Yesterday after my shift I was unable to cook and decide to take meal from Desi Style takeaways and restaurants. And that was the biggest mistake and poor decision I did. They delivered me rice with 3 different Currys ( chickpeas, dall). They delivered me stale food with lots of smelly, unable to eat and I bin all the food. It seems like they don't cook daily fresh food. They sell stale food until it's finished and then the cook again. I strongly recommend to everyone if they want to eat fresh food don't go to desi style takeaway and restaurants. It's my personal experience

ordered off uber eats didnt even get the correct curry and there was nothing on there about there being bones and also hair in the food reported it to uber eats which then told us to contact them so we did and the manager was so rude he wouldnt listen i repeated myself multiple times which then he put the phone down on me so rang him back to just get told i had to wait for the owner to be there to process the refund but he was just straight up rude

I ordered three too good to go bags yesterday and my husband collected them. All three meals were the same (Rice topped with a chickpea curry, saag aloo and a little bit of chicken curry) It was all so tasty and all three of us thoroughly enjoyed it. We would now like to return and try something else off the menu. We loved the authentic taste and it had just the perfect amount of spice for us. I do wonder if they are able to cater for allergies and cook something mild for a young child.

Stumbled across this place by chance on the TooGoodToGo app. Ordered 3x "magic bags" for £3.33 each. I've got to be honest I didn't know what to expect and I've not had much experience with "Desi" style authentic Indian food. I collected trays all containing identical veg curries and 3 breads which I believe are Rotis. Kind of like naan bread but a lot denser. First impression trying the curry was very good for a vegetable dish. Part of it was chickpea based, part I think was maybe broccoli and spinach mixed together with potato and I couldn't tell you what was in the other part but it was nice. The curries were absolutely full of flavour. Some flavours and herbs I do not recognise and don't think I've ever had before but very enjoyable. Nice little kick but not too spicy. The rice was okay. Just plain boiled white rice. If being super critical was a little too oily for my liking but 3 pretty good curries and breads for £9.99 I really can't complain. I'm curious if they always give the same food out in the mystery bags or if they ever vary up the contents and perhaps include meat dishes.

No good food..No fresh food.No good customers service.No better communication with customers. I biy 3 pizzas .no fresh...may be base no fresh .smell coming looks like not fresh....no fully cook .looks like pizza machine not fully working.looks like not trained pizza maker person.i waste 15 pound for food but food taste zero.i all food through ban.... Food standard zero.....1000 percent zero

Visited this place after many years. The food quality is Okish. The portion size is generous, and the staff did try to help you with the food selection.

Amazing food and cheap for deals from Curry to Pizza to burgers to kebabs

It is a wonderful place that serves delicious home style desi food. I would highly recommend a visit. The kebab rolls are a personal favourite, but the keema alloo was rather disappointing. I would suggest the chicken balti.

I have been going to desi for a year the food is amazing very tasty and the service is 1st class and atmosphere is friendly loving it 😍 😊

Absolutely rubbish! Every dish was sweet, they don't know how to cook. I have no idea how they got 4+ starts, avoid them at all cost.

I love this restaurant. The food is incredibly flavourful with fabulous portion sizes and a varied menu catering to all tastes. And it’s only a short walk from where I live!

Not sure what they sent me but wasn’t the curries I ordered, also very oily, bones in chicken curry, chicken pink, naans dry and thin and tasteless, rice was poor.

I don’t understand how they can sometimes be so good and the next time be soo bad, I had pizza twice and it was good once and bad the other, might try it again if they get better staff

When they started they used to do 12inch three pizzas for £10 know its mini pizzas for £10 and the taste is not there any more and hardly any chicken and cheese on it you have to pay extra for souces you might as we'll go to Iceland's they are better know

Absolutely vile food all cold and old food and the staff except 1 very rude very short man other one very nice feel sorry for him working with such a rude man

Ordered two kebabs one being a normal the other large. Both came the same size with hardly any meat. One was of a hot temperature the other was cold.

Everything I had in this place is 5/5, things I had: chicken meal, chicken curry mild&spicy and their donner kebab and everything was delicious. The staff are helpful and attentive as went in there this evening to try their curry for the first time and couldn't decide if I would like the spicy or their mild one so the guy gave me mostly mild but added a little bit of the spicy curry to try it. So I will 100% be coming back as long as the food stay this good and staff as helpful as they been.

The food was 25 mins late. But this was the post code issue and not the takeaway. To be fair it was worth the wait. The food was worth every penny. Will definitely order again

On the Display outside the shop they say “ FREE DELIVERY “ and 3 for £ 10:00. WRONG FALSE ADVERTISING They charge £5:00 pounds for delivery. Must be Displayed rightly.

As the name implies, all the desi cuisine from southeast Asia along with pizza n burger. A little bit oily for my liking but it's a subjective thing. Food is good though. Afghani pulao day is Friday before 5pm. 5£ meal is enough for a person, for me it's too much to finish in one go.

It's Good but no free water available. You have to buy it separately

Just had two meals from Desi style; x1 chickpea curry and x1 chicken curry. Both meals were top notch, lovely authentic taste, well balanced flavours and generous portions at an excellent price. Great to see and taste this style of cooking, has a real home made feel without the need for gallons of oil that so often get used. 10/10👍
