Desserts 101 in Cardiff

Absolutely disappointing experience each time. So i have stopped visiting this dessert parlour. They usually are out of stock on certain desserts or dessert ingredients. Since the new management this place has gone downhill and many of the regular customers do not visit this place because they are either out of stock on most items or the young newbie staff do not know what they are doing and take so long with making up one order. Its not staff fault i think this is management fault that this business is failing sorry to say. I wish them all the best and i hope they learn from their mistakes.

Ordered 5 waffles and a carrot cake and custard for me and my family, on delivery the 5 waffles arrived along with the custard but no carrot cake? Phoned the store to explain that the carrot cake did not arrive with the order, the customer service i received was very unprofessional, they told me that I did not order a carrot cake, I assured them I definitely did an when they went through my order to check along with the price I paid which was a couple of pounds short of £40, it included the cost of the carrot cake, either that or they over charged me. Regardless of this, I was told I would still have to pay for the carrot cake when they delivered it.. for the sake of £3 I agreed... after nearly 2 hours of waiting I phoned back to chase it up and the lady on the phone was very rude, had an attitude and even hung up on me when I asked how long they would. I live in the same area as the shop so it’s literally a five minute car journey so why it was taking so long I don’t no. Never the less, 2 and a half hours later and still waiting for my carrot cake! Terrible people skills, unapologetic for their mistakes and clearly don’t care about losing custom! Very unhappy with the service and spending so much on desserts for this kind of service.

No estoy seguro de lo que sucedió aquí, pero solía hacer pedidos con regularidad, cada vez que pedí en el pasado fue excelente, no he pedido nada debido a la pandemia, pero decidí recibir una entrega ya que había pasado tanto tiempo, los helados solían Estar en frascos grandes con obleas y extras encima, ahora están en frascos minúsculos de la mitad del tamaño y sin extras, aunque siguen al mismo precio, probablemente dejarán de comprar a partir de ahora.

Pedí desde aquí, comunicación fantástica. Les pedí que escribieran una nota de cumpleaños y lo hicieron, el cumpleaños disfrutó mucho su postre, gracias por hacerlo especial.

Los deliciosos helados y batidos generalmente piden el batido m & m y siempre tienen un sabor fuerte (se necesita como M & Ms), pero el batido de caramac no tenía sabor, así que no recomiendo ese sabor en particular, pero las bandejas batidas son excelentes, excelentes precios, buenos postres , recomendaría
