Original Chillies in Falkirk

Tried here past few weeks somewhere new as everywhere else hasn't been good 4 different deliveries all arrived within time stated and fresh and hot my new favourite place at minute

Delivered my food at the wrong time and then took it back to reheat it. Now my partner is throwing up. Worst service.

Very good service, loads of food and delicious

Ordered chicken Pakora - absolutely disgraceful. Pakora was grossly overcooked and the batter burnt in places. The salad was limp and stale and there was no where near enough sauce. The whole thing went in the bin. They need to hire someone that can cook food properly and that actually knows what they are doing. I will never get food (and I use the word food very, very loosely) from this poor excuse of a takeaway again. Original Chillies??? Original Rubbish!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I would definitely recommend the special munchies box. This was way more food than we were expecting and it was all really tasty. A great selection and plenty of everything including loads of tandoori chicken. Dips and 2L bottle of Iru Bru were part of the deal too. Plus a really chirpy dude behind the counter. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back 😊

I don't know what to say i got chips with a chicken tika chips utter disgrace chef a joke he kept insisting my chips are fresh they were are hard as bricks i was regular customer i will never order from this place again

After being alone in the shop for 30 mins and having paid for my meal I enquired as to how much longer it would be. I was told to sit down because they were very busy. Taken aback I sat down. 5 mins later I enquired if there was any update o how long. Again I was told they were very busy(still on my own in the shop) and take a seat. I left. £10 down the drain

Pizzas was very greasy, pakora was nothing special, but the hoggie was amazing! Best in Falkirk

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & FOOD, we ordered a meal of a garlic nan & paid more for extra garlic, they sent us a plain nan ??? Also ordered a chicken tikka garlic masala ( typically a mild curry ) and a chicken breast Balti ( typically a medium curry ) both curries were more like madras or vindaloo & completely inedible. We called to complain & had to listen to someone shouting in the background, I just asked them to sort something out on my next order as we have started using this place regularly. The reply I got was the curries are fine, nothing wrong with them & I had to take the plain nan back if I wanted it replaced lol. Sure I will drive over 11 mile round trip to swap a nan bread over whilst the rest of my dinner goes cold. I even asked to have replacements sent out by their driver to swap them over and again they refused. All together a disgusting way to treat customers, once they have your money they simply do not care ! Look back the bad reviews and they blame the fact they have just changed ownership lol, 4 months they have been trawling that lane excuse out. Take your money elsewhere if you have any sense folks..

Really good food at a very nice price, staff is also lovely.

I would not recommend this place at all. Order my food to get delivered through just eat and when received part of order was missing. I phoned to say about it and all the woman said was to speak to just eat while her boss shouting in back ground at her. They don't care about what you recieve and will blame the brand you order through. Since it has changed hands it has went down hill and the people that have it now don't have a clue

Are normally very good but have been let down quite a lot now with forgetting juice and not giving correct ingredients on meals and food arriving looking like it’s been flung about the back of a car so just watch. Form experience, not contacting customer when nothing’s in stock and just using something else without notifying customer, this includes both food and drink and pizzas etc arriving like a pile of mush. Not very nice when you order and pay for something to eat and are served with something totally different. Apart from that it’s really good.

Food was almost 2 hours late, no sauce with munchie box, when requested a partial refund was told bad weather was responsible for the delay even tho the weather was good absloute joke

Food was cold and missing part of the order which we received 30 mins later by which time we didn't want it. 2nd time ordering here but will try somewhere else in future.

I’m only giving this a 1 out of 5 stars because the order did eventually arrived but I couldn’t proceed with this review until I awarded it a rating. I was extremely disappointed in the service. Ordered online and set my desired order time (giving them an hour) but we’ll after an hour it hasn’t appeared. I phoned only to speak to someone and be eventually cut off, I phone back again to be put on hold for over 5mns which I assumed no one was returning so hung up. Once their lines freed up, I eventually spoke to someone who told me the app wasn’t working then the drivers were busy but if the app wasn’t working, why could they tell me I had an order with them? They then told me it would take another 15/20 mms before I would have it as it was being prepared, I told them if it wasn’t here then I would cancel. I was assured it would be here, however it took another 15/20 mins over the given time when it did eventually arrive, which I sent away as I ended up making something else for myself. Spaghetti and toast it was!!!!

Good service for regular customers

Pretty disgusting chicken tikka nan hoggie. Chicken was ridiculously tough and dry. Chips seemed to have been reheated as well. The "salad" consulted of 2 slices of unripe yellowish tomato and a bit of onion. Premises were by and large good before although this isn't the first low standard experience I've had here-i won't be back.

Despite ordering on line food was not started until I came to collect. Pakora good but pizza very greasy.

Pretty good take away with good prices. Varied menu. . Plenty food in portions and loads of competition so they stay good.

Quite busy but the food was second rate

Just had a delivery through scoffable food arrived most of it was hot a looked good cut into calzone and it was watery dough inside called shop and manager said he checks all orders before they leave and it was fine, he then said he will give discount on next order just to microwave the calzone defo would not eat from here again

Food was absolutely delicious! Very fresh flavours and not oily or greasy. Extremely good value - we had one of the set menus for two people, it could’ve fed 4 easily. It arrived quickly and the delivery boy was very friendly. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
