Ordered and rang up to make sure they could call when here and order never turned up then then the Deliveroo status never changed

It was alright! Milkshake was very good, there was a few reviews saying it didn’t have many fillings, but I loved it! Cake pudding was great. Doughnut toppings was really good. Only issue was they was abit hard. Like when you buy sugar doughnuts and leave them a couple of days before using them. But overall for the price and the nice delivery man! Would order again

The doughnuts were small, somehow chewy and old tasting. The Apple crumble and custard tasted good but a bit thin in terms of portion.

Food was over cooked and rock hard when we rang up they said they won't do anything unless we leave them a good review so basically trying to bribe us to leave them a good review worst example of customer service wouldn't recommend using this joke of a company

Well the donuts were fine but I didn’t get the cake I wanted and they didn’t inform me with giving me another one and also lied saying they called me 😂

Cookie dough was freezing, and like a brick. Milkshake was like pure water.

I used to love it I couldn’t resist ordering BUT the last 2 times I ordered the food wasn’t up to scratch. They’re using a lot less flavouring in their milkshakes and the presentation wasn’t the best. On top of this I was really ill the last time i ordered here

ordered a number of times now usually milkshakes for kids. recently they are all the same no matter what flavour it's just vanilla icecream no sauce no cream even tho supposed to have that. won't be ordering again 😒 I tried calling them but no answer

I got a message saying they was going to be slightly later than expected, too be fair it wasn’t by much and it was worth the wait, used before and would again enjoyed the donuts and milkshakes were great!.

Gone down hill as jammy guy milk shake had one peace of jam no strawberry syrup like it use to have just tasyed like cold ice cream my girlfriend had the minty one literally had one peace of mint chocolate as small as a gravy granule very disappointed wont be buying again sorry just not worth the money from when we first started to order from hear

Order arrived just as the delivery time frame was finishing. The food including the custard was cold! Nice puddings, but due to the delay in delivery and the food being cold on receipt I will not be ordering again.

Food came insanely fast. Literally 10 minutes or so? Stellar service. 11 out of 10.

This was terrible. Arrived late. Food was poor. Strawberries were sour. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri mocktail and it was strawberry fizzy drink with 4 bits of strawberry floating on top. Won’t use again

I can't praise the Dessert Guys team enough. Desserts and Milkshakes are excellent. Customer Service is brilliant. On one occasion they got my mixed up with someone elses. They handled the situation apologetically and quickly. Definitely a big thumbs up from me. 👍 👍👍

Everything was cold when I received it, I did not enjoy it. I would like a refund as this level of service is something I do not expect from Just Eat.
