I am not happy with my profeterol is been green i didnt eat

I was there for my 18th Birthday with my family and friends and it was so classic and simple. The atmosphere was very homey, relaxing and definitely kid-friendly. The pizzas there were amazing so tender, well-made and most of all DELICIOUS 😋. There were less desert then we would like to have but they were all good - tiramisu and profiterole. I would definitely recommend this place, it’s worth it for a nice get together.

I had a very lovely time with my friend in di napoli. The ambiance was nice considering the busy area of romford. Food was excellent and tasted very authentic! Staff and service was very good as well. The lady who attended to us was very nice! Will definitely come back for more.

We love the pizza here! Super fresh and tasty, I would say the best we’ve had! Thin and crispy and whatever pizza you choose you won’t be disappointed. And the garlic bread with cheese - fantastic! So quick and service is amazing!

Great pizza; fresh ingredients in an unassuming corner of Potters Bar. Family friendly too. Definitely reccomended. The owners were warm hosts

Pizzas were really nice , we asked for a wine list and was told it was red or white , no list , so ordered the white which was basic house wine but pleasant .When the bill came it was £35 a bottle complete rip off

Me and my boyfriend was wondering around looking for something to Eat when we couldn’t walk past the smell coming from outside Lilly was our waitress who greeted us with the most amazing friendly smile and jokes all afternoon We tried the Carbonara and pizza which I can honestly say the sheff cooked us a five star meal it was so filling and full of flavours I will definitely be back for more Just to add we saw the staff being so friendly and kind to the other kids and families that attended the restraint we can not wait to return As newly moved this will definitely be our local Thanks for our lovely afternoon Claire and Barry

Ordered two pizzas today and a portion of chips (13th April). Delivery was quick but the food was awful. My kids only eat margarita pizza and they had not used the mozzarella cheese but some awful tasting cheese. The chips were over cooked and could not be eaten. Very disappointed as we’ve been ordering from this place for some time now. Probably won’t order again now.

Nice pizza like the short crust

I've been to many different pizza places around the city and have not found one that I have loved, until this place. The staff were amazing and very professional. The food was perfect, very flavorful, and a great price. I will be back soon, as this has become my new favorite pizza place in Houston.

The best pizza I have had in London! The crust was perfectly, soft and had the right amount of chew, the base was thin and most importantly not soggy and the toppings were very generous! Great eating in area as the staff are super friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a large pizza order placed for a party, great organisation, delivery on time, and everyone loved the pizzas. All tasted amazing, super fresh and hot. Highly recommended for large events if you don't want to cook and want something great to eat that everyone will love. Very easy to contact, very helpful lady Lisa advising on what pizzas where good and quantities to order for number of people. Safe to say there was not a single slice left at the end of the night. Will defo be ordering again! Thank you to everyone at Di Napoli.

Me and my friend visited today, Saturday lunchtime and the lady who served us was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the standards and customer service. Early December, we ordered pizza and pasta. We order regularly and the service is ALWAYS excellent. This time it wasn’t. I complained. Di Napoli listened. Lily offered a free pizza next time to compensate. Tonight, Lily honoured her promise. Amazing customer service. Thank you Lily, thank you Di Napoli.

Lovely Pizza, not often I eat pizza but this was always my 'go to' Pizza place but prices have gone up yet again! Went to place an order for my usual and it's increased by another £1.50!! Every time I order from there always get a menu and by the next time it's out of date as they've put the price up again!!

Before lockdown, I spent 2 years working in Northern Italy. I must say that DiNapoli's Pizza and Pasta is as good, if not better than any equivalent I had in Italy. It is genuinely Italian and extremely delicious!!!!

I've been buying Pizza from here since it opened, it's very good! I prefer these pizzas to the other franchises in the town. The kitchen and shop have always been clean and well presented. I've always found the delivery to be prompt.

AWFUL estimation on delivery. Ordered via phone @7pm - quoted 1 hour. @ 8:15pm phoned again - they said would be leaving within 10 minutes. @ 9:00pm still no sign so phoned again and was told it left 10minutes ago. @ 9:45pm it finally arrived. Kids were past starving (and bedtime) by the time it arrived. Adults ravenous. A bitter taste before getting to eat. Please be honest with delivery estimation and updates OR stop taking orders if you are over run. When it happens perhaps be polite and offer discount?

We ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread from this local business. We had a short wait while they were delivered by a very polite delivery driver. We had asked fir a few changes which were duly sorted. Best pizza we've had fir ages, piping hot and so tasty. Highly recommend

Very long wait for delivery and not that tasty when they finally arrived. The Meat ones were okay, but the Margarita and the Vegetarian were quite bland. Very average. Won’t be going back.

Customer service 0/5 Ordered online directly on their website but the lady claimed they never received the order (even though the money was debited from my account and I told her the order number from the confirmation email). Caused a delay of 45mins with my order. She didn’t even offer a complimentary drink or garlic baguette to make up for the extremely long delay. Pizza 5/5 Delicious and super tasty. Best tasting pizza I’ve had in years.

Ordered pizza for delivery at a certain time and it came 45mins earlier so had to have it cold. Apart from that it tasted great.

Top class takeaway pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. Classic Italian ingredients, excellent vegetarian options and openly prepared so you can see what goes on the pizzas. Even on TV football match nights you can get your pizza within 10 minutes. Highly recommended. Since that review we now live over 7 miles away but still go there because nobody else in the area compares. Just do it.

The area outside is now covered which is great so even if it's raining we can eat our favourite pizzas. This was the first time we went after lock down and as always the food was excellent that included calamari, salad and the superb pizza, the service is always excellent so we would always recommend this restaurant that is very reasonably priced.

Extremely rude staff with no idea of customer service do not recommend. We did not have a good experience.

I ordered a pizza for home delivery but within 2 hours it still hadn’t came and I had no phone call to inform me of the lateness. I then rang the restaurant to ask when the pizza would come and they answered back by shouting for no reason. The pizza eventually came and was very cold, it was dripping with oil and the dough was not cooked. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again!

Great service by the waitress, friendly polite and attentive. Pizzas were made to exact order and delicious. Tricolour salad was a generous portion. To top it all we were served with delicious water melon on the house. Pleasure to sit outside in the dining area rather than takeaway.

We love Italian but probably have pizza as a take away maybe once a year if that. Tried a pizza and garlic bread for the first time last night and have to say it was fantastic Delivery was within 30 minutes of us calling, came nice and hot and was super tasty. Both pizza and garlic bread were super thin and authentic and flavours were excellent. Think we will be having pizza more often now Highly reccomended.

Ordered 3 different pizzas, extremely disappointed with them! How could a simp!e Tomatoe, mushroom and cheese pizza be so tasteless! Spot the filling!O that's why! With a few slices of mushroom! I will stick to the superstore pizzas and cook them on my pizza stone! Could if saved myself pounds!

Genuinely USED to love this place, the pizza was so good and had that rustic wood fired taste with really flavoursome ingredients. I ordered here recently with the same expectation and what i received was like it was from a completely different restaurant. The pizza was cold (actually cold) and it was tasteless. Took about an hour to be delivered too, when it used to take around 10/15 minutes on all other occasions - I only live a mile or so away from the shop. Really disappointing and seems like the new management are chasing profits rather than quality and will be a race to the bottom for them once people catch on.

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant and when it was delivered the delivery man was extremely polite I didnt get his name but he was young with black hair tanned skin and he wore a face mask.. he gave me a great delivery experience he was efficient, very polite and very safe he kept his distance had a little conversation with me to make me feel comfortable. Best experience by far with any delivery man. Will definitely recommend ordering from this pizza shop to my family and my friends

Right.... I rarely write reviews but simply had to. If you like authentic Italian-style thin based pizza, Di Napoli is not only the best place to buy in Potters Bar, it is the best place that we have ever had it, anywhere. Especially the truffle one - Tartufata. Whenever we have guests at the house and fancy pizza, this is where we buy it from and unanimously, everyone always comments that it is the best pizza they've ever had. We will 100% be ordering more - probably today...

Have driven past Di Napoli for many years, booked a Pizza, popcorn and movie night with the kids. Normally go to the large franchise based pizza co. but thought we should try local. Very pleasantly surprised, excellent pizza, prompt delivery, Di Napoli will be our go to Pizza provider from now on.

Ok so I ordered pizza from here on the weekend and it was very disappointing. The problem for me is Italy and especially Naples are famous for wood fired pizza but the quality is in the ingredients, dough and cooking. Di Napol Pizza - first the dough is like a flat bread too many poor ingredients and as the dough is thin it cannot be cooked to perfection so you get a floppy pizza even the box is wet. No proper spongy cooked dough. Too many topoings perhaps and no seasoning/herbs ..ultinately not how mam use to make or really no love in a local business who should ber serving the community to make sure people have an experience away from the large oven pizza outlets. This is the third/fourth time to order from here over the last year so given them a fair try I feel but the last experiences has lead me to write this review. I wish I had taken photos to show you. Worse the delivery driver has obviously put the pizzas on the driver seat so they have moved and the pizza arrives almost wet. Poor and horrible experience and we threw most of the wet pizza away! Honestly on me checking and trying the local outlets the best wood fired pizza locally (10/15 mins drive) is Olivettis in Gordon Hill - only draw back they only do local delivery so most times you have to collect but 100% worth it! I challenge anyone to compare and share their experiences. I wish I had gone there. I am a local resident not a business owner but a lover of good wood fired pizza - let's get it right!!!!

New management has put prices up by £1, but pizza is now 2” smaller. They’ve stopped doing half and half, the quality of the toppings has changed, and there was a lack of toppings. The little cheese that was on my pizza wasn’t melted and the tomato sauce is tasteless. Such a shame because Di Napoli was the best pizza before new management took over.
