It’s so nice to finally have a local Indian restaurant that delivers. We ordered a variety of starters and main dishes, es CJ portion was a very generous size, enough to have left over the next day! Also, the delivery arrived within the time stated and the food was still piping hot and delicious.

My family ate here and we all got really bad food poisoning. Whilst we were there the staff were rude. Overall a very bad restraunt. DO NOT USE

Epic dinner Probably one of the best Indian meals ever eaten in Uk ! We were staying close by and researched good reviews for Indian restaurants, this one seemed good . We walked in and the smells were amazing ! It was a Tuesday night so wasn’t busy inside but seemed busy for delivery’s . The meal was exceptional . Freshly cooked not heated up . If you love Indian food this is worth the visit !

Absolutely shambolic and slow service. Soft drinks were flat, food nothing to write home about. Waited over an hour just for starters and a mixed grill. Was Friday eve and only a handful of people in which says it all. Avoid.

Overall average food with terrible waiting time. Arrived about 7pm while the restaurant was still quite empty. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but that's were all the good points stop. The food takes forever to arrive and when it does it can only be described as average. We ordered two starters chili fish, and dry manchurian we got 4 pieces of Manchurian in a gravy sauce that was so sweet it should be sold as a desert. The mains took about an hour to arrive we were so close to walking out. Again we ordered two dishes, with 3 naan we got one dish and one naan. We had to wait another 15min forn the second dish and also the additional naan. By 8:30pm ish I looked around the restaurant and all the customers looked fed up or were just sat there waiting for food, at least 3 people got up to complain on 3 separate occasions. Lamb was dry and a little hard to chew. In response to reply: it's not the customers responsibility to ask if a restaurant is fully staffed and able to deliver a good service.

Ask them what color chicken saag comes in!?

Right I’m just killing time at this restaurant by writing reviews. We have been since 2 hr for order. Firstly they came after 20 min to take our order. We ordered drinks and starters They served drinks first. We waited 30 min for just starters To slow service. If u have time to waste then only visit here. Cuz they don’t answer untill u approach them asking for your order status After so much time. They served main. We ordered panner shahi and garlic naan Shahi panner too less portion (1 tpspoon) And naans where too dry. Without butter. We hard to chew as well. We wasted our time and money too.

I’ve been to many indian restaurants but ended up with disappointment as they served previously processed food AND then my friend suggested DESI FLAVOURS which was absolutely stunning in terms of Customer service, greeting, mainly affordable price. Keep up the good work. I will visit again.

Excellent traditional, home made Panjabi food and great service. Veg manchurian and hara bara kebabs were fantastic starters. Brilliant kali dhaal and kareley for mains.

The food as best can be described as edible but there is nothing authentic or "desi flavour" about it. Portions are small and pricey.

Mix grill was one of the best, good value, can be starter for 2 to start with. Chicken Birayani was superb and I also order chicken curry with bone , I would prefere bit more masaladar with green chilli spiced, like Desi Falvor and, it's says ghee may be more brown butter, Garam Desi Flavour Garam Masla and brunt ghee ! Garlic Naan was superb. Papadam and all relish, dips were fantastic, eveything Desi style, my son love the raita, I love that red spicy sauce and tamarind chutney. What you need with chillied Cobra beer and all of this. See you guys again with all of my friends and family. Kudos to Chef and his team.

Had some great food t Desi Flavours last night. The Veg Manchurian and Alloo Chaat were amazing starters. The tadka daal, naan and bhindi did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. Would definitely go back for more desi food!

Came here for a wedding party, probably some of the worst food I've ever had. Everything had a weird artificial taste at the end, and looked like everything used was frozen or old. A couple of items tasted off. Not sure if the catering was different as it was a party...but it shouldn't be as it was in the restaurant. Would never come back.

Went here for the first time last night with my wife although having lived locally for almost 10 years. What a great place to go! The food and service were both fantastic, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was really flavoursome, Will definitely be coming back in future.

Fine Indian cuisine on the doorstep in North Hayes. All dishes were beautifully cooked and were superb.

I work in Ickenham which is not too far from Desi Flavours but I have to say .. not enough people know about this place . The service was friendly and personable and the food was absolutely delicious . I love spice and flavour but this was exceptionally delicious . The bread was dripping with garlic butter and the perfect consistently . I ordered Chilli Panner which was honestly the best I’ve had ( I’ve had a lot ) The Chilli Chicken was exceptional. Please do not miss coming here because it seems out of the way . It’s the best spot and you will be very pleased xxxxxx

Desi flavours has yummy food and a good range. The decor is lovely and there is music but only in the background so you can easily have a conversation. The staff are friendly and professional. If you wish to you can say how spicy or mild you want your food. I highly recommend Desi Flavours, Hayes, it’s fantastic!

The food was the best! We tried Dhal, Shahi Paneer and Sarron da Saag. The saag was the best we have ever tried in a restaurant, it was authentic and nearly as good as my mums cooking! I would highly recommend this place! The staff are really nice and friendly.

Sticky menu, old food between tables, lamb chops burnt, tandoori chicken dry, chicken korma and lamb rogan josh bland and pilau rice tasteless. Watress was lovely but was doing everything by herself. First time visiting and will not be going back.

Went with family on 4/3. Very good food. True to its name. Unlike many desi restaurants where its all spice from above, here Chef knows what he is upto. Spices are blended into gravy. They serve good portions. We had Jain Chana masala served as instructed. The receptionist was friendly. Overall very good experience and wonderful food. Will definitely come next time.

Nice restaurant with lovely decor and elephant artwork but it’s a shame that you can’t even take your coat off to eat as it was absolutely freezing!! I went with my husband, children and mother in law who were freezing surprised we didn’t have to get treated for hypothermia!!! The Amritsari fish pakora was too dry and overcooked …the chicken in the mixed grill had an off smell and the alloo parotha was too doughy!! Got reeled in by the positive reviews and ratings but definitely not worth the money or worth getting hypothermia over!!!

What can I say about this place... I was looking for a restaurant that we could use exclusively for my husband's 50th Sunday luncheon and we came across Desi Flavours London on google. From my initial enquiry, and all the way through the planning, the owner Satnam was so accommodating and organised everything as per our requirements, he was also present on the day to make sure everything went smoothly. Sachneer offered fantastic service too, welcoming, accommodating and made sure all our family and guests were looked after. I cannot recommend the food high enough, the chicken and lamb were tender, freshly made, as were all dishes, from the starters to the dessert. Many of our family and guests commented on how delicious the food was, even the fussy eaters! and some even ordered additional food to take away! And many will be returning, as will we. We have found our new go-to local Indian restaurant!

Pilau rice was delicious and the curry dishes were tasty. Dinner plates were cold and the waitress was a little too zealous at taking our dishes away almost as soon as we finished. The mango lassi took a long time to arrive but was tasty and not overly sweet.

Had a meal on Saturday night. Food was very good. The menu didn't seem to be a great selection of curry. (Just might be me.) Service sadly there was only one waitress who did a good job. Price reasonably. Would visit again.

Went for a dinner with few friends. It is a nice little restaurant. I tried. The vegetarian dishes and really liked it. We may visit the place again to try their buffet.

Visited this restaurant a few months ago with my parents & husband and it did not disappoint. From the minute you walk in you receive a warm welcome and the service by Sachneer was amazing. Just eaten here for the first time, as came across it on Google. Thought we would try it out, since it's really local. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see a buffet menu. The buffet was very good for what it was and great value for money, especially for a 3-course menu. The restaurant itself is lovely inside and the staff are really friendly and helpful. It's a great place to go for a quick indian, within a relaxed atmosphere and paying the price for a main and receiving a 3-course meal, on a Wednesday evening!

This is my favourite restaurant. The service is fantastic and friendly. The owner satnam is a lovely man…. This evening a gentleman sang classical Punjabi music while I drank my beer and ate my food… absolutely 10/10

We were served uncooked samoas they were stone cold in the middle, we were the only people in the restaurant and they still served us undercooked cold food. this was a big mistake and and has made us feel poorly. The whole experience was sub standard, this restaurant is not the place it once used to be. Please avoid, unless you like raw food and crippling stomach cramps

Service for me was pushy, I did not feel relaxed. I would rate the table service as 2 stars, as you would need to prompt the staff for an additional drink etc. The food was good, i would give it 4 stars.

Mum had been raving about this place for a while now as she lives local to it. Decided to give it a try and took her and dad for a meal this evening. I wasnt disappointed! The food was awsome, so delicious and the server was very attentive without being over bearing. Travelled from High Wycombe to come here and will certainly be coming again! Highly recommend!

Went for dinner here after a show at local theatre. I had read mostly positive reviews and food definitely was of a high quality. Authentic Punjabi dishes. We had the chilli fish for starters, then lamb karahi and mixed vegetables. Enjoyed them all. Service was also friendly, so I recommend this restaurant.

First time at Desi Flavours. Was looking for a decent take away in the local area, with my cousin. After a few minutes decided to pop in. We were undecided as meat was not halal, then were recommended to try the fish option plus choice of vegetarian. Sachneer was so lovely, bright and bubbly and suggested lots from the menu. While we were waiting for the food to be prepped, Sachneer made us complimentary Mocktails! All courtesy of the Owner. Very very kind we thought. The chef was really cool too. All in all, a beautiful random little visit on a Thursday evening to a local, coming away with what was a super yummy and healthy meal. Fish Tikka I believe, Tardka daal makhni & vegetable biryani or was it stir fried. Can't remember exactly, still it was delicious 😋 Thank you so much, Sachneer. You are a beautiful soul.Thank you also to the owner & the chef, oh and the group of gentleman dining in, who initially recommended trying out the menu.Sachneer & co ...
