We went with family, The food was very nice and tasty but very slow service, had to wait a lot. They have all new and short staff.

Loved the food and dessert was so yummy and tempting.

We had a lovely dine in experience with excellent service and care to cater for our disabilities and needs.

Happened to visit this amazing desi food restaurant, and just mind blowing. I can’t explain the taste of karahi in words that was too good. Perfect taste of meat and spices, well cooked with a lot of love :) Kabab already got a lot of attention that’s worth it. So juicy and fresh, exceeded our expectations. Service was really good and nice atmosphere. We almost spent 2 hours there and didn’t even felt that. Music collection and wall art for pictures was marvellous. They got great team to work. Highly recommended, will visit again Inshallah.

Visited this restaurant tonight and got experience the best outing. We order tawa and waffles. And everything was amazing and at the edge of taste. Service was great and on time. I highly recommend this place.

I recently dined at Karahi King Village, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel truly welcome. Their hospitality was top-notch, and they were attentive throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Asiya and Erum, who managed everything perfectly! Their kindness and attention to detail made the experience more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, and their friendly attitude added a personal touch to the service. I tried the Butter Chicken, and it was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The Chicken Seekh Kebab was perfectly grilled, juicy, and had the right balance of spices. For dessert, I indulged in a Milkshake Waffle and cookies, both of which were heavenly! The waffle was crispy from the outside yet fluffy from the inside, and the milkshake was thick and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with great food and exceptional service. With dedicated staff like Asiya and Erum, this place truly stands out. Highly recommended!

We ordered two waffles and two milkshakes and waited for them for over 50minutes when we were the only customers in the restaurant. The lady serving us was polite but she forgot one of our milkshakes, gave us the wrong ice cream and was wandering around whilst we were waiting for our food. I thought the atmosphere felt off because our server didn’t seem to be treated well as there were many men hovering around the counter talking for the duration of our visit who clearly worked there however they did not help her prepare our food when she clearly appeared overwhelmed. At the end of our visit I was shocked to see that we were charged £25 for our food considering the service and waiting time. I wouldn’t recommend getting food from here as I’ve received my food faster from other establishments that are much busier and further away.

Visited Karahi King Village today and had an incredible dining experience. The food quality and quantity were both top-notch, but what truly stood out was the outstanding taste. We tried the Lamb Karahi and Nihari paired with freshly made roti – every bite was packed with flavor. To top it off, we enjoyed their Desi Chai, which was simply the best! Special mention to the service girl, who was incredibly kind and polite, making our experience even better. A big shout-out to the chefs behind the scenes for crafting such delicious and spicy dishes. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Wonderful experience Good food with quick service

Asked for chicken pakoras. Tiny chicken pieces fried in a thin coating which was rock solid. The chicken was old, as if they had been prepared a few days ago. They were not freshly fried. And overpriced. Never going again

I like their food, I was in Birmingham for a short trip and went to eat dinner with a friend. This restaurant got good chef. Kebab were juicy and yummy.

After a long time in Birmingham, I found a great restaurant with delicious food, a nice atmosphere, and excellent service. We ordered prawn karahi, seekh karahi, and chapali kebab, and they were all delicious. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the portions were generous.

Food and dessert were 10/10, mahnoor was wonderful and so polite she made us feel welcome and comfortable the second we walked in. The desserts were made by her along with the mojito and they were the highlight of the trip.

Visited this restaurant today, didn't enjoy food at all had horrible experience with food if 0stars was an option would be giving that. In starters fries were undercooked and soggy like they had been cooked in bad oil, had these replaced once told waiter however was given same fries and was told they're 'peri peri' fries that's why are like this, which were clearly not and peri peri fries were not asked, keema nan was very undercooked, dough was showing as undercooked and so was the keema, there was hardly any keema in it. Feeling horrible and sick straight after eating wouldn't recommend this place, its a shame as this restaurant is near house and was visited often however after this disastrous experience won't be going again.

Ordered a mixed grill, half kilo lamb karahi and chicken tikka masala Well the only positive of the night was the sheekh kebabs and fries Sheekh kebabs tasted delicious👌💯🔥 The rest of the mixed grill was below par, chicken tikka was dry, lamb chops was chewy. It seemed like the mixed grill was prepared and then some marinated sauce was thrown on top of it all Now to the mains, what can I say, the lamb karahi was super bland and tasteless, lacked flavour and taste, the chicken tikka masala, was just slightly better, the sauce of the curry was alright but the same can't be said about the meat, majority of it was hard and super chewy Service was provided by the young lady, who seemed to be running around to different tables even though there was other staff around, doing the bare minimal if you ask me... bless her As you can see in the photos, the half kilo lamb karahi was more or less untouched My advice to the chef is to taste the food before giving it to paying customers.. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE Basically left the place still hungry and bitterly dissapointed, putting it mildly Last but not least, like I always say everyones taste buds are different and opinions vary, but this is my honest opinion Even giving it 2 stars out of 5, is being generous, would have given it one, but given it an extra one for the waitresses effort. We go nationwide to eat and this meal today has to rank amongst the bottom, sad to say but it's true...

The food was really nice and it was served hot and fresh. The customer service was top notch there is a girl called amna who served us she was very attentive and super friendly and welcoming will highly recommend trying this place for food and service. Car parking is available too.

Today we came to this place and were amazed by the food and dessert. We had lamb chops and mojitos and milkshakes and those were the best things ever. The customer service here was amazing as well, we got served by a lady that met all our needs. Defo Recommend this place!!!!

The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and service. After placing our order, we were made to wait for over 50 minutes without any updates. I noticed that a table that arrived after us was being served their food, prompting me to inquire with the host about our order. The host informed me that the Chicken Karachi requires a longer preparation time. This chicken not cow paya 😇 Frustrated by the situation, I ultimately decided to cancel our order. The service was subpar, and the restaurant itself was unclean. I would strongly advise food enthusiasts to avoid this establishment. Deeply disappointed , shame Response to your reply Well I am still sitting few doors away and dining at different Resturant after wasting 55 minutes. Came to this place first time. Service was excellent by Aleena, very friendly and helpful. The food was really good aswell ordered the platter and seekh kebab karahi both were really good. Ordered roti and loved it wasn’t dry and very fresh. Had there own desserts bar too which we loved and the decor!

I recently visited Karahi King Village and have to say that the taste of the food was absolutely amazing! Every dish we tried was full of flavor, and we really enjoyed the authentic experience. However, I would suggest adding more vegetarian options to the menu for more variety. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was that not all items listed on the menu were available, especially the desserts. The staff was polite and friendly. Also, the fact that they don't have a card machine was inconvenient. Overall, great food.

They are Fraud people.I ordered salmon fish and butter chicken Karahi 1/2 and they sent me cod fish and chicken curry. I received my order in 80 minutes....

2nd review in tried this place again and the food was a massive improvement from the last time the lamb karahi was perfect and the grilled starters. Keep up the food quality dont let it slide again.

The quality of the food was good ,portions are a good amount ,i went with my family recently and was given a excellent quality service by a young lady who was efficient happy to help with anything and kept a eye on us if we needed anything eles and asked if we was happy with the quality of service, she was working on her own and it was busy and handled it really well.I don't know her name but would like to let management know she is a credit to your business.

I ordered the butter chicken karahi and some lamb chops. The butter chicken was inedible and the lamb chops lacked any flavour. Following day woke up to an upset stomach. It's a shame as it was my first time trying this place and was hoping for authenticity.

We went to this place due to reviews. However, our experience was disappointing. We went to this restaurant on a Monday around 3 pm. We had been travelling from Glasgow with a toddler since 6 am so stopping every now and then on the way. We were hungry and went to this restaurant based on reviews. I understand that many may have experienced a good dining experience because of dining at fairly normal time but we did not. Food was definitely not like the reviews said. Cucumber from salad was definitely not from the same day. Ordered Nihari and it did not taste like one, have had Nihari from multiple places and this was the first one that did not taste like one and they did not even serve the add on items that usually comes on top of the curry or on the side. Almost seemed like they made another curry. Asked the server and she spoke to the chef and informed us that the main chef was not there. (If the appropriate chef is not on site then please just say that the curry is not possible at that time. Serve according to the strengths of the present chef, not what is on the menu. The wrong chef isn't going to make it worth coming back for.) We also ordered loaded chips and then changed to cheesy chips when the server mentioned doner in loaded chips. However, we were served loaded chips. We did not complain about it. We just avoided the meat. But just so that you know, please confirm the order if not sure or write it. I am aware that we were changing the order but at the same time, we asked for mojitos and we were told they are served so we ordered accordingly then we were told they are not served so had to change order again. Server was fine, not passionate, just seemed like someone working to earn but when I would dine at a place like this, I would want server to at least seem like they care. Doesn't have to be too extra. However, based on our experience, it did definitely tick me off when she was chatting to another staff member about personal stuff. Because am not having a decent experience with food and dining, why would you chat about personal conversations in front of customers? I had a toddler and evidently toddler made a mess, I did try to clean up as much as I could. So hopefully server did not have to go overboard with cleaning after our table. Maybe the place is good to visit when it is fully operational at dinner time. However, 3 pm visit was very disappointing. It even caused a rift amongst us as we were already very hungry and some just wanted to dine at a place more familiar such as MyLahore instead of trying a new place that we had never been to before.

Amazing Paki food. The Karahi was excellent, and it really helped with the authentic Paki food cravings we were having. Its a slightly rundown place but its a budget place not meant to be posh, has free parking and great friendly staff!

These guys have definitely improved. Be careful if you can't handle spicy food. Curries are made fresh so you do have to wait, but would you have it any other way? Definitely need to maintain the good hygiene and clean environment. Mixed grill is good, could be better, but prices are competitive

Fresh and flavoursome food with a wholesome service!

I’ve been here twice but sadly won’t return due to how spicy the food is. The first time I ordered a medium korma and it blew my mouth off! Thinking it was my fault I returned and ordered a mild korma but it was still ridiculously spicy! It’s a shame as the staff are nice, the food is affordable and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the food is unbelievably spicy, I dread to think what the other curry’s are like if the korma is that hot!!

I've been to this restaurant afew times and every time there food and services it 5 star. Staff and lovely and welcoming. Manager is lovely too. Definitely our regular restaurant now.

I'm a regular customer as it's not only local to us but the food here reminds me of back home, delicious flavours and a good menu with reasonable prices. The owners are soo welcoming and polite, especially the lady owner always goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. Another good thing is they have a wide range of yummy desserts too :) 10/10.

Went to this place for a snack food was good, at a reasonable price. It looked like their cleaner had the day off...or may be, more like the wk off. Tables and the floor needed a cleaning . The toilets were disgustingly unclean. Didn't end up with tummy ache , which was a bonus.

Tried for the first time we ordered, biriani, and it came out chicken pulao. Cos I am an Indian I know the difference. I ordered chicken tika aswell but sauce they are using tasted so bad that me and my partner and I were not able to eat more than a bit. Then they replaced the chicken with channa dal. That was good but a bit more green chillies. Only so-called biriani tasted good. Place not recommended.

Amazing customer service from the manager, was a lovely lady and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Food was also really really good, had the lamb kharai along with other bits and was delicious. Will deffo come back and eat in again.
