A review from my 2 sons who went for dessert and had a pleasant experience they had cookie dough and throughly enjoyed it. Also they said the customer experience was lovely from staff.

Really nice desserts. Aero milkshakes were really good value for money and tasted top-quality. Cookie dough also made to a high standard. Would really recommend !

Ordered 4 milkshakes, 3 were perfect except one with bits of plastic in Called the restaurant who said they will deliver another replacement Other than that made the milkshakes thick as requested.

Authentic desi food. Found it to be best in Birmingham so far!

Absolutely vile, kebab was chewy and we all ended up with bad stomachs the following day. Puddings are atrocious for the money, the cookie dough was dry and no different to a standard biscuit you can buy off the shelf from a supermarket then warm through. Never again and after spending £38 would have rather of gone to my local chippy. We drove 35 mons to try this restaurant, not for us, service never came with a smile just placed out food onto the table and didn't even speak

The service was amazing and the staff showed very good hospitailty. Our order was taken straight away and it didn't take long for our food to arrive. Me and my family enjoyed our time here and we will definitely come again. :)

A poor man's German Doner Kebab. Went here 2 years ago never to return again. Went only once and had food poisoning straight after. Avoid. If I had the chance I would give this place 0 stars. Million Dollar Kebab? More like 1p kebab. The place needs shutting down from the amount of bad reviews already.

Bun was chewy, dry and microwaved, burger pattie was bland, pizza's are great though, more miss than hit on this occasion.

I had the burger which was good as were the fries, the other lads tried the billion dollar doner which they enjoyed. I tried the Algerian sauce which is not spicy so it didn't burn me.

Food was very delayed with just eat, 2hrs and many items missing, wasnt happy and wouldn't order again

The donner meat in turkish bread was a revelation - really nice. Also, the mixed donner pizza was mouth-wateringingly delicious... I've never had doner meat, that, good... The oreo milkshake was a delight too. Can't wait to try more food!

Went here 2 weeks ago. Ordered donner in pitta. The pitta was hard and the donner was cold. The menu is a lie as the food is not what is served. The prices are outrageous as the food quality is so poor. Do yourself a favour and avoid this.

Food was late by 20 minutes and food was cold. Lamb Shwarma was hard a rubbery ended up throwing everything away.

The place is very dirty! The floor is so sticky and the smell is disgusting! The food is overpriced compared to the quality. The waiter lacked manners and was behaving as if he was being forced to work.

Do not go here, avoid this place, the chicken we were served was green and to top it all off we saw a rat run across the restaurant floor. We felt physically sick after our experience here. The restaurant owner then tried to bribe us to not report them. I felt so bad I took my family to this place and they eat the food served here. I will definitely be reporting this place. Whilst the owner was pleading with us not to report them in the car park we could see the shop workers laughing inside. It was like they knew they had rats and continued to remain open serving food to customers.

The customer service is very poor and it looks like they are encouraging their customers not to return back. My advice to the owner is send the staff somewhere else where they can learn how to deal with customers politely and efficiently. In the end of the day, there are so many other restaurants.

Worst service ever. We had to get menu ourselves. Asked for water which they never gave us. Asked for sauces which they brought it in the end after asking for it twice. Food wasn't good at all. Place wasn't busy and staff was on his mobile. And tables were dirty.

When it first opened, it was really nice. It seems to have changed. Now it is the standard doner you get from every take away, just more expensive. Saying that, staff are lovely, deco is nice

Made a little trip down to the acocks green village to get my nails done a few days ago.. as I was passing I decided to go for a little lunch at BIllion doner kebab. Food was great.. outstanding customer service provided by a young gentleman with curly hair.. all food was well cooked aswell. Will definitely come again!

Food tasted good but for the price of the burger you expect more meat and a bigger bun. It would be better of going to kfc.

Second time we have been. Went with hubby and kids...we all enjoyed our meals. Friendly staff and good service. Thanks guys

Very poor service, no napkins, no glasses, they buy their baps from morrisons. One Doner Kebab, it should be called. Quality of food is better at McDonald's. Cheap restaurants need exposure. Avoid at all costs

Just had an amazing lunch in Acocks green. Superb quality, excellent price and very healthy. £5 for chicken schwarma wrap and chips and a drink. Highly recommended!!

Well just passing by and it was lunch time. What I ordered I liked and its quite at the time we went. Would go again. Try something new. I ordered chicken shawarma and my partner ordered cowboy burger. An end up with milkshake. Would recommend it to others to try it.

Useless place, they say 9pm closed and you come at 8:15pm and as soon as I park up they put there shutters down, pathetic. I'll never come here and I'll let my people know not to go either.

I gave this a one star for this reason Firstly, the good things about this place is the presentation of the store, they really design the store very well and made it look fancy! The reason why I gave this a one star is because, I live in Worcestershire and my family and I were looking foward trying out in Billion Donor so we made the journey from Worcester to Solihull to try this place out! I ordered my food (I ordered the million dollor doner from that £4.95 meal deal) so I placed my order along with my families order which came to around £30. So I sat down and waited for the food. At that time it was not busy (around 2 customers was there in the store). My family and I waited 1 HOUR for the food, until one customer walked into the store and spoke to the manager and told his wife “ they ain’t serving the food” so my dad got up and told one of the staff how long it will be, the manager said he is not cooking anything and hasn’t even cooked our £30 order as the chef quit his job!!! The reason why I am not satisfied with this, is that we waste one hour of sitting in the store salivating with hunger and the manager could at least told us in that one hour, unfortunately he cant make the food due to the chef walking out! We would much appreciate it if he did that action and the worst this is, he could of at least compensated us with a drink or an ice cream for the hour wait at least! I am not surprise that the chef walked out on his job and I won’t be surprise if the shop closed down!!!! I was very much looking forward going to that place, especially driving from Worcester to Solihull wasting our petrol money! This place is Waste of time and money!!!!

First time visiting today with family and will definitely be going back. The customer service offered by staff was excellent. We arrived an hour late for our booking and were still met with welcoming smiles. We ordered burgers (Mexican got and PeriPeri) which were well cooked with good flavours. The kebab meat is the best we have had.

BILLION DONNER KEBAB. STAFF • Amazing, Super kind and caring. The customer service is A***** VENUE • Also amazing, restaurant setting, car parking, love the interior MENU • GOOD FOOD 😍😍😍 The menu is not set which is perfect for fusdy eaters.. you can literally personalise everything about your plate.. from meat to bread to the sauce! Theres nothing better than a resturant that does the best take away foods.

Best kebab I've ever had 10/10. Ashik is clearly from a rival kebab shop!

Had a chicken shawarma for close to 7 pounds (without chips!), absolute shambles for the portion and didn't taste like a shawarma. When you think of a Turkish place, the least you expect is a decent shawarma. Also had a a billion doner burger for close to 5 quid, you could easily buy the same thing outside for less than 2 pounds. There is nothing "Billion Doner" about it !!

Really good food...bit on the pricey side...but you can't put a price on not having the runs the next day! Don't listen to Ashik Nazar...if that is your real name.....I swear I've seen him behind the counter at the village kebab store

Good burgers cash only like many restaurants many in Birmingham perhaps bits more tax efficient not sure.

Lovely Food Burgers are delicious same with chips and refillable drinks for a reasonable price.

Good quality meat but salad was poorly. Also there was no service we had get the knife and forks our selfs. The dispenser kept making noise, also it was a bit cold. Music was off and it was quiet. Food it self was tasty but it doesn't have the wow factor without the service... Also it was a bit dead as it was only us eating there so got a bit suspicious as to why is it quiet on a busy night.

Went on a Friday eve for a dinner it was dead. I was kind of surprised as expecting busy. Ordered a billion doner and it was a good portion but nothing special. Fries portion was big too. Food was hot and fresh. Had a bottomless drink. The ice machine was producing iceflake and water. Hardworking staff though. They were busy with the takeaway orders. It was cold where we initially sat so we changed the table. Plenty of space for the parking. Overall experience 3 star.

Went last Friday. Nice tasting doner which is a billion times better then German doner. Service was good they kept a eye on us and made sure we got what ever we needed. Had paranta doner. Lamb doner and chicken doner and one platter. All very nicely made and decent size portions. Well they were too decent had to take some of it home 👍

Asked for no sauce, still put sauce on it.

Beautiful food, amazing presentation and the flavours made me look twice at what o was eating as i didn't expect donner meat to be so tasty. The paratha donner was a suprise both presentation and taste. The staff more than helpful, polite and accommodating. A great and surprising twist on a chip shop staple. Really recommend a try or 2.

I went here today Saturday 26th January 2019 with a friend for the very first time after hearing from others to try out. I must say i was impressed and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We was greeted by a young lady and a gentleman who took our order and service was outstanding. Very friendly and asked us if were local lads, you might remember myself from Aston and my mate from smallheath lol. I would recommend to try it out and we will be going back. We had a meal each with mango milkshake and buffalo wings with breadcrumbs. Food was topnotch! !!!!! Definitely worth going. Ive taken more pics and videos which i will try and post later

Ok so this review was for the MIXED GRILL - ordered for TAKE OUT COLLECTION so got 15% off. Excellent portion sizes : wings,kebab,chicken,rice,fries 10/10. Good sauces too. Great improvement from the first time I went when they were just unorganised. The lad in charge is running this place much better. Will update the next time I visit to eat in. Massive improvement. 👍 So went back and this place has gone downhill. Staff are rude and messed my order up.

I have been there with my family last year during the Easter holidays and we all had a good look around to this place. The food was absolutely delicious because we have been looking at the menu to order lots of new things to try for the first time. I don't understand why most people are complaining about the portion sizes on their plates because they were saying that the chef was serving too less well if they have a problem with it then I suggest them to stop being so ungrateful and eat your food in peace. The only good thing is that you can fill up your unlimited drinks as much as you want when you get more thirsty and it's really fascinating. Let's be honest with you when I first came here I've seen most people are moaning about why is the food was too expensive when they have ordered their own choices of food I mean seriously if they are having a trouble of paying lots of food by cash then I suggest them to pay by card because it is much too easier for you when they have brought their whole family along with them to have an evening meal together. I would like to give BDK a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because they have been working really hard to organise this place for the customers to come here to have their meals with their friends and families I must say the chefs have been really busy preparing lots of different varieties of foods for the hungry customers to be served on time. The only thing is that this place needs to be more organised because there are many people are making a complaint about the food was too cold and by serving the wrong order OMG it's not their fault to be honest if they have an issue about it then they need to speak to the manager and he will understand the situation. The staffs are very helpful and friendly because they have been treating the customers very well and it's so lovely to have a great company with them. I visited this place couple weeks ago, and the shwamra kebab is to die for! I will be using this place again, friendly staff, very quick and they obviously know good food!! this place will expand larger because the food is just excellent!

Doner is very delicious staff are very kind but can be more happy they look Moody and sad. My order was left out I was accompanied with friends which they got their food first I think they forgot about me .staff quickly sorted it out and giving me a lager portion

Disappointed as payed £5.49 For mexican chic burger expecting a least fries seems like over charging as not worth the money paid for 4 burgers and one 1pc chic and chips £26.45 would have enjoyed from dixy or Pepe's any many others would not recommended to anyone let see how long they stay open with the prices and poor quality food

Horrendous customer service! I regularly come to this restaurant with my younger son nearly every two weeks. About three months ago, I used to get served and seen to every time I came into the store by a young arabic lad who gave excellent customer service to me and my son. Any time I had a problem with the food he would rectify the problem very quickly. Also, he used to interact with my son making him laugh and smile whilst dining at the place which I thought was superb by him. However, ever since I have been coming recently to the place I do not see the young Arabic lad anymore. Instead I get terrible customer service from other Asian lads who do not care about me and other customers, they doss around the shop and do not rectify problems quick enough. Also, I once received mouldy donner meat in a burnt bun which my son was about to eat. I told some tall lad who served me about the problem to replace it and he told me he is going to speak to the manager about it which was some small women shrugged her shoulders and said I can't do anything about it. Never coming back and I recommend everyone to stay away from this shop. Appalling service and disgusting food.

Chip shop quality, Restaurant price I visited this restarant with my family at a very quiet time. The employees were not busy however seemed very unattentive. the restaurant was well decorated but was not clean. The food was relatively expensive about 7 pounds for donner without any sides or drinks. Oddly we were expected to leave our seats to order, something i would not have expected from a relatively expensive restaurant. despite the restaurant being nearly empty the wait at the till was unreasonably long. we then waited for the food for a very long time. at no point did the staff check on us or give any explanation for the delay. When the food arrived the quality was very average, similar to what you would find in a chip shop. Overall not an experience that justified the price

Doner Kebab was very nice! The nan however wasn't as nice as its pre made, its currently warmed up in a grill. Nan should be freshly made with dough and made in the tandoor at the restaurant, nan made like this would go excellently with the amazing doner!

Meh... really been craving donner meat & chips but couldn’t decide so I had the mixed one with chips & house chilli sauce. The food was hot & turned up on time but was pretty bland even with the sauce. I’ve had better donner meat at ali’s fish bar on stratford rd. The beef was chewy & chicken was dry. Regular donner was ok, they make it sound all fancy on the menu but I’ve had better, and at a fairer price. Wont order from them again. Also, I ordered rice thinking it was plain rice but it was pilau/brown savoury rice - they should make this clearer. Especially savoury rice with donner meat as an option online, eeuhhh. My advice, it’s not fancy... they need to call a spade, a spade! Ps. Salad was packed in with my donner meat & chips - gross. It was warm & a little slimy. I suggest packing it separately.

Portion sizes are small compared to pricing. the mixed grill wasn't actually a mixed grill in comparison to other shops. Lacked the variety and quantity. I think there were only like 6 shreds of chicken donner...that should speak volumes. Taste was good but lacked the WOW factor I expected.

Went here just to be social with my mates as I didn't think I would be able to eat anything as I have food intolerances. One of the staff arranged it so he made me grilled cod and pilau rice and salad and was very tasty. Thank you.

Average kabbab, small portions and expensive!

Truly awesome ! Literally hooked to the billion donner signature kebab and their sauce. Well done on creating an excellent product. Customer service has been strong too. My go to place when in Birmingham! Potential to be the best in Birmingham at this level.

Generous portions and tasty food.

Really enjoyed the food here. So far I had the Billion Doner Kebab and Billion Doner Kebab Sizzler. Try the sizzler when you go. It's really filling and the prices are reasonable. Next time I want to try the shwarma and burgers insha'Allah.

Overcharged , small portions for the price , & serve you the opposite to what you order .
