Didn't eat so can't rate the food But git rolled into bingo...... and ended up having the best time xxx

Great pub , Great pizza's , Amazing atmosphere , Staff are lovely definitely would recommend giving it a look definitely on Tuesdays Wednesdays & specially Fridays with the entertainment.

Called in keys for a quick drink during a morning shopping trip, I was completely unaware there was new ownership but was pleasantly surprised to be able to finally get a breakfast in here again! Staff excellent and cheery as always, new owners seem lovely and was again happy to see my pint at the same price it's been for at least the last few weeks. Looking forward to grabbing lunch in here one day too

Went in today due to apparent new owners & to my surprise what used to be a reasonably priced pub is now the most expensive in Arnold! Won’t be coming back until the new owners leave

We've been coming here more often now that Wayne has taken over. A big friendly pub with loads of character and characters. Professional and friendly staff with our drinks waiting on the bar when we arrive. We like real ale and must say, it is spot on every time. Arnold hasn't got many good pubs but the Cross Keys is definitely one to visit. Ignore the bad reviews and make up your own mind.

This new management and staff are extremely rude especially the lady behind the bar. I definitely do not recommend this pub.

Went in there again after years I wouldn’t say I have been in there since before lock down just to find out this new management is absolutely horrible ordered a all day breakfast and was Disgusting the sausage was cold and pale and the bacon was dry and chewy the products used are obviously a lot cheaper then they was before I asked who was cooking just to find out the lovely scouse woman that use to work in the kitchen is no longer there and then when buying a drink at the bar the blonde lady was awfuly rude when telling me she was out of the drink I wanted and was just incredibly cheeky smirking at the other staff and giggling at me I am 100% not going back in there again I am appalled

Currently sitting in Cross Keys, Arnold after having had 'The Full Works' breakfast. This included 2 bacon (thick cut) 2 Cumberland sausages, mushrooms, tomato, 2 fried eggs, large side of beans, 2hash browns, 2 slices of toast & butter. All for £7 (only £1.50 more than traditional, so worth having!) It was lovely, I'm now so full! Good size cups of tea / coffee for only £1. I'm also seat dancing & singing along to the great 80s music (my era!) All in all a great experience. We'll be back soon!! Thanks Andy.

Just had beef and ale pie with my friend and we both would highly recommend this dish everything was fresh and done to perfection ☆

Visited here on the 23rd of June which was a Friday. It was a bit quiet but it was nice. Had excellent service from a lad called Lyle. Served straight away with a smile and a bit of banter. He was very attentative to what I wanted and I’m very picky and it was done to perfection. Nothing seemed like to much effort for him. Lovely lad and a very happy customer. He’s an asset to the team.

Didn't have food.not sure if they do it . Sat outside for coffee and a pint.

First time visiting cross keys in Arnold yesterday (3rd June) everyone behind the bar was very well mannered, especially the three lads working the night shift. Service was lovely and the place really give that family friendly vibe. Will be coming back again in the near future.

Have had a visit recently for a cooling drinks in heat locally to my house. A very lovely outside seating area with and without shade which I have enjoyed very much seating together with my little boy. I do love that the pub is kids friendly! Good service on the bar and a lovely selection of drinks and food to have dinner. I would definitely recommend to go have a dinner and a drink in a nice sunny day ! Thank you for a good service

Went in a couple weeks ago for lunch with my partner and he had a sub I had a burger and it was really tasty. Presentation was good and enjoyable. Better then some of the pubs on the strip

Was an OK place 👌 bit dead for music when I was In. Would go bk I am a returning customer. But not very frequent

Last weekend was in and was served by ant and Paul who was in high spirits. Clean and refreshing pints great atmosphere still 5* shame about the other staff

Person hosting sticky 13s rude and thought it was acceptable to talk loudly down Mike at me saying I can't play as its last game and it's not fair on others. Interfering when I was asking my stepdad how long he had been playing. Rude male bartender aggroant know it all when we was looking at food menus shouting that the kitchen shuts 3pm then when we went to order was saying to barlady kitchen is shut now at 2.45. After we sat back down walked by us throwing is arms in the air expressing that its too bad for us. Disgusting service unacceptable and what a way to go to lose customers. The only polite one serving was the mature blonde lady who went out of her way to help me with a drinks voucher 5stars to her. We had our drinks then went weatherspoons for a whole lot better service

Breakfast is lovely here and being open from 9am is a perfect time as I start work at 11am and love a Breakfast before work plus staff are lovely and welcoming

Called in Friday morning for my full English breakfast which was excellent and service by Karen Redfearn was superb

Had breakfast Friday morning it was amazing best breakfast I've had for long time,and call in most days for latte always excellent service friendly always ready to help people if needed and ask if everything ok and the latte is always very hot and served with smile would highly recommend for food and drinks

Don't bother with food here. They couldn't make 1 meal because of not having it in,then they could only make 1 chicken and bacon melt because of not having the food in,and at 1 point the chef came out to ask the bartender how to cook sausages!!!!

What a transformation the new landlord, Mike Herrod, is making. Cask beers now in great condition. I haven’t tried the food yet but if it’s as good as his beers it will be excellent. Definitely going again soon and will be trying out the menu too. Well done Mike 👍

Very good pub in Arnold's Town Centre. I've got some dirty knives and forks, which was a bit of a shock, but the staff was helpful to change them for clean ones. The coffee was amazing, one of the best I've ever had in any restaurant. English Breakfast was English Breakfast, nothing special but very good, nonetheless.

Breakfast seemed microwaved Sausage was hard and pale, bacon was hard and dry. Won't go there again!

Good proper pub very good priced drinks and the food looks good value...will come back
