Di Maggios in Belfast

Arrived to get my lunch last week, there was a blonde girl "serving". I waited to be served for a couple of minutes however her phone must be far more important as she couldn't take her eyes away from it. Left and got food at obriens instead. Will not be back!

You would think that you can’t go wrong with a bit of toast well turns out you can.The toast was buttered with cheap margarine , the potato bread was soaked in grease and the grease just poured out of the sausages .The grilled tomato was soggy and the beans were really cheap . The cutlery and plates were cheap plastic. Staff were very rude and had no customer service skills. I felt as though we were a nuisance.It was so over priced at £9.95 ,we ended up leaving because it was so disgusting. Everything was cheap except the price. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!🤮

Myself and my daughter Ordered beans on toast, grilled tomato, potato bread sausages with tea.....potato bread was just full of grease, toast was prebuttered with some kind of cheap margarine even the grilled tomato was greasy and the sausages were disgusting beans must have been really cheap ... Daughter wanted to go to Burger King but I stopped her saying we get a breakfast it would be better.....god am I sorry I didn't go to Burger King. Charged £9.95 couldn't eat it....just left...no point bring it back to counter as staff were very rude and it felt that we were just a nuisance when ordering. Terrible service and even worse food.

Looks good half pizza half pasta mmmmmmmmmmm but after buying it at £7.20 with drink it tastes like crap better £1 pasta in Iceland and that's me being nice avoid this and save you money

This place is amazing was served by Thomas and Donna super friendly craic was flowing Thomas recommend the steak pie for my self I have to say was the most delicious steak I have ever tasted it literally melted in my mouth My wife had lasagne and chips and she also was very satisfied with her meal will defo be back Great job guys.

Sitting here right now and I ordered a ham, cheese and onion toastie and a cup of tea. Went to pay and they charged me £5.50 I asked how much the toastie cost they said £4.50 so that was fine. I got the toastie and it was dreadful the cheese was a cheese slice which you can buy 20 cheese slices for £1. No onion and barely a slice of WAFER thin ham. Won’t be back!!

The woman who served us (blonde) was very rude and seem frustrateded when we asked her for clarification on what dishes consisted of! God forbid any of us had an allergy!! Pasta was soggy and was £5 and not worth it! I would rate it 0* if I could!!!

I called in here today was going to get tea and a scone. When I went to lift the scone it was as hard as a rock. So, opted instead for a Baked Potato with cheese and coleslaw filling, side salad and a bottle of water. The baked potato seemed to be completely filled with coleslaw, came across one cube of cheese. Thought it would have been grated cheese on the baked potato. Food nothing to write home about. Was also pricey at £7.10. Food served with plastic plates, knives and forks. Needless to say won’t be calling back again.

Worst pizza EVER! Even my kids wouldn't eat it! Fast food at its worst, and served on a flimsy plastic plate. Avoid.

The worst Ulster fry I have ever had.everything deep fried in oil and I was told at 11 am that they could not make a fried egg as they were changing over to a lunch menu so settled for soggy scrambled egg.Staff gave impression of being dis interested with no customer care skills.def will not eat here again.

Visited at lunch time ordered pizza and chips , the chips were almost cold and the pizza just about ok, will never buy here again .

Ordered what was advertised as American home made pancakes and maple she. After waiting for 15 minutes received 3 tiny pancakes on a paper plate. They had obviously been taken out of a supermarket packet and stuck in a toaster! Ordered a child's meal for my niece the chips cold and hard. Staff were very rude and off hand...never ever again will I go near this place. Awful!

The food is fresh, tasty and good value. Their customer service is great too. I will definitely be back.

Great food and great service. I Love the lasagne , garlic bread and chips. They also have pasta dishes , baked potatoes and different pizza options ! Never disappoints, just all round good food at a reasonable price!

Working in castlecourt I would regularly head to Di Maggios for lunch. The food is always tasty and fresh. The staff especially Natalie and Danna are great and always give the best service. They are a credit to the company.

Had Ireland steak and Guinness pie in a Italian Caffè the top of the pie made separately and meat was sweet not nice

The food was poor the staff were rude avoid there are other outlets closer where you will get value for money

La tostada no estaba recién hecha. Era como un cartón y había estado en exhibición. El tipo sirvió una pequeña cuchara de huevo en una rebanada. Fue 5. 95 y estaba tan consternado que pregunté si podría darme un poco más. Me dieron un Americanico pero no me quedó leche. Regresé para conseguir algo en el mostrador y el personal me ignoró. Tuve que pedirles que consiguieran algo. Entonces, para colmo. . los cubiertos son de plástico y la comida está en un plato de espuma. Nunca más. Prefiero sacar algo de la basura en Great Victoria Street. ¡Este lugar es TRAGIC!

Acabo de visitar y nos dieron la mitad de patatas media pizza y una bebida, un miembro de la familia acabo de media pizza y café. Las pizzas son la media. El hombre que sirve era lamentable y grosero. Sólo la mitad de las patatas fritas eran comestible con la mayoría de ellos con parches en negro y verde. La bebida estaba lleno hasta los topes de hielo, sólo nos dieron un sorbo de agua mineral. Sin duda daría un pase.

First time eating here as we were on holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good and great portion sizes. I would like to see this in my home town!

Got the pasta carbonara didn't even taste the carbonara..the man who served me & my partner was rude and not people friendly at all..as I was waiting on my partner to finish his meal I picked at the my carbonara to find the sauce had three ginger hairs in it and black fluff wish I had of took a picture but partner just wanted out of the food court and dumped everything disappointed and sad while getting served a employee was dusting everything...won't be back.

I have been here a few times while shopping. Whether for a coffee and a bun or something more substantial you always get a warm and friendly greeting. The food tastes good and the portion sizes are good as well. There are a lot of different offers available with everything made fresh on site. The only place worth going for food in castle court hopefully they open more units or a restaurant in Ni soon

Got the fish and chips. Chips were lank and greasy, clearly reheated and the fish looked like it was bought in a supermarket. Fish occupied 2/3 of the batter. No good points about the meal at all - it looked terrible and it was. #thisisall

La comida de este restaurante es terrible. A la fecha no he comido nada peor. La comida era slopped en la talla y parecía algo que alimentar a mi perro. Supongo que la comida de mi perro es más sabroso! El personal era muy desagradable. La mayoría de la comida terminó en la papelera.

Walked away after waiting several minutes to get served, apparently people pushing the queue is acceptable, tried to keep getting the attention of the staff but ignored. Went elsewhere. Wouldn't go back either.

This is the second time I've tried here. Food is really greasy and not very nice at all. Have to eat of polystyrene plates with flimsy plastic cutlery. This morning the staff took rudeness to a whole new level complete with eye rolling.

Avoid ordered the fry. bread was burnt. Staff unfriendly and not helpful including eye rolling.the bacon was smoked the toast...

Ordered a fish and chip and it was honestly the worst fish and chip I have ever eaten. The batter on the fish was disgusting and soggy. It was about an inch thick as well and made the fish look way bigger than it actually was. Underneath it all, there was very little actual fish. The chips were obviously cooked in oil that hadn't been changed in months and were extremely greasy (I know that's to be expected but this was something else). The meal also came with a slice of bread which was stale. I ended up with a bad stomach the whole day and night. The drink was the only thing that was satisfactory.

Charming male staff member offered myself and two female colleagues a taste of the fresh pie while we were browsing and deciding what to have for lunch. We all agreed the taster was very good so had a pie each with chips - very nice with plenty of steak and lovely Guinness gravy. Will return when working in Belfast again

First time visitor to castle court complex, after a sample of pie from friendly male member of staff, myself and two colleagues stopped off for lunch and wasn`t disappointed. Steak and Guinness pie with chips was very good.

HelloI recently visited one of you store today in Castle court belfast which I visit on a regular basis as I also work in the centre so I would also get a lot of my lunch from here but unfortunately on this visit I was spoke to by one of your staff member like I was a piece of dirt and spoke down to me as tho I was stupid I did not appropriate this and frankly it was quite embarrassing it is not the 1st time I have heard this member of staff who name is Sarah speaking  to a customer as tho she has no time for this like we should be great full to get a moment of her time.When I was also waiting to get served she took one of my orders and walked of and started speaking about me  with 2 other members of staff and I had to call her back to finish my order personally I will never return to this store in Castle court to get my lunches again when she is serving I will gladly let another member of staff serve me but that's as far as it will go.I am not a happy customer and did not deserve to get spoke to the way I was and hope something is done about Sarah because she will end up losing you more money than profit. Very basic food under heating-lamps , plastic knives/forks and paper plates , the pizzas are definitely the type you get in Lidl for £2 (at most) along with the garlic bread , pasta looked sloppy and unappealing , i dont see this place surviving along-side Subway , KFC and Burger King , their food might not be the healthiest but you know what your getting and its always of a certain standard.

Avoid. We purchased two 5 piece frys at 3.25 after adding the tea and sauce it came to 10.10. That would still have been ok if the food has been even if a lowish standard. The egg looked like those fried egg sweets you buy for kids and was the same rubbery consistency. The sauce cost 40p and the cutlery was bendy plastic. Avoid!!

i usually get this to take away with a little side salad as i don't like chips also used to get minestrone soup and garlic bread lol but had to sit and eat it was too good to wait ' it was the staff was a problem was told by girl with blond hair with blue sheen i would have to pay an extra 1.50 regardless that i didnt want chips that was the managers rules so i asked to speak to the manager only to have her point to a tiny blonde girl standing beside her said to her was she serious /the other girl said go ahead as she said she had seen me in be fore but ill not be back all that drama not worth being made a fool off sorry /will miss the food

I was at this takeaway café within the Castle Court shopping centre this morning for breakfast. This was my first visit and all looked ok so I asked the young lady if that was a plain scone on display and having checked she confirmed it was. So as you do, I said I'll have the scone please and, and that's as far as I got before being told lift it yourself. So it appears then that part of it is self service even though there's nothing to indicate that. So I lifted my scone and had to lift a plastic plate from further down the service counter. So I asked same girl 'have you any Earl Grey?' I was met with a screwed up face and the response 'aul what sorry?' I was so glad the manager was beside her who confirmed that they didn't have any Earl Grey tea and she offered me some other alternatives to which I declined. Immediately the young lady told me 'pound' which was for the scone I wasn't even given breath to ask for an alternative drink and I giggled. So i asked the manager instead for an Americano.Now I have to say it was the best scone and Americano I've tasted in a very long time and credit where it's due. However, customer service skills were severly lacking and I certainly hope visitors to our city receive better service than I experienced here today. I would buy the same items again without hesitation but I have to be honest the hot food option looked very unappealing.

Absolutely disgusting ! Bought the combo meal which is half a pizza , chips and pasta.I'm vegetarian so went for plain cheese pizza which was horrible, then the only veg pasta was macaroni which was disgusting and I have a very good appetite ! The chips weren't awful but chips are hard to get wrong.It wasn't cheap either for the combo meal and a drink I paid 7.00 and It was totally not worth it. My friends also bought from here and thought similarly.

I visited this establishment two weeks ago on a Saturday morning for breakfast. It was the 5 piece fry special, the food was already set out and I noticed the eggs were cooked sunnyside up I asked for an egg to be cooked over-easy and the FSA instead of frying me a fresh egg she lifted the already cooked egg and carried it through to the kitchen and fried the top of it which meant the egg was rock hard. I said nothing because she made it known that I was a nuisance so I got the rest of my fry and sat down. When I ate the fry it was cold. I would not recommend this eaterie.

My wife and I have stopped here twice recently while shopping. A great size portion of tasty lasagne and chips kept us going all day. Reasonably priced and good food for food court.

Was there with my children we had a lovely meal, they had the childrens meal and I had the steak pie very tasty, great food, very friendly staff definitely be back

Moved to belfast from aberdeen recently.pleasantly surprised to find a dimaggios in caslecourt on my 1st day shopping in belfast.that was the end of the pleasantness ended.had a kids meal for my son(pizza and chips)and i had carbonara and chips.the chips were raw in the middle,my sons pizza was soggy and my carbonara was watery.brought the dishes back to get them changed and the lady manager basically told me it was fine.i told her that quite clearly it wasnt fine as i wouldnt be complaining.she then let out a huge sigh and ordered fresh pasta.when the chef brought the pasta i smelt alcohol off him(this was at 3.30pm)the "fresh" food wasnt any better and didnt see any point in complaining again as all i would get would be aggro.very,very poor.not what i expected as the dimaggios in scotland are all fantastic

I stopped off here with my wife and child for a quick feed when we were out shopping and I have to say, I didn't expect much from food court food but my son was starving.The food is very very poor. The pasta tastes like the only ingredient they have is garlic and it was all served lukewarm

Overpriced, poor selection, poor quality, guy behind counter had dirty nails and no gloves, was a little rude and didnt give us forks or ask us anything (take away or sit in? do u need forks and salt? etc) There was a mix up and the pasta was put aside while it was sorted so was cold when i ate it, the portion was tiny. No mystery as to why there was no queue!

i went for food and the manger on the front was telling a staff off in a nasty maner and then git ralley lould . ill for sure not go back there . then the staff who i payed to me that i should off payed more as i had got a hot drink ? . on the ticket that i have uploaded is wat i got and it was £5.60

You can find this along the line of food stalls in CastleCourt, Belfast. I went here for lunch, and for the price, it is worth it. The lasagna and chips were delicious and taste. I did not order drinks because they charge extra. But the servings were ok for the price. Service is good for a fast food. The food really looks appealing.

You can find Di Maggio's in the foodcourt in the Castlecourt Shopping Center in Belfast, and although it's not the cheapest, it's not bad for fast food, and I found the service very good. It costs 3.95 Sterling for any pasta & chips, plus extra for drinks, and it'll keep you going for the rest of your shopping. If your just peckish, it'll do the trick, but if you want value for money, and want a good meal, try Cosmo's,
