Pleasant food, served nicely. A good range of food. This was our second visit and it was as good as the first time, which probably says all that is needed.

Dhonia has been a favourite of ours for a while, delicious curries, great value and lovely staff :)

Order was wrong, when called restaurant they were rude and refused to bring the missing item as they were busy so this means I was not important as they already had my money, they promised to contact just eat to arrange a refund which I am still waiting for .

Food unfortunately was rather bland.

Vamos aquí regularmente al menos una vez a la semana me cocinan Pollo Methi Muy sabroso pero no demasiado picante, el personal es muy amable y hará cualquier cosa para acomodarlo y el hecho de que puede traer su propio vino hace que sea una velada muy asequible

El personal es atento y amable. Las salsas de condimentos con los poppadoms eran deliciosas. Los entrantes estaban un poco secos. Los platos principales eran deliciosos y porciones generosas. Tuvimos una variedad de platos, todo lo que tenía un sabor diferente y muy sabroso. El menú tenía un precio muy razonable. Excelente relación calidad-precio para una familia de 6 personas. Usted puede beber BYO. Los vendedores de periódicos a pocas puertas venden buenos vinos de selección. Vale la pena una visita.

Solo he tenido comida para llevar antes de mi visita reciente, que ha estado bien, pero nada extraordinario. Sentado en el lugar diría que el personal es maravillosamente amable y servicial, y nos complacieron en traer nuestro propio vino porque actualmente no tienen licencia. La comida es bastante agradable, pero nos pareció un poco de pimienta comparado con otras casas de curry. Algunas de las guarniciones apenas estaban tibias, sin embargo, aunque éramos los únicos clientes en el restaurante, solo tuvieron que lidiar con dos pedidos para enviar durante las 3 horas que estuvimos allí. El precio es muy razonable, sin embargo, todo en todo lo que le daría un 'bueno' (TripAdvisor no permite esto, así que me temo que tiene que ser un 'promedio')

Quality of dishes was really poor. Korma was lumpy and oversalted. Aubergines were swimming in oil. "Tiger Prawns" were cheap and barely identifiable.

Very friendly service, however the food appalling. Not only were portions tiny but all curries and dishes were watery, under seasoned and contained poor quality ingredients which appeared to be straight from a can or freezer. Will never order from here again, total waste of money.

The curry was not nice at all, hardly any authentic flavours, the prawns in the biriynai tasted horrible too. The saag aloo had more potatoes than spinach. I won't be ordering again

Our local Indian restaurant , staff are very friendly and sociable. No complaints. Good value for money and very tasty meals always. Recommend fish Bengal curry.

The food basically tasted of nothing. The delivery was on time (to the minute).

Unfortunately I can't leave a 0 score!!! Food was really bad. About 5 slices of pre-cooked (and overcooked) chicken in each dish!!! The sauces were mediocre at best and most of it went to the bin!

No delivery, rang to enquire and was met with a very angry response that the driver had been outside for 30 minutes. Not rang the doorbell or the mobile. They told me the driver would not be coming back, awful service.

Dishes pretty flavourless and came in small portions. Would have preferred Saag Paneer in a sauce, a more well seasoned Fish Curry, and less flour in the Onion Bhaji.

Delivered on time as quoted. However the food was extremely watery, there was hardly any substance to the curries. Naan and poppadoms were nice. But mains were extremely disappointing as mostly watery sauce with little meat and veg.

Had a nice selection of food. was cooked well and very well flavoured. Not the best curry I have ever had but you will struggle to find one as good for what I thought was a decent price! The veggie sides we had were particularly good.

Really helpful and friendly staff. I wanted to add something else to the order so phoned them up and they organised this by phone and I paid by cash on arrival. The food is consistently good; this is the 4th time I've ordered from them and I love their food.

The meal was great but the potatoes were hard in my Bombay aloo. It took 1 hour to deliver, however that was quick for a busy Saturday night. They also made my chicken jalfrezi, vindaloo hot, as requested. Very grateful. Would definitely order again 😊

This has to be the tastiest Indian delivery to date. I ordered 3 vegetarian starters and a Goan Fish Curry. They all tasted different, but with so much flavour. Highly recommend.

This place has been here for years. They make most of the business from deliveries but defo worth a eat-in if in the area. Good tasty food and it's cheap too. Also another good point is the free BYO alcohol. These guys make good curry

This is the best Indian in Finsbury Park. The staff are lovely and the food is just as good delivered as in the restaurant . I wouldn't fault at all - 5 stars!

Was quite nice but not the best. Onion bahji's bit dry. Slightly sour prawn puri but still good taste. Nann was nice and puffy with good amount of garlic. Butter chicken nice & creamy but also bit oily. Came with an interesting and tangy relish - not sure what it was but if order again will try to find out.

Always happy with the food and service we receive

They are really generous and you get a lot for your money. However we were very disappointed that the cucumber raita we received tasted like it was off - very cheesy. The saag paneer was too dry and not nice. Good if you want a lot for not much, but the quality is very low.

Tried this place, although further away from home, due to high review ratings. Did Not find food (Lamb Biryiani, Chiken lime dish) particularly exciting food, friendly fast delivery

Dhonia has a great range of dishes at great value. Staff are always attentive and the dishes are all made fresh with perfect flavour. A great place to dine in or takeaway!

Detenido en a visitar este lugar después de olvidar que durante varios años y caminamos lejos sabiendo que volveremos más regularmente. Los platos principales estaban bien cocidos (recomiendo el plato especial de cordero/cal del menú de especialidades) y el plato de berenjena naan, lateral y arroz de coco eran excelentes. Entrantes eran peores de lo esperado, pero debo decir que el nivel de servicio y el ambiente en general del lugar (hermosamente limpio manteles de lino y servilletas) puede compensar por una barbaridad. Los precios eran razonables.

This is the best curry in and around Finsbury Park! We always order from here and the service and food are excellent

Took over an hour to deliver and when they did the food was luke warm and part of the order was missing. When I called to enquire the guy who answered the phone didn't apologise and was very dismissive. Overall not worth the wait and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired!

For some reason which I don't understand, the dhansak in this place is AMAZING and everything else is either average or disappointing. Very odd. Anyway, the dhansak really is seriously very good.

Oh so close. I could tell had it arrived prompt it would have been ok. It took 90 minutes. I wouldn't have minded had it been hot but it wasn't close and I don't own a microwave. There wasn't enough sauce either and the tandoori starter was pretty terrible. Shame as it all had good flavour.

Almost perfect Friday night takeaway mmmmmmm!!! Would have been made perfect if food was a bit warmer, poppadoms were included and onion bhaji wasn't slightly overdone. However, full and happy!!!!! :)

Este lugar sirve la mejor comida india en Londres - mucho más variada e interesante que un tandoori restaurante estándar. Se especializan en comida Bangladesh, aunque también tienen los biryanis jalfreezi estándar y platos. Hemos comido aquí durante años y la decoración ha mejorado, es un lugar agradable para comer y que ahora no BYOB, lo que hace las cosas mucho más barato. (La comida también es muy barato teniendo en cuenta la calidad.) que más me que a menudo es el único lugar en la zona con mesas disponibles en las noches de fin de semana cuando otros menos buenos lugares hasta los topes. Esto puede ser porque la gente ve como una comida para llevar. Es un lugar encantador para comer sin embargo. Ojalá lo último.

The food was ok - except for the saag paneer. It didn't have any cream just literally paneer and spinach. Weird! And the sauces tasted weird especially the mint sauce - it was rank! Aside from that everything else was ok.

Lovely food and people. Medium to hot curry was very mild - only small criticism would be to make it hotter.
