Great fresh quality food, but you sent mixed chicken tikka and Donner. Our order was chicken tikka Good job we like Donner. but all piping hot when delivered. Thanks

Ordered 2 large Chicken Tikka kebabs and some chicken pakoras. Arrived hot, chicken was nice tasty and succulent. Not tough like most places. Definitely will order again. Keep the quality up. Thanks

shocking says 30-45 mins for delivery , contact them via phone, after the max time and they tell me it will be another 15 mins ......will NOT order from these again

Always back Dhanyaa for there kebabs best about! Decided to go for a mixed special balti today and terrible decision, barely any meat and terrible quality. Meat was flavourless aswell. Absolutely gutted tbh because I back this gaff as class Indian and reccomend there Kebabs to all my mates! Disappointed

Terrible. Waited over 2hrs and no sign of food. When I called up to enquire they kept hanging up. Now have to request refund via just eat. Waste of time

Food taste really good, best Indian I’ve had since moving to Manchester. The food did take an hour and half to arrive but this was below what it said it would on estimated time, however the wait was well worth it. Will 100% be ordering again

Conned into paying for the same meal twice. The takeaway didn't help and Just Eat didn't help. Loved this takeaway for years, until being lied to and forced to pay twice. For the sake of making money on one extra meal they have lost my custom for life.

Food was a bit late, but they were honest and open about it so no problem there. Food was really good. In this day and age where prices have rocketed, Dhaanya was cheap and the quality of the food as good as anywhere else. Will definitely be back again and recommend this place.

Ordered over £40 worth of food. Delivery took over 45 minutes long and then when I rang to complain he said he was busy

Cold! Chicken was dry. Not as good as usual

Not for me. Ordered chicken tikka kebab and chips. Chips tasted funny. ( soggy too) and undercooked. Chicken tikka had some thick gloopy dry additives to it. Not all tender melt in your mouth chicken. Naan bread too claggy! All in the bin

Nice flavours in the curry, not oily at all, nan bread was also nice. It could have done with a bit more meat. However as the curry sauce was really nice, I would order again and try something different as I had the mixed meat. Spot on regarding flavours!

Waited till we had three deliveries before reviewing but I knew after the first, wow! The food is just delicious, this is now our go to curry house. So so good, my keema madras was bang on.

Feel really disappointed with our meal tonight , after waiting 2hours !!! Rogan josh was very bland !! Tikka starter very soggy full of grease , last time we had a meal wasn’t very good but thought we would try again , deffo won’t be ordering from here again

Food really great as always and lovely to have some extra sundries chucked in for good measure but app went to rate my delivery 1:20 mins after ordered and food had arrived. Had to call to check up on order 10 mins later and food was still another 30 mins meaning it arrived 2 hours after ordering and our little boy was awaiting dinner way beyond his bedtime. Delivery driver did apologise at the door for the wait and stated short staffed but in that case contact customers at point of order or when it’s already past the delivery time to advise of realistic delivery time as I would have cancelled this evenings order and arranged something else for our family this evening.

The food was delivered 25 minutes late . We ordered 2 chicken madras and one chicken jalfrezi and all of them were very salty. So unfortunately we threw most of it away

This is the last time I'll order from here. The food is good and their "Tastes of Shundorban" is one of my absolute favourite meals, but the service is absolutely abysmal. 2 hours for one meal to be delivered. Every single time I've ordered, I've had to repeatedly ring for updates because it takes so long. Then the delivery driver couldn't find my house, even though I was talking to him on the phone and he was insisting that he was at my house when he clearly wasn't. And to top it off, no dip to go with the onion bhaji! Just really terrible service, but the food is good.

Both dishes were missing sauce. A curry without curry isn’t a curry. Disappointed.

I ordered from here all the time and it never fails… tonight is an appreciation post… I ordered on just eat and delivery changed to 1 hour 40 mins… I’m hungover and hungry and needed there amazing food to cure me, I called the restaurant and explained this and they had my food here within 30 mins… now that is what u call the best service… thanks guys keep up the good work and amazing food. Lovely food but the onions and mango chutney were missing making the 5 poppadoms a bit pointless and a waste of money.

Called the restaurant to be told with a disgusting attitude ‘I don’t care if you ordered them you shouldn’t have been able too’ and instead I was sent onion bhajis. If I have paid extra for them why would they not give me them? Rude arrogant man not willing to help me! Honestly I will never order from this shambles of a place again!!

Food was late cold and two items missing that I paid for. No answer when I tried to call the restaurant Diet Coke and chi key chaat missing

Really disappointing. I haven't been here for a while, but this used to be my regular curry house as it was outstanding everytime. Sadly this time was not one of those times. hour and a half delivery time was not expected and to be late also was a shame. Onion Bhajis were cold, Chicken TIkka Masala was cold, no yoghurt provided with the Onion Bhajis which is something that was always added in. I think I will be giving it a miss for a while sadly.
