Really nice staff friendly atmosphere 👌

Received some vouchers in the mail, 40% off mains, so though would give it a try. Easy to book, you do have to register your car for parking. Depending where you sit, the music can be very loud and it can be difficult to hear the conversation. Ordered drinks and food, food- sharing platter is good, the mains- I went for beer battered fish and chips, the biggest piece piece of frozen fish, not cooked like in a chippy, batter was not even crispy, very poor, the smallest portion of chips and mushy peas were stone cold. It is ok if you are staying in the hotel and you go here for a drink and dinner. I would not go out of my way to eat here, it is basically microwaved and heated up food. Nothing special.

Went for lunch. My sons fish first of all wasn't cooked in middle. Next fish to come out must have been mictrwaved or something as very very soft batter not crispy AT ALL. My son was starving and didn't want me to make a fuss,... Not happy. 😡

Debbie the manager is always helpful and friendly nothing is ever a problem for the staff the food comes our always lovley

Stopped for a "quick" lunch and ordered a soup and a club sandwich. The Tomato soup arrived after 1 hour was lukewarm, and tasted of reheated tomato puree - not exactly a winner for me. The Club sandwich arrived a further 20 mins later and once again was cold and just okay. We were the lucky ones leaving 90 minutes after arrival with the couple besides us (who arrived at the same time as us), still waiting for their meal. If you are in no hurry and like cold food this is an ideal place to stop. Entertainment supplied by one of the serving staff walking around in PJ's and Hello Kitty Crocs - extremely professional!?? Enough said I doubt I will be back.

Good value food with prompt service and excellent prices also accommodating gluten free diet

Had a lovely breakfast at the Kincardine Way this morning. Staff were very welcoming, very attentive and friendly. Would definitely come again.

Really good place for an evening meal with family. On the first day was surprised that items started to be served just after I placed the order. No other place has been this fast

Stopped in on the way back from the Wallace Monument, and I really wish we hadn't. This run-down establishment is devoid of any atmosphere at all, the staff are surly, and the food is flavourless, probably preprepared, microwave muck. We weren't exactly expecting Michelin Star cuisine, but this was below par, even for a Brewers Fayre. Steak isn't supposed to be grey and taste of nothing!!! We couldn't even add flavour with ketchup because this was rationed to approximately 1 tablespoon between 3 of us!!

Went for Xmas day lunch for 10 people. Couldn’t fault anything good was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

A lunchtime visit with a 33% off food voucher, ordered two Big Stack Burgers and was very nicely cooked and served hot. Staff friendly and efficient cannot ask for more

Great, I got there at 10:15, 15 minutes before breakfast was closing but was advised and told that a few things were finished. They still had plenty of choice and it was excellent, food was clearly freshly cooked and real tasty, not processed low quality ingredients. Staff were friendly and dining area was clean, tidy and not too busy.

Waiting at check in and barmaid just looks at you and nobody came for 5 mins

Went for the carvery, and it was okay. Unfortunately, the met was quite chewy, and the veg was overcooked. The stuffing, however was nice

Avoid… waited for ages to be spoken to at the desk - 3 members of staff walked by ignoring us. No availability - came back later (web site says open to 11pm) they’d stopped serving at 9 - last orders 8.30 (where does it say that anywhere?) so I can’t speak for the food, but wouldn’t recommend on lack of customer service alone. (I was recommended a local Chilli takeaway 💁‍♀️)

Been in for the carvey thats meant to be on 12 till 6 twice now at 3pm and 2.45pm only to be told its finished i wld understand if it ran out if busy about 5pm but to run out 3hrs before the advertised time is ridiculous and badly run then to find out the pizzas are not on the menu either wasted journey and falsely advertised

Been here loads of times but Tonight the food was absolutely Rancid the staff where very aloof bordering on rude also witnessed when staff where cleaning tables after dinners had left they where just reposioning the cutlery that had been there before the previous customers had left they couldn't have known what could have happened to the cutlery between dinners not a good practice quite off putting

Everything you should expect from a brewers fayre and more. Good portions, filling and tasty food. Very nice staff, served everything really quickly. To be fair the atmosphere, well, it's at the services next to a petrol station but inside was clean and well presented.

Just wanted a breakfast but they finish serving all food at 11 am to start lunch at 12 ...Great meeting place...

Food choice poor service poor probably went at wrong time missed the carvery which although advertised until was finished when we had booked for at 4 , staff more interested in clearing up from what I presume was an earlier rush but couldn't seem to care less about remaining customers, very disappointed

The food was buffet service, but not really hot. Toaster took FOREVER to toast bread

We had my daughters 21st birthday meal with family at this restaurant and from asking for the reservation to the end of the night, nothing was too much trouble for the staff of this pub. The whole team are wonderful and went out of their way to make this a very special occasion. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and I am sure you will get the same service.

Great choice of food and drink, good company. Staff are polite to the public. And they have things for all children to do. Is Brewers Fayre. Closing it's doors like Camelon if so when. Soon there won't be normal in this village.

Highly recommend 💜. Fiona and her staff were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience on Sunday, 19th May 2024). Fiona and one of her lovely staff greeted us at the door (both very welcoming - the staff member had long blonde hair, sorry that I didn't get her name). When I booked, I asked for a table as fat from other diners as possible (as I'm undergoing cancer treatment). We were seated at a lovely booth. When we went up to get our carvery, Fiona asked if we needed any help (I'm walking with a stick and quite unsteady). We were greeted with a big smile by the chef at the carvery. She asked how we were doing and then served us the delicious, perfectly cooked meats. The turkey was moist, as was the gammon, and the beef was exactly how I would cook it (cut through it like it was butter). The selection of vegetables were all perfectly cooked as well (roast pasnips, roast potatoes, root vegetable mash, sliced carrots, peas, cauliflower cheese, mashed potatoes, dauphinous potatoes, and of course large, fluffy, beautifully risen yourkshire puddings). Gravy was in plentiful supply , as well as apple sauce, cranberry sauce, horshradish, and one ither (think it was mint sauce but didn't have that so not 100%). We also ordered the pigs in blackets (£1.99 for 5, which were larger than we expected and brought to our table) that were again delicious. This was the first meal my partner and I had been out for together, since I started my chemotherapy (had a week off treatment so took full advamtage of the lull in side effects), and I cleaned my plate. Haven't been able to eat like that since December. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Fiona, for making it all superb. We both had the Gammon, and it was soooo chewy and the eggs were rock hard.i come here a lot,let's hope the next time is better.

I would rate this place a 0 for there choice of food and quality. We ordered steak that was frezzing cold and all you could taste was charcoal also kids pizza is cheap and nasty microwaved pound land pizza. My father ordered a cheese and bacon burger for almost £13.00 . The burger was the size of your palm of your hand and bacon was as hard as cement. We did speak to manager who was very understanding. However for the price you pay you expect atleast fresh chips and it was frozen oven rubbish wouldnt feed this food to my cat . And as for the toilets ive seen better public facilities in george square. Never again! Avoid avoid avoid

Only stopped here for a drink, as family were staying in the hotel next door. To be honest, the entrance is not the best when it's raining, and at the time, it was coming down in torrents. Don't know if drains need cleared, but the water was deep, and it made for a tricky entrance. Water was actually coming in through the roof at part of the bar. Staff are friendly, drink are standard prices, and I was served quickly. Think the place overall needs refurbished as it looks dowdy.

I had dinner here and was greeted with lovely staff especially James he was so kind and went beyond to help us. He helped us with seating and checking with any needs we had. The food was delicious, a true hearty meal that I haven't had in a while since I've been traveling. Hopefully to be back soon! Thank you for the great service!

3 for atmosphere as I was with my family. Mother's day ordered lasagna . So hot from microwave burnt my mouth for weeks still not fully healed . Called and was informed that . It's a shame . If a child has got that food there would have been hell. And tears . This place has gone down hill in the past few years . I know it's cheap and cheerful place . But the service was poor . Do not recommend.

Food was medicore ,cold.We ordered the lunch special 2 for 10.99 but not great so are penalised. Service was outstanding from start to finish.

Typical Brewers fair type pub food . Possably pree packaged, ie Frozen but edable. Plenty drink options

Came hear with family as we where on holiday, I ordered the gammon and chip, after 2 bites of gammon I discovered it was partially cooked, I told my server and she took it away and after 5 minutes came back with a new fully cooked gammon and to top it all off I was given it for free, back of the net

Seriously this place needs to be totally revamped..... the car park is an utterly disgraceful .. you are met with a hump the scrapped the bottom of my Jag ...the the car park is literally like the moon service.... craters so deep that I had to negotiate my way to a parking bay... with litter everywhere in the shrubs and bushes.... I only went there because my daughter wanted a soft play ... as before it was dirty and unswept inside... Don't bother as the service is a joke the food is mediocre to be kind ... chips are spare on my burger plate. Nachos is a joke , cold and more like a salad dressing with tiny lump of cream .... the decor is hilarious 😂 the lamp shades and carpets and the entire place needs to be gutted out and revamped . The toilets are a joke .. the ladies had no toilet seat that one had to " hover " to go ...!!!! Disgraceful! The young girl attending the soft play was hiding behind the counter sitting on the floor using her phone ... zero concerns of the kids and customers. Don't bother asking for Vegan or Vegetarian as we were accused of not mentioning we had Vegan and Vegetarian people in our group... despite telling the welcoming staff the fact. We even had the Vegan and allergy Cosh sheet on the breakdown of the food that was Vegan or Vegetarian.. then lead I to an argument with the waitress.... unbelievable!!!!! Never in my life will I return to such an abysmal establishment again ... don't waste your time please ... 70 pounds wasted !!!

Staff accommodated 10 of us at short notice. Great service and even had banter with the kids.

The only pub in Scotland not to stock or sell any Scotch Whisky whatsoever!! In fact, probably the only pub in the world not to! They have Jamesons Irish Whiskey and Jack Daniels, but no Scotch! As an Englishman, even I say that is treason! 😫

We had our son's 4th birthday party at the Kincardine Way and we were so happy with the service, staff, food and facilities. Everyone that attended was delighted and are in a hurry to come back. Thanks for a great day.

Been to this restaurant twice in the space of a month. Both times the meals were outstanding. The staff are attentive and very polite. We were ably assisted by Debbi yesterday and nothing was too difficult for. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing service, hot food, great deals

Went for breakfast as it was advertised as a buffet, took the kids who are bottomless pits, turned up and was told it was cooked to order as the restaurant was quiet, so no buffet, I understand the business aspect of this so gave 3 stars, still a bit miffed because I would be embarrassed ordering 8 hash browns 😔 otherwise was fine, service was good etc and the food was decent.

The first thing you see in arrival is the car park. Unfortunstly the surface is shocking. Don't go if you have lowered the suspension on your vehicle as you will probably ground out. Its like an A110 tank buster had had a go at the car park. Its full of craters and not very welcoming. Inside, its a very typical Brewers Fayre. Now showing its age. Many of the furnishings and fixtures in the bar area are showing wear and tear and in need of replacing. Staff were friendly enough but there is nothing to get excited about. It's time to spend some money refreshing this site.

We came here at the last minute after our family pre-Xmas trip was cancelled because of a storm. The manager in particular was excellent, sat us all together (11 of us) right next to the soft play for the kids. She was amazing with my autistic nephew who ran off behind the bar. She sat with him and signed and we really appreciate her kindness

Couldn't ask for anymore from the staff. From back of house to front they all made our visit amazing. 26 of us and it ran so smooth, the food was delicious and the service was more than we could ask for. Thank you all for a great Christmas eve. Every single one of the staff gave 100%

Didn’t even eat breakfast in here in the end, the one lady that welcomed us perfect, following that, we went up to get breakfast, there were no plates, I asked the manager (with blonde hair) can we get some more plates, her response “you’ll have to wait I’m trying to catch up with everything” how’s about you learn some customer service and get some more staff? Just an idea. The previous brewers Fayre we went to was shocking also so it’s safe to say this is off the agenda for future breakfast! I hate to leave negative reviews but the service today was really poor. We were served our mains and then left with the dirty plates in front of us for over an hour. Had to ask three times for the desserts that we had ordered. Place appeared to be really understaffed. The meat with my carvery was nice but the sides were not nice at all Particularly the mash potato

Easy parking and a warm building, friendly staff. Entrance is directly across from the entrance to the travelodge under the same roofing outside.

Usual Brewers Fayre, Fayre! 2 x Mains for £11 is an okay offer. Although the portions are less than in the standard menu!

Booked the Premier Inn Meal Deal as always when staying out whilst at work, Breaded Mushrooms for starters, and 8oz Rump Steak Medium Rare with Chips, both cooked to perfection and delicious, Staff are very friendly with Prompt Service, Highly Recommended.

Food lovely, we both had the Sunday Roast, very nice. A bit of a wait order food, but apart from that very good

Took the family for dinner, looking to get a carvery, arrived at 5pm on a sunday and nothing was left, very disappointing. We did have a really nice meal anyway just disappointing that the carvery was done by 5pm

Both myself and my wife had the smothered chicken and it was cooked to perfection..!! The staff were as friendly as always and the service was excellent. Thank you all once again…!!

Went for a kids birthday party, absolutely no complaints!, soft play was really good, to eat I had the beef and ale pie, it was terrific!!, thoroughly recommend the venue for atmosphere and food, sorry I've no pictures, ( I forgot!!).

Excellent customer service. James and staff were very helpful and made sure that everyone in our party was taken care of, going over and above to make sure we all had a nice time. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the prices are very reasonable.

Very friendly restaurant. We stranded there after our originally booked restaurant had been flooded. The Kincardine Way crew managed to accommodate our group of 36!! within less than a days notice. The food I suppose is standard Brewers fayre. What really stuck out was the patience and friendliness of the crew when suddenly confronted with a flock of hungry Germans with limited language skills. Most notably I want to mention Kelly: she is always super friendly, extremely attentive, quick-witted and just a joy to be around. Thank you again for turning a dinner emergency into a dinner highlight!

They have many cheaper options for example two for £10.99 during the day, but that doesn't mean the food should be subpar. Today we ordered a burger and fish both were terrible. The staff are fairly nice. It's fairly clean. The price for drinks and food is very reasonable.

Loved it . Food was yum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also had decent banter Due to my needs they moved chairs out of way to cater for wheelchair And we enjoyed it that much we'd booked to go back and try Sunday cavery in fortnight and they again catered for my needs as soft diet and put a note next to order that although others would be having full. I'd only be having mash, veg etc and charged approiettely also I thoroughly enjoyed and definitely would go again ( And have booked to do so !)

This is a place I have visited for many years as it's friendly service and excellent value for money food keeps me coming back.

Have been staying next door to here for 18 weeks, after 8 years of various hotels with work, and lovely friendly, professional, courteous staff, Normal good premier inn type quality food, but staff go above expected level, Highly recommended

It's a standard Brewer's Fayre chain pub/restaurant. Reliable, pleasant enough, with friendly service, but I could have been anywhere that's next to a Premier Inn.

Staff are always helpful and friendly which makes us return. My daughter loves the play area as well as kelly,shavannah and fiona they make her feel comfortable and are always happy to answer any questions any of us may have.

Food was great for the price and staff were all happy and nice, we use it for business meetings as central and easy to get to. Xxx
