Can't beat fish and chips from Diamond Fish Bar! Always enjoy my fish supper! Would recommend! Prices have gone up though! 2 Medium Cod and 1 Large Chips was £20 or so

Excellent fish and chips. The staff were very cheerful and the food was freshly cooked. Food packed in boxes which kept fish and chips hot until we got home.

Need to do better sold up to a large fish but not a good idea. Fish and batter very thick and hard fish over cooked. Would insist on a fresh cooked item

So we decided to try out this fish bar as only a few minutes from golf club and we usually have fish and chips on way home Fridays , usually use one the other end of town closer to home , but with the radio advertising this restaurant had been doing gave it a go . Big mistake on entering you have a lady who I assume was one of the owners , shout what do you want . No hello evening nothing , tonight I only ordered two chicken and mushroom pies and chips , ok not an expensive meal but we didn’t fancy fish . It was thrown in to the wrapping no question whether I wanted salt and vinegar nothing , then as an after thought was asked do you want anything else? I dared to push my luck and ask for rolls . Was then told 11.80 no please no thank you . I commuted cardinal sin and checked in purse to see if I had enough in cash rather than pay by card . I did as it happen have the right money so paid in cash , obviously ni thank you come again was Firth coming . I git home and opened our dinner to be confronted by dried out pies that had sunk in the middle , clearly been microwaved as the pie crust was rock solid, the meat burnt dry and altogether inedible . The chips were cold and to be honest we threw the whole lot in the bin and had toast instead . I can honestly say this is the worst service and worst chip supper we have ever had and I will certainly never buy from there again . I would love the eho to look into there food hygiene practices because there is no way those pies should have been reheated and served as they were . Obviously that is an email that I shall be sending to the local food standards agency

Quiet simply the best fish and chip take away in the area. a family run business handed down from Father to son over the years that my family have been using for decades. We have closer fish and chip shops but travel to Diamonds. Great food freshly cooked and reasonably priced. The friendly staff are and added bonus

Disappointed as nice chips but for a portion for £2 the portion size is ridiculously small! .surely potatoes come cheap with these businesses ..not happy customer

This has got to be the best fish & chip shop in Tonbridge. Fantastic crispy batter. Welcoming staff. What more can you ask

We have been using this fish and chip shop for a long time now, you get wonderful service from the owners and staff, and really nice fish and chips, cooked fresh, always clean and tidy and you can at least sit and wait if you have to for your food, good job by all we will continue using it for as long as we are here :)

Our first visit to this fish and chip shop and a got good meal. The fish was put in fresh so was excellently cooked there and then. Friendly welcome.

Excellent establishment. Would always use this place. Fish very good and very well cooked. Staff very friendly. I have known this family for many years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Always freshly cooked food, great chips and lovely fish, we wouldn't go anywhere else. They also do scampi and chicken nuggets, which the kids really like.

Always used to serve up a nice piece of fish with chips However we have found that they now serve up food swimming in fat. The food is often cold as well We will not be eating here again Mike

Having a fish n chip supper has become a regular event when a couple of our friends visit. It happened once a couple of years ago and the following visit they said they'd like to repeat it - now it's turned into a "thing". The fish is always fresh and the batter tasty. Chips (from any shop) is a subjective matter - a bit crisper would favour our taste, but our friends like them just the way Diamond do them. Happy to recommend them.

Murat and family have been serving the best fish and chips in the area for decades now and always produces the Great British national dish to a high standard - not just for Fridays!!

This is my local fish and chip shop, nice fish and chip. Nice burgers and veggie burgers. Usually good chips. Nice food well cooked. Friendly staff

We have been using Diamonds since they opened. The service is always given with a smile and the food is lovely.

Where to start really?Great food, great staff and value for money! I can honestly say I have never had better fish and chips any where else. I have been a customer at Diamond Fish Bar, Martin Hardie Way for over 25 years now and have had the food of a lifetime! The Diamond recently catered for my grandson's birthday party and their service was wonderful!

For over 10 years I have been visiting diamonds ( and its sister Gems) whenever I am in the area. I have never had anything that hasn't tasted fresh and freshly cooked.Service is efficient even when busy, the shop is immaculately clean. The portion sizes are generous and the prices reasonable.

I went here to buy my two children battered sausage and chips for a treat. They were both sick a few hours afterwards. Also during the summer they use new potatoes for chips and they are not very nice at all. In future we will be playing it safe and visiting taylors at york parade!
