Absolutely can not fault Dhan Shiri, easily the best Indian food I’ve ever had.

Nice food... shame about the delivery

Dhan Shiri is an excellent restaurant to eat in at. However I ordered a takeaway for pick up. It was barely warm when I collected it. I had ordered it to be ready for 7.15 but I was emailed to say ready at 6.30. I wasn't able to pick up then. The food clearly was neither cooked at the right time or kept warm.

Delivery was an hour and 20 minutes to start with and then it was late so didn't eat until 2145

Waited till 10 mins after expected delivery time to call them, called them and the man was rude and disrespectful. He said it would be 7 minutes and then hung up without saying anything else. Food was luke warm and looked rushed. Not worth the wait or the money. Won’t be ordering from there again.

The delay was not a problem. I phoned to check and was correctly informed that it would be with me in a minute. This was my first order with Dhan Shiri, it will not be the last.

not happy at all. food was delivered over an hour late without a courtesy call to let me know. tried to contact the restaurant multiple times to cancel the order and get money back. NO ANSWER. when the food finally arrived it was cold. will never order again

Great food. Would buy from there again. I chose to collect rather than have delivered as the delivery time was more than an hour whereas collection was only 20 minutes. It is a nice restaurant and I would like to visit the restaurant too.

Super tasty. I love the food from the Dhan shiri. Always lovely. Can be a bit slow on delivery but it is valentines day, so probably very busy. Their food is worth the wait!

Food left earlier than expected, arrived on time but barely warm. Really big portions but onion Bhaji was really greasy

3rd time this restaurant has delivered late to us. It will be the last time we use this restaurant and this app. The restaurant obviously don’t want to be in here as they say communicating with clients is too hard through the app so why bother? Mains were not hot and the driver asked to keep the change. Poor service all round

First Indian in over a year as our regular closed. Tried the Dhan Shiri as a take out as previously dined in and they didn’t disappoint.

Delivered slightly early which was fine. Food was hot and all up to usual Dhan Shiri standard. Highly recommended. In my opinion the best in town.

Turned up 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time making it an hour and a half from ordering to having it delivered. With this sort of wait time I would expect something for free or an explanation. What’s more the food was tepid and had stale poppadums. Not acceptable

Arrived at 6-45pm walked out at 8pm, starter still hadn't arrived. Staff didn't give a monkies , they were more interested in answering the phone and taking orders for takeaways they couldn't handle. When asked when our starter was coming, they replied 15 minutes, that's when we left. If I could have I would have rated this place below one star. Stay away, worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Delivery driver claimed that road was closed and could not be bothered to use an alternative route, which would not have added any time onto the journey. Was only informed 5 minutes after agreed arrival time that delivery would not be made. Restaurant abrupt, unhelpful and clearly unwilling to go slightly out of their way for customers.

After having a really really disappointing takeaway from here quite a while ago I decided to give it another chance as previously I'd loved their meals, sadly I won't be ordering again though. Delivery was only 15mins late so I thought things were looking good as I know from experience they often keep you waiting a lot longer, my excitement quickly died as I dished up. Everything was cold. The mains & rice were luke warm but the breads were stone cold. Onion bhajis were the highlight! Asked for a mild balti as always but if anything it was extra spicy, and the stuffed paratha was stuffed very very sparsely! I'll be sticking to my 2nd favourite balti in Brackley in future.

We were told our delivery would be 30 mins late so we asked if we could collect and were told what time it would be ready. I went to collect it but had to wait anyway. I wasn't offered a drink or anything apart from a seat. One gentleman was very apologetic. When we got the food home it wasn't very hot, considering we'd had to wait. Also, and it's a silly thing, 1 poppadom for a meal that was clearly for at least 2 people? Really disappointing as our first experience of this restaurant.

Really good, slightly cool and the pakora batter had a wierd taste they dOn’t usually have. The rest was perfect as always. The Dhan is my go to Indian in Brackley.

Dhan shiri, by far offers the best tasting Indian food in brackley. Unfortunately I’ve never had a takeaway on time, generally speaking they are delivered 20-30 minutes late! Such a shame, poor customer service means they have lost a customer.

We ordered pilau rice we only got pilau rice all the food was rather cold on arrival and we had to heat it up in the microwave and the balti was far hotter than expected and hubby could not eat it.

Very nice food - very polite and friendly driver, on time and nice and warm. Would recommend the Vinderloo with Mushroom Rice, if you enjoy spicy food -- comes with very light and fluffy potatoes cooked perfectly. Favourite takeaway in Brackley.

As we had been waiting so long, we asked what they could do for us, they refused to give us any money back and offered nothing for free. We eventually spoke to the person in charge and had to convince them to give us something for free. He eventually agreed to give us some free poppadoms and bombay potatoes. Our delivery arrived five minutes later, stone cold, one free broken poppadom and some sauces that looked as though they'd been scraped off the kitchen side.
