Food was over cooked and rock hard when we rang up they said they won't do anything unless we leave them a good review so basically trying to bribe us to leave them a good review worst example of customer service wouldn't recommend using this joke of a company

I used to love it I couldn’t resist ordering BUT the last 2 times I ordered the food wasn’t up to scratch. They’re using a lot less flavouring in their milkshakes and the presentation wasn’t the best. On top of this I was really ill the last time i ordered here

Gone down hill as jammy guy milk shake had one peace of jam no strawberry syrup like it use to have just tasyed like cold ice cream my girlfriend had the minty one literally had one peace of mint chocolate as small as a gravy granule very disappointed wont be buying again sorry just not worth the money from when we first started to order from hear

We have just ordered from here on Uber and we had cornflake tart and I can honestly say it was the worst thing I’ve ever insulted my mouth with! It was either off or contaminated. They tasted like disgusting dirty chip fat! God knows how! The custard was like dish water and the whole lot was stone cold. The milkshakes were absolutely tasteless. I also got charged for a cake that was out of stock. I can see they have good reviews so I don’t know what happened tonight but honestly it was absolutely disgusting! The whole lot went in the bin.

Worst milkshakes! Had ordered an Oreo shake and a snickers one. Oreo hardly had any Oreo’s in it and the snickers one tasted of mint. A classic example of contamination! Disappointed **Edit** You get 5 stars from me for your beautiful response to my review. So, giving you an honest feedback is trolling; you do admit that sometimes you’re not spot on yet don’t believe what I said about your quality and standards! Classic example of lack of education and any customer service sense.

Nice cornflake tart but took that long to get here that the tub of ice cream we ordered had completely melted so we had one disappointed little girl waiting to eat it and have had to stick it in the freezer for her so she’s not been able to have her dessert with us

Just had a fabulous waffle from this place I had the fruit one full of fresh tasting fruit milkshakes are to die for they take pride in there presentation well the money would highly recommend

We have ordered 3 times from here first time the food was really nice waffles were hot and fresh the second time round they were cold this time round the were stone cold, the waffles were like card board. Sorry but we wont be ordering from here again

Ordered online but chose to collect. App said it was ready but when we got there we had to wait 5 mins. The hot items were then ready but we had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make the ice-cream to go with it meaning the hot items were luke warm by the time we got home (1 min away in the car). Over priced for what you get. Won’t order from here again.

Ordered Dessert Guys on Uber Eats, food came over 30 minutes late, and the food was cold had to warm up in the microwave. I couldn’t believe how late it came as it’s only 0.8 miles away from my house ☹️

I visited for the first time & purchased the 6 box mix of donuts; absolutely lush; very soft, warm, & the right amount of sweetness. I'll be revisiting for sure & definitely recommend

I sent my kids to dessert guys..1st time they went alone..got a milkshake and cookie dough...they both loved it so much.. Also I've tried there doughnuts they are Amazing...would recommend for all.

The doughnuts were served fresh and loaded. The shop has a nice ambiance and captivating wall art, which is what drew me to the shop.

Went to order and well even tho it says open on uber eats and just eats they are not accepting orders with fact its also mothers day would think it be open when says its going to be open

I like to think of myself as somewhat of a cookie dough connoisseur and I can honestly say hand on heart dessert guys white choc cookie dough was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! the dough was so gooey and perfect temperature <3 it really hit the spot and I can't wait to try all the other flavours, especially the red velvet :) the staff were also super friendly! thanks so much dessert guys for the amazing experience!!

For us this is a real breath of fresh air in the area, we've always had to order our desserts from far which is less than ideal. I fell in love with the waffle crumble and would highly recommend it if you're stuck for choice.
