Service was amazing asked the guy to make it quickly as I was in a hurry and my order came in less than 5min. Chicken burger could do with more sauce but was still good.

food was cold burger fries were warm rice box average wrong drinks sent should have been coke and lilt and was grapefruit Fanta

Food was okay but didn’t get the best experience as it was over an hour late and stone cold. No way to reheat as I was at a premier inn. Delivery time said 15-20min ls but was around 1hr 20mins. Wish I got food elsewhere

Not enough sauce on the chicken

Chicken tasted great as always but just a little bit dry compared to others I have had, but all together it’s was wonderful.

Great people, foods halal. Nice and fresh, fair price. Professional service. Nice clean toilet and great searing area.if I was local I would eat daily. Nothing tasted greasy, even the chips was fried in fresh oil. Great service, went above and beyond allowing me a place to change my disabled child. Bless these guys and their business.

Taste of boiled chicken and stingy in quantity

The Chilli Flame restaurant is truly amazing, and I regret not discovering it earlier. The grilled flame chicken is delicious and affordable, and the convenient location and clean interior add to the appeal. However, the only downside is having to place and pay for side orders in the middle of eating due to self-service. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Tasty option for a takeaway, lovely chicken amd piri fries. Staff always really nice. 100% better than nandos and any flame grilled chicken places and good prices.

Service was really bad, started off when I asked for sauce that was in the fridge, charged me 90p for 3 of them; coild have just iffered if i wanted sauce that way i woild have ordered it and paid once for it. When I came back to my hotel room to eat; sauces snapped as I was trying to open it, followed on by them to expecting me to eat the loaded fries with my hand as no cutlery or napkins were provided, on top of that cheese wasn't fully melted on it. However, the burger was nice to bite into.

Absolutely delicious. I ordered the fries with chicken and some toppings and it was delicious! Also the portions are huge. I ordered the large meal and couldn't finish 😂. Staff are very friendly too. Please make sure to clean more often the tables.

I never received the order and when I ring the shop first time they said my order is on the way and after an hour when I called them again the said nothing to do with them I have to contact with just eat. Very rude customer service. The shop is working with just eat’s drivers and who knows who is the driver? Did the shop check the ID for the driver or they just give to anyone the food?

I ordered from Chilli Flames and I’ve have never experienced a service as bad as this. The delivery time is shocking I ordered my meal at 4:30 and it was expected to come at the very latest at 5:30. It’s now 6:13pm and I’ve received nothing. The driver’s map has also been unavailable since 5pm so I couldn’t track my order and how close it was to me. I want a REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

Can be hit & miss. There’s always an issue when we get a take out. It’s Either burnt or missing items. Last time we had to drive down and get the burnt chicken sorted Out despite ordering from Uber & having home delivery- the inconvenience wasn’t worth driving down to rectify We prefer now to go inside & eat. Sometimes service can be slow but overall the food is nice

Amazing chargrilled chicken, “hot” is great and so is the “medium” spice level! Will try the “very hot” next time! Included BBQ sauce, mayo, ketchup and hot sauce on the side at no extra cost! Big portions for the half chicken! And wings were bigger than I’ve ever seen! Great management as well :) I warned the manager that the bin was full, bin bag was changed immediately :)

The chicken was uncooked. The cheese had not melted on the fries. There was no flavour even after we picked lemon and herb and hot.

I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. This company are criminals. They sell Vouchers through Wowcher and then refuse to honour them at their stores. The staff and manager make up lies how not to give the food with excuses of offer has finished when its still being offered online, the voucher has expired and its not this store excuses when it clearly says on voucher store name and long expiry date. You complain to their head office and they just ignore you. MASSIVE SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT PROVIDE THE FOOD. AVOID AT ALL COST. WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE SERVING AS FOOD IF THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY.

I remember an episode of Pokemon where Mr.Mime was cooking like salt bae, all the angst, panache and theatrical presentation only to come out with bland food. On the other hand, A Sneasel has presented food that looks like it has been prepared by a uni student that only cooks frozen nuggets and pizza; it turns out Sneasel’s food taste amazing. Chili flames does not need to be 5 star Michelin to be appreciated, it’s straight to the point and it knows it’s good.

Went in yesterday, the place had a very weird smell, which me and friends noticed. I thought the chicken also tasted funny and off, which my friend who ordered also said (and now has food poisoning) as do I, went to the place a lot before, but this has put me off completely and I won't be going again. No phone number to contact so this is my last resort.

I just love chilli flames. Now I'm currently addicted to the chicken rice box. I ABSOLUTELY recommend it

I am not happy with the service this evening, i orderd at 6.01. I called the restraunt about 40 minutes into waiting to be told my food had been sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes, which is where it would remain for a further 20 minutes when the food arrived at 7.02 after sitting for 40 ish minutes, an hour after it was ordered. When the food arrived it was soggy, cold and inedible and the drinks were warm from sitting under the heat lamp in the same bag as the food. That was a total waste of my money and time.

Missing item in order, ordered first time from st Mary Street branch (family mix) and 5x strips were missing from my order. Disappointed with the service. Have used city road branch in the past no of times and never had any items missing or any problems with them.

No drinks, No mayo, No napkins... Service is more expensive, yet is getting worse unfortunately

Disappointed. Why was the drinks given in the same bag as the food. It’s quite clear that will make the food go cold. Which is what happened. Food is cold and soggy.

I ordered from here today on my lunch break , I waited around 20 mins for just a chicken burger no meal just the burger , by the time it was done I had to go straight back to work to eat it ! When I ate the first bite I notice it tasted funny so I looked at the chicken and noticed that it was pink and part of it was black ,I threw this in the bin ! Absolute waste of time and money , will never go back there ! And will be telling people not to either , very disappointed
