Dhillon's in Falkirk

I remember that place use to have good food. I orderd 2 kebabs today with salad and with sauce. I recived both kebabs cold, and bearly any sauce on the, really dry and salad taste like it had vinegar in it. I also had chicken nuggets for my son but he never ate them beacuse there were spicy ! Disapointed and I feel like it was waste of money.

I have been ordering here for ten years. Never disapointed. Just had a burger and chips was fantastic. Place is clean food is great. I can vouch for their orders too, they are brilliant.

We use this place for take out every so often. Good food, reasonably priced, quick service and friendly staff. All you need for fast food.

my kebab was 50% salad, poor qualiyt food

The menu has been reduced to the point that my wife couldn't get anything.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and the food is normally overcooked and dry especially the chips. However I won’t be ordering from here again. This is the last time as tonight the food was overcooked, stone cold and the donner meat was all wee bits of rubbery meat. What was eaten had to be reheated. Then there was a can of juice missing. Any decent takeaway would send a replacement order but when I rang up to complain I get offered £10 off my next order when clearly I won’t be ordering from here again. Half of it went in the bin and the dog wouldn’t even eat it. Now my daughters on the toilet. Disgusting.

There are website always adds money for an unwanted bag ! SCAM !

Ordered one texas bbq burger one plain double bacon burger got the texas burger right but the plain burger had cheese all over it and it was taken off and recooked will not use dhillions again

Purchased a munch box which was full of grease dripping out complained and got told it was a special oil used in kebab meat terrible service horrible food wont be back terrible service and the boy serving me needed a right good wash

This place is the worst kebab that I have ever had. I came in and ordered a mixed meat kebab with out salad and sauce and a calzone kebab pizza. I received my order and taken it home and when I got home it was totally wrong ?? I got salad in the kebab and sauce and the meat in it was tasteless the calzone pizza wasn’t much better. In all honesty I would not buy anything from this place EVER.

Best takeaway in the district. Clean inside, staff are friendly, prices are decent, Mondays and Tuesdays meal deals are second to none

Awful!!! Called for a simple chicken korma and naan told me I’d ordereecjist chicken curry. They told me they would sort it time I got it home cold soggy naan/pakora and then my meal was still wrong a chicken tikka not a korma but when I called I was wrong that Infact my plate of tiki was definitely not wrong total joke wee boys running it without a clue or a care for customer service.

Im sorry but this place is absolutely revolting . The munchie box was vile . Inedible . In my whole 31 years this is the worst take away I have EVER had and tasted .

As expected from the chain , shame that their down a few stores like Polmont and Grangemouth so deliveries have been bit hit and miss as has some of their food. Reasonable pricing and choices of food mean it is usually a consideration for buying. Location could be better for parking and access.

Only really get pizzas from here and to be quite frank they are really good. I order through the app which is really handy although you can't specify a time for collection (not that I can see anyway) so just order when you can collect within half an hour. There base's do not have any spices on them whatsoever that you may get from other takeaway which is perfect for my family especially when one member has IBS and the slightest bit of spiciness can cause issues. Did get their chicken pakora once and was really disappointed with it hence sticking to pizzas. That may just be my taste buds though. Sticking to Mrs Unis ones for home cooking. Staff are very pleasant.

Food very fresh well cooked when ordered was told delivery time was about 45 minutes had my delivery within 20 minutes food very hot and fresh recommend to anyone who fancies a takeaway.

Waited an hour for food, still no delivery and no solution offered other than to cancel my order when calling outlet. Children have gone to bed with toast and i remain hungry, won't be ordering again! 1.5 mile distance!!!!

Very inconsistent, At times very quick and hot food, Other times it is just awful. If they could deliver the good service consistently, I would order all the time.

Disgusting... food squashed abd stuck to inside of carton. A company who clearly only interested in collecting every possible penny from the customer... more interested in cashing in rather than quality of the food served. Was even charged £7.03 for two identical meals.. charged for carrier bag without even being asked... bad taste in mouth .. no pun intended. Won't return 😠
