Opening times wrong. Says its open at 3pm but it's not

I'm giving 5 stars but I hope for some improvements. We've ordered 2 waffles, one with strawberries and Ferrero Rocher, one with bananas and white chocolate. I was a bit scared if they'll be fresh as I'm pregnant and I was also going to give some to my little son but they turned out really well. My husband said they could be more crispy. Mango milkshake was delicious! :) Shame that there's no single chair to sit down while waiting for order, as I've mentioned I'm pregnant and it wasn't easy for me to wait in there. Nice graphics on the wall and tasty gelato.

When you not open tell people before they place the order then their money won't get refund until 5 days time.

Ice cream is worth the visit alone. Will 💯% be using a lot more now I know that it's there.

This place is so rubbish the waffle sticks are donut sticks. I ordered a Ben and Jerry’s Netflix and chill and got the birthday cake one, horrible. Tried to call the restaurant 5 times while they were still preparing my order, no response. The delivery driver took an hour called me to tell me he went to the wrong address 🤦🏻‍♀️ Only to make me wait longer received my food

Waffles were not properly cooked and nearly threw up and when I contacted shop they said thanks for feedback. No sorry or bring it back for a refund. Customer service and food not great here.

Ordered food on Uber eats, food came an hour later than the estimated delivery time. And was missing the actual entire cookie dough, just came with two tubs of ice cream and melted whipped cream, from a 4 item order. Despite ringing for over an hour a total of 7 times there was no response.

Driver was half an 40 minutes late and i found a hair in my strawberry and chocolate waffle ewwww. Because it was so late past 4.00 I couldn't phone and tell them very disappointed 😔

A great menu with something for everyone. Service with a smile, nothing was too much for these guys. Will definitely be going again.

An excellent experience... by far the best shake and waffle I've had for a very long time and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Amazing desserts! We had the cookie dough, waffle and oreo milkshake and honestly everything was perfect and just the right portion sizes! I highly recommened you try it if you have not already done so 👍🏼💯

Just been here for the second time the couple that run it are super nice. Breakfast was spot on again. This will definitely be the place to go. My other half is veggie and love her breakfast to very. Thanks again guys
