Ordered.ice cream! One millionaire shortbread with biscoff sauce and a while chocolate and raspberry with white hazelnut sauce and American sprinkles. The ice cream was like no other!!! I'm really fussy about my ice cream too and this is one to beat. The service was also amazing served straightaway with recommendations.

Wonderful place! Everything is beautifully presented, clean and smells great, with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. The flavours are amazing, especially the pistachio cheesecake — absolutely unmissable! My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Tasted a pink tea that was awful. Took it back full to the brim. Refused to change it saying 'I'd tasted it'. As if they were planning to sell it again. Terrible customer service. Stood there arguing with me that it was fine without even tasting it themselves. Also, why would I return it without tasting it? Manager had a real chip on his shoulder and in the end it became a pride over customer service thing

Excellent service and great dessert

I can't say the dessert wasn't fantastic because it was and I would 100% recommend and order again. However due to the poor delivery I probably won't order from here again. I was told 15 to 30 mins and the time gradually went up. I ended up waiting an hour for two desserts (chocolate concrete and a chocolate hedgehog). It did let the food down as our custard was stone cold due to the long wait. It was a real shame.

Really good desserts that weren't too sweet. They need to take less time to make the desserts. We had 4 kids with us and they were getting a bit ratty when we had to wait for 45 minutes. Other than that the desserts were delicious. We will be back.

Terrible ice creams, they served all the desserts at different times (the waffle taking 25 minutes) Only good part was the quality of waffles but that in itself doesn't nearly outweigh its disadvantages

Moseley is full of nice dessert places but this place is a real gem! From the quality of the desserts to the service everything is top notch. I’m a bit sceptical of tea in dessert places but the pink tea was amazing, desserts itself are great quality and good price.

Popped in on a whim for dessert recently, my partner and I shared the dolce ferrero waffle and the triple chocolate sundae. Both desserts were amazingly tasty, really nicely presented and the portion size was super generous too! The waiter who served us was so friendly and the restaurant was beautifully decorated, really clean and the music choices were great. Really made our evening. We'll be back! :)

They serve the most delicious gluten-free waffles in Birmingham—light, fluffy, and simply scrumptious. This family-run business offers great customer service, and I cannot recommend it enough!

One of my favourite dessert places in the local area. The owners clearly really cares as the recipes are fantastic. The crepe is incredibly, light, sweet and buttery. The service is always great too, they are always so friendly and helpful.

I had the strawberry bianco waffle and partner had Oreo explosion cookie dough with scoop of ice cream. Both really good portion sizes, taste and presentation! One of the best quality waffles I have had in a long time!

Was looking for something sweet , rang a few places local all was a let down. Come across dessert lab, great menu and the guy on the phone couldn't help any more great customer service

Came in with family for some dessert, very nice nice and accomadating staff. Really glad the chef suggested the Apple Crumble, it was delicious, reminded me of my childhood :)

Gluten free waffles are great but what a RIP OFF. Its, flour eggs milk & probably 5 strawberries lol got my own waffle iron because the price is a joke - sure its a business, I fully understand that but you'd get more custom without the daylight robbery. It used to be my fave place but never again

Had the best experience here! We were only coming in for takeaway but they were so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. It was just the best takeaway experience I’ve ever had.

We had an amazing Kishmiri Pink tea and kids tried delicious chocolate waffles. The staff were welcoming and kind.

Was recommended Dessert Lab by a friend. Visited on a Saturday evening with the intention of trying their San Sebastian Cheesecake. We were seated promptly and the waiter went through the options that they have. We decided to go with the Pistachio option and it did not disappoint! This has to be the best I have tasted. The Pink tea was great, made with milk and topped with salty Pistachios! The Karak Chai was also 👌. Service was prompt and waiters very attentive. Atmosphere was chilled, with modern decor and ambient lighting. Will definitely be visiting again when in Birmingham.

Noticed a massive difference in quality since we last came here 3 years ago. This has been taken over by a new owner who certainly knows his desserts. We ordered a milkshake which had great flavour and was nice and thick unlike most other places that make it watery! Also ordered a cookie dough which tasted as good as pizza hut cookie dough which in my opinion is high quality. Dessert Lab also have gluten free options which is rare in Birmingham. We ordered a gluten free crepe which had loads of toppings and sauces as we requested. Atmosphere was great and the staff are so friendly. Thank you for your amazing desserts and service and we will see you soon inshallah

Milk cake definitely hit the spot! No doubt I'll be revisiting again soon for the saffron milk cake, as highly recommended. The staff were friendly, and it was great to see the passion in their work earlier today. Keep up the hard work, gents!

Dessert Lab with the best mix and match.

I would really recommend this place . I tried pistachio milkcake and it’s actually amazing. And even the ambiance is so nice.

Went here with my friend lovely relaxing spot to go to amazing staff very polite and welcoming. Food was just perfect the way i like it had a strawberry mojito very refreshing and the loveberry crepe was just perfect honestly really recommend this place 💯😍🥰

This was an amazing dessert place! We cam for gluten free waffles and they were delishoussss!!! The milkshake was just on point tho! The normal ferero rocher and the biscoff waffles were just heaven to your mouth and the gluten free choco and strawberry waffles were also so tasty! The workers were very nice! I rate this a 5/5! Will definitely revisit

Absolutely love this place! Desserts are always consistent, the service is amazing, and the owner is so friendly. We don’t eat eggs so always go for their vegan waffles (and they’re phenomenal!!) you wouldn’t even know they’re vegan!
