT she has it on her phone AND the two of us had our ID also. The Secruity man turnt round and said “ No i’m not letting you in but if you came in with men i would of let you in” so he was being sexist because if we had a couple guys with us he would of let her in?? Even after that nasty comment We tried asking him very nicely if theres anyway at all he could let us in he said no. So we walked away and my friend said it was fine for us to go in she will just go home. We felt so bad for her, but i knew of the organisor and wanted to see if he could do anything so i said to her to wait in the car, i will let you know if theres anything he can do. Me and my sister then went back again (bearing in minds we had our ID) and then the same secruity guy said to us “ Oh so you left your little friend” and started to laugh! So at this point i personally was not laughing with him and the comment was uncalled for. I didnt respond to him so all i said was “ Heres my ID” he turnt round and said “i dont like your attitude”! I said “What attitude, i just said heres my ID”. He turnt round and said “yeah you aint getting in”!. I actually couldnt believe it ive never in my time of going to clubs have ever been turnt away from the doors because of my “ Attitude” after he was the one that made a uncalled for comment about my friend. So he then turnt to my sister and told her that she can go in. My sister was confused she was like “ but im by myself, i dont go parties without my sister” He said yeah thats fine i dont care. I told my sister to just go in quickly and look for the organisor of the party that knew me. My sister even said to the secruity “so your actually not going to let my sister in, and let me go by myself in the club” He turnt round and said “ am i sensing attitude also”! My sister just didnt say anything and long story short he let her in by herself and she was the youngest one without me! (Organisor was not there and we left to go home) I have never received such terrible and disgusting treatment. That Secruity guys behaviour was shocking! And i will make sure i will leave a review about this place on every platform! Please please dont go here, i will never step back foot in this club again! I work hard and so does the people i came with to be spoken to like we was nothing! Theres other clubs in croydon. We also paid £11 for this event for this guy with no actual training to be on the door or trained on how to speak to people to just turn us away. Dice you really need to pick your staff wisely thats representing you, he has massively let your club down, its the fact that he used being on the door to make himself look bigger than what he was! He is a let down to Dice and i only wish i had his name so i can let everyone know. Please do not waste your time and go here! I have a very large following so ill be warning others also. I now have the trouble to try and get our tickets refunded!

if you enjoy music and dancing then it is great for you. cheap drinks to enjoy a night out with friends

This is by far the WORST bar me and my family have ever been to! If I could give zero stars I would. First of all the place looks like a dungeon and stinks like a lavatory! The seats have urine stains all over them and also stink of urine of course. First off all we tried to buy a drink at the bar and was very rudly told that it's table service only (probs due to covid) So we sat down for about half and hour and still no one approached our table to serve us, the table right in front of us who came after us got to order and got served before us! Eventually somone came to get our order and of course took about 20 mins to being us 3 beers baring in mind there were 6 people at the table infront and were recieveing fast service. Came here to watch the football with my friends, my nephew also had another table booked here with his mates, he decides to buy me a drink at the bar and asked kindly to send it to my table he was then being accused of lying and said 'you dont have any family here, shut the f*ck up and stop lying" baring in mind my nephew was not drunk at all hadn't even had a drink himself yet and he was absolutly horrified to be THREATENED I quote: "if you don't sit down right now I'm going to punch your lights out!" The match had a few mins left even though our night was totally ruined by our horrifying experience we thought we would wait till the end to speak to the manager, not sure if she's the manager but a women names Farrah came with so much attitude it was unreal as we explained the situation, totally unprofessional! We then explained the situation with the security staff who then told us that this was not the first time something like this had happened with that male staff! I mean that is just ridiculous that they have kept on such a horrifying bully to continue to work! So to sum things up if you want to go to a bar were you want to be threatened and treated so atrociously and be in a surrounding that is like being in the public toilets then this is the place for you. If not then please avoid this place at all costs, this place needs to be shut down it is tired now seriously! Shanaide.

My friends and I went to Dice at night time its a pretty good spot good mix of music. the drinks were good and the vibe was nice

Had my 50th birthday here and had an amazing night out, people are very friendly and will definately be going back again, i travelled from my home town to make it special and thoroughly enjoyed it with my 2 daughters dont forget to take photo id if u go in evening or you wont be allowed in,

We did a cocktail making class for a hen party we bought off wowCher for £8 each we had a separate section of the bar for us the staff were lovely very cheeky chappy type guys made us feel comfortable there was music so it was a real feel good activity worth doing

This is one of my favourite clubs in London your always guaranteed to have a great time here the music is great and so is the vibe I love that it's small and intimate my only suggestion would be that they invest in fans because it gets hot when you dance all night like me.

Cool and cheap during Happy Hour (4 -- 7 Monday to Friday) ! £2:50 for a pint - got to be a good deal. At 5on a Friday the bar was fairly quiet so sat at bar. Staff friendly and efficient. A " cool" sophisticated atmosphere with good sounds.

unless you are willing to bride the bouncer or are one of the 'man dem' you won't be allowed in this dive. Dice? Roll on boxpark & Westfield! These developments will finally give the hard working people of Croydon a decent Friday night out

, everyone always seems happy. The wait on a drink is roughly 3-4 minutes even on a busy noght which considering how busy it gets, its amazing. They never seem stressed and are always on point with customer service.

A friend and i hd a great evening at Dice on their cocktail making class. Our "teacher" JAY was very informative, patient and entertaining. It was a great experience, you actually go behind the bar and under the guidance of Jay make your own cocktail. Great fun.

Cheap drinks. Good music with nice atmosphere. Good security as well. Best place for a cheap nigh out in croydon

Came here on a Saturday to watch the football (as one of my favourite pubs in Croydon has recently stopped screening it). Was impressed by the amount of tv screens around the venue. Pretty much a 360degree choice of seating. Was not impressed with the (lack of) service. I run a pub myself and understand that busy is busy. But the staff showed no effort to serve customers in order and were extremely rude when they did eventually get round to serving. The menu is a simple pub snacks menu (a good idea for a bar that thrives on football trade) and should be easy to prep. Our nachos were absolutely vile. When we enquired with a member of staff we were just snubbed with the answer 'that's just how they come'. Management seemed too busy setting up for the evening's nightclub trade to care about the customers at the present time. I will not be returning to Dice and recommend that anyone else planning to watch the footy over lunch finds elsewhere to go! My advice to Dice- stick to being a nightclub.

Dice is a great night club with 3 floors with great club nights on Tuesday,Thursday,Friday and Saturday such a good night out

Whooaaa those cocktail were delicious !!! Great venue and it's a huge surprise that there's a place in London where you can still grab a pint for £2.50!! We went for the afternoon and was greeted by the owner and the barman on duty called Jermaine. He was going to be the teacher for the day, he was polite, courteous and friendly. He was fun. The owner was also there and chatted to us for the duration, and accomodated our music tastes. The cocktails were fun to make, and we got free shots! The venue is very nice and cool with TVs in all the sitting alcove, there's a bar upstairs and another room downstairs. We were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it all went, the bar food was delicious which was odd I since normally they can be soggy and over cooked. Went down a treat. I will be going back with a bigger party of people for the cocktail class again as worth every penny and the staff was amazing. It's a shame this bar isn't ib my hometown as I would be hanging out there and making it my local ... Brilliant afternoon .. Thanks guys and Well done both :)

Decent bar for sports terrible venue for club like events. Employees paticularly at the door are whatless the (by the name of roy) is completely deluded. If your aiming to have a good night out go to tiger instead, the venue is fantastic.

Great place in Croydon London, they show all the sports on 50 screens, great drink deals, and they turn into a club on Friday and Saturday night. Friendly staff, well worth a visit

Fab! Staff are amazing polite and friendly. Good selection of music, good range and mix of people that go. Security are good as well, whenever there is trouble they deal with it quickly and effieciently. Been on a tuesday evening and a couple of saturday nights. Club does not get to packed aswel so plently of room to dance. Drinks are cheap only cost me £1 and a abit for a vodka and coke.
