Amazing service and an amazing pizza. Very homely atmosphere, I can't recommend this place more. You must try their pizza.

We order Dicarlo's Penne and Spaghetti Carbonara approximately twice monthly. I usually give it 5 (five) stars. Dicarlo's deserve 10 (ten) stars. These two (2) dishes are superb and delicious. We highly recommend Dicarlo's and the two (2) dishes listed above.

Expensive for what it is. Large pizzas are smaller than a large elsewhere. Flavour is nice but every time we’ve wanted to order the mixed meat pizza (cannot recall its name) it’s out of stock.

The food is good but the customer service was very disappointing. They packed 2 portions of pasta meatball and 7 pieces of chicken wings into one flimsy paper bag which ripped and all the food fell on the street minutes after I left. The lady owner refused to replace the food stating it would cost her too much. The kids were left hungry until the new order came from another restaurant. Neither myself or my friend will ever use this restaurant again.

Man this food was good. If I had ordered directly it would’ve been better but I ordered via Deliveroo so it came cold but once heated was amazing. Best pizza around. Has the meat pizza & a Nutella pizza

Tried to make an order for delivery but i had a question so called. They hung up on me 4 times, i thought is was my phone line until someone answered hello then hung up on me again while i was talking. I guess they don’t like money.

Lovely authentic family run business. The quality of food is top quality. Especially loved the spicy pomodoro penne and cig kofte. For the price it is absolutely amazing.

Got a takeaway bolognese, was very tasty and very reasonably priced but I’ll be honest it was just too salty. Definitely would come back/recommend. Staff friendly and place looked super clean.

This is the best pizza I have ever had in the UK. I am Italian and over the years tried lots of Pizza restaurants in and around Enfield and never been able to get one that tastes like the ones In Italy until now. Don't bother trying other pizza restaurants you won't find a better pizza than this.

I regularly visit this pizza place and I love the quality of the food. I definitely found my new go-to place for pizza. The flavors and ingredients were all top-notch and I can confidently say that it is the best Italian pizza I have had in Enfield. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Not the same owners, the pizza I got was awful, greasy to F garlic bread was tragic. Pizza use to be lovely but not it’s bad

Great tasting food. ***** Two years LATER and a change of management just bought food today 4.9.22... not so good. Won't be going there again and yes the bread was hard as a brick that's a fact overcooked 👎🏽try listening to your customers I didn't want a refund nor dentures, was just letting you know!

The pizza was amazing. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I went here with a bunch of friends and although there isn't a great deal of space, they did a great job accommodating all 6 of us. Will definitely be returning.

Grazie! Visited Di Carlos yesterday for a pizza. What a jewel of a place! A cosy family run business with a wide variety of pizzas and pastas to choose from. The ingredients used in the pizzas were outstanding and top quality. The staff were very welcoming helpful and most of all friendly. This is my new go to pizzeria!

Delicious and tasteful food. Pizza and Cigkofte on the menu is a must try at DiCarlo’s. I have not tasted fresh and quality pizza in a while and I have now found my place. The price for the big portions are great. I would highly recommend DiCarlo’s!

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and a spaghetti bolognaise, both were absolutely delicious! The sauce is so fresh and the pasta is cooked perfectly. The portion size was great too! Happy days 🤩🤩🤩

We have been getting DiCarlos once a week (at least🙈) for the past few months since we moved to the area. At the beginning they were good and we were so glad to find neapolitan style pizza. Recently they've really been going down the pan. We always pay extra for buffalo mozzarella but the amount we get added has become so tiny it's almost not even worth it! The cheese on the rest of the pizza tastes cheap (never used to, have you changed suppliers??). The dough is still great. Please improve again - you have faithful weekly customers who need delicious pizza to get us through lockdown! At the moment each week is a disappointment, to the point where we're debating not ordering from DiCarlos again until it improves.

If you like sour dough based pizza, wood fired and made with quality ingredients then this is a fantastic option for you. The great homemade secret sauce is amazingly tasty that our favourite pizza is actually the Margherita with the buffalo mozerella cooked well done. The gang like to come home and add fresh basil leaves and plenty of black pepper for an authentic Italian pizza experience! Highly recommend.

Woman who answers phone cannot understand English. Poor delivery man was sent off in completely wrong direction. Not the first time this has happened. Prob wont use again - Shame as lovely pizza but russian roulette if it gets delivered!

Do not order from here. We ordered food from Uber Eats and they sent stuff that was different from what we ordered. When we complained they didnt care and said that Uber Eats had not updated there menus. They sent carbonara on pene pasta as standard and argued that there isn't a choice to choose the pasta you like on Uber Eats however I would think that standard carbonara would be on spaghetti if there was not an option seeing as it is suppose to be a traditional Italian restaurant. Also sent pizza without the toppings we asked for and the excuse here was that Uber did not update the menu. Too many excuses about things and no apologies! Appalling customer service and food is a complete waste of money.

1st of all we ordered our food on uber eats with the understanding that it may take up to 45 mins to deliver, 45 mins go past still no food. Then i get a call from DiCarlos saying they dont have the lasagna i ordered and would i like something else. After picking normal spaghetti with bolognese sauce I'm then told I'm going to be waiting another 15 minutes. Giving them the benefit of a doubt i agreed as we was starving. Then food turns up (1 calzone, 1 Arrabiata, 1 spaghetti bolognese and 1 garlic pizza) only to see 2 small portions of pasta and the pizzas. My Arrabiata tasted like the only spice in it was Tabasco and the bolognese (after chef really bigged it up) was bland and tasteless, the garlic bread didn't taste much of garlic and was full of flour and dusty with dry garlic granules and for the calzone which i paid extra for a larger one was really bad and soggy and the filling was useless with and i counted 7 pieces of pepperoni. I didn't get a 3rd of the way through before giving up and throwing it away. I'm very disappointed and annoyed with the food and service as we waited long enough for rubbish. We still didn't get offered a refund on the lasagna as it was more expensive than the bolognese (maybe only by £2 but uts the principal) I wont be ordering from here again as there are plenty of better Italian takeouts around. VERY POOR FOOD!!

Edible, Just okay - the crust I found to be too thick and overall the pizza lacked sauce and a little more time in the wood oven.

2 hours 50 mins and still waiting....terrible service, I have phoned 3 times to chase up the delivery and every time I was told the driver had already left. The last call was 33 mins ago and it's a 4 minute drive from door to door so in guessing the food will be very cold by the time it arrives.

Very tasty pizza, great personal service and morhing was too much trouble.

Have waited over 2 hours for a delivery. DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, completely ignored. I will never go back again 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I've been to Italy few times and did have the chance to try a real Pizza, one thing is for sure these guys make definitely proper Italian Pizza. I certainly recommend DiCarlos!

The pizza was tasteless. Very tight with the toppings and the chef was moody and impatient. I think tesco pizza is more tasty and you get 3 for the price off one at Decarlo. Definitely won't be going there again!
