I have ordered from here though that was 1-2 years ago. Biryani then was good, hence wanted to place a large order hence wanted to speak with them. I called up - no answer and no call back as it mobile number. I have even messaged them yet no message back too - unless it has closed down.

Website shows they are based in UB10 and delivery is covered in Ub10. My address is also UB10. Yet, 30-mins after ordering and paying £5 delivery fee, they very conveniently reject the order through a text message saying delivery is too far. I try to contact them through phone, no response at all.

On a friend's recommendation, I ordered Dhum Biryani. I was not expecting that my north Indian taste buds would like biryani. On the contrary, Dhum Biryani is different, right from food packaging to presentation, taste, and hygiene. They truly deserve a super 5-star rating. In the past, I have tried Paradise Biryani in Hyderabad. I am confident and comfortable rating Dhum Biryani above Paradise. Thanks for the quality ingredients & super taste, which is neither spicy nor bland. I look forward to many more deliveries from you.

By having the level of service I received today… wasn’t even allowed in, despite me showing that my last flight just hadn’t been updated and I had enough points. The words “no discretion” were used despite this being a delay in the BA app. I was literally told if the bar hasn’t been updated on your screen, you can’t come in, even if you prove it - a “computer says no” answer and no offer of help or apology that the app hasn’t updated. I was even ushered to move away and go elsewhere, so I started reading the reviews of the lounge and they weren’t great either, no surprise… BA and their staff letting themselves and the airline down again.
