Desi Sweets & Treats in Oldham

The cake I ordered and picked up was 2/10. The decoration was good but the cake is terrible. The cupcake is hard and doesn’t taste nice. The main cake which was decorated nicely, half of the cake was butter icing and the cake had jam on the inside which i didnt order for. This cake costed me £20 and it wasnt worth it at all! My journey to get there wasnt the best and to pick up such a horrible cake isn’t pleasant at all. The fact that this was my birthday cake even makes it worse. My guests were very disappointed just like i was. Never again!

We've had two cakes from here now and the latest - a 20th Birthday cake for our daughter was superb. Keep up the good work Desi Sweets & Treats.

we ordered a cake for a birthday and it was fresh and divine. The fruit on the cakes are also really nice and fresh. The cakes are light and enjoyable to eat.

usually have a bithday cake of some sort and always very light tastey and always wanting more. good service and go in a pick up a cake there and then. or can order and pick up. parking is a bit of a nightmare bt aprt frm that cakes are always tastey

We used go there for sweet and used order occasion cake like our children birthday cake as we just moved here in Oldham but we find out later in Oldham there are thousands of sweet and cake shops they offer much cheaper and quality sweet and cake compare to them. They charge me £120 for a cake which a later find out can easily purchase £20-£30 from other shop nearby.

Nos decepcionó una tarta de cumpleaños y la verdad es que estaba bien o no para comer, pero a mucha crema y decoraciones era realmente horrible y gaved el diseño nos equivocamos? La chica que estaba allí era realmente grosero y no tienen ninguna forma de hablar a cualquiera! Yo recomendaría no hay forma de torta de orden que lugares otra vez!!

Been here now twice. First time I went was few weeks ago and wasn't to sure about the hygiene of the place as there were several flies flying round. My second visit I bought a milkshake a few days ago and m now ill with a bad stomach being sick please sort the hygiene stands out as people are becoming ill

I popped into this place as I was told they make fresh cakes. I certainly saw something different in terms of deco. Welcoming and warm. Fantastic cake service and also fresh sweets. Though I have a sweet tooth there are only some sweets I like but it's nice the staff will cater and assist. I round recommend this place to try Asian sweets as they are different from the norm. The cakes are made to order very tasty and fresh. I would definitely recommend a try from this place.
