First time trying the food here. My 3 year old son loved the kebab in the naan. The aloo saag was absolutely tasty (the best I've had) and the yellow dal was very delicious. The veggie samosas had alot of flavour to it and the chicken biriani was tasty. The staff serving are very polite and courteous. Will definitely return again

Unhygienic and Cheating Pakistani restaurant. Disgusting stale dishes had food poisoning.

Honestly, I couldn't fault this place during my first ever time in. I had a simple order of a few tandoori rotis and some (premade in display window) tarka dhal and both were excellent. The dhal flavours were amazing with just a little kick. It also wasn't swimming in ghee/oil like some others I've had. The roti was wrapped in tin foil which kept them all warm and very soft. I only had the time to take away but next time I'll plan better so I can eat in. One last thing that really surprised me is that when given the option to have the dhal reheated, I was expecting for them to stick it in a microwave in the plastic takeaway container like most other places. The surprising part was that they stuck it back on the stove and heated it with what looked like a splash of water to make sure it didn't dry out!

This is becoming my favourite Indian/Pakistani takeaway. Just the right amount of heat running through it and not too much oil. Could do with a little more meat in the Biryani if I was going to be over critical but great food!

We didn’t receive the complete order + they advertised that one side will be complimentary but we were charged for it. Really disappointed

Tried chicken biryani Wasn't fresh. There are some hidden charges if you dine in, which I don't like. I ordered 2 biryani. The price was 8 pounds but they charged 10.98 pounds for dine in and they didn't mention that before . Not recommended at all .

Went with 3 friends - ordered Seekh Kebabs, Chicken Karahi, 2 x Lamb Karahi (1 x boneless, 1 x with bone), Bindi, Naans and Rotis, Sweet Lassi, Salty Lassi, Kheer All were tasty (for some reason the boned lamb was better than the boneless). My favourite was the bindi - the best I’ve tasted in a restaurant. Great value - 5 stars The service was good by the young lady - 5 stars It gets cold when the door is not closed and it’s 5 degrees outside; have to ask the staff to close it - they should use common sense or get a self-closing door - 3 stars for this Will be going again!

The food from Desi chasms is always of a high quality. Everything was present and correct and the delivery rider was very polite and courteous.

I recently ordered haleem from this restaurant along Nihari but unfortunately, the quality was not up to standard. The haleem tasted stale and seemed to have absorbed the flavor of another dish, which suggests it was not fresh. Also Nehari was didn’t taste good at all. Additionally, it all appeared to have been reheated. The food quality was much better in the start but now it’s not up to the standards at all. TBH it’s waste of money & time.

Delicious food . Not too spicy . All my family loved it. Will definitely order again. The mixed grill topped it all. Juicy and not dry . Succulent pieces . Loved it .

I bought two dishes both of them were mix with old dishes. They need to make sure to sale fresh food. If they can't sale the food for some time shouldn't have mix with the fresh dish to save money. Very Disappointed

I ordered the food at 8.15 and around 10 I had to call and ask for the order as it kept showing preparing. When I called the restaurant they blamed it on the just eat driver and we requested the order to be cancelled. around 10.30 food got delivered and it was really cold. did not enjoy the food one bit. Very disappointed with over all service and quality of the food.

Cold and nothing like as nice as normal. Biryani mostly rice and lamb chewy. 😪

"I am absolutely appalled by the experience we had today. We ordered 2 curries and 4 chilli naans, and to say they were terrible is an understatement. Both the curries and the naan tasted the same—bland, poorly cooked, and utterly disappointing. It was like eating cardboard. To make matters worse, today was a special day for us with two family birthdays, and our entire dinner was ruined. This was the worst meal we have ever had from any restaurant. We expected quality, but what we got was an absolute disaster. Avoid this place at all costs!

Fantastic Indian. Their Biryanis are to die for and they are also the cheapest i have ever bought. Hidden gem : try their whole chicken that is cut in front of you, vooked on the grill and then tossed on a wok with onions peppers and sauce, all for £8!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! I ordered butter chicken and Korma… never in my life have I had a insanely spicy korma which is inedible, I knew it wasn’t right when I saw a red curry! This was incorrectly prepared food, I nor the children I ordered for could eat this revolting food. And just eat did not want to compensate me for this mess which I am dissatisfied with their customer service aswell.

A decent little desi style curry house. Nice seating arrangements, perfect for families and friends who want to eat and catch-up. Definitely not one of those upper class interiors for formal dining. For me, the interior and atmosphere doesn't matter, the food is very good, price is by far amazing compared to bigger more established restaurants and yet portions and taste are authentic. Mixed grills and seekh kebabs are a must for meat eaters. Kheer for dessert. For the guys out there - enough said. PS parking can be an issue, evenings are better because side roads parking tends to be free after 7pm.

Rank bad taste of Chicken tikka masala and low on quantity from what we received last night. Most of us suffered from Diarrhea and stomach pain.

This place is pretty good. Very good value for money. I would say value for money is their strongest point. Good food, decent portions. Service pretty fast. The have the usual pre prepared dishes, which would cover the basic to medium needs of any client. Overall good place to visit for sit in or take away.

chicken tikka biryani was excellent. only thing that spoilt it that the pot of chilli sauce that normally comes with it was missing 😪

Very affordable and tasty food. I highly recommend the kebab roll, for £2.99 you get a a wrap with freshly cooked naan and seekh kebabs fresh from the grill as well. When everything in the world gets more expensive it’s very refreshing to find a place where you can get a meal that’s not only affordable but extremely tasty.

Having recently moved in the area we were struggling to choose a caterer to arrange lunch for 50 people. We applaud the Desi Chaska team for the remarkable food especially grilled chicken and biryani. We overheard several of our guests complimenting on the soft, succulent grilled food and the scrumptious kulcha naans. The staff was also well-timed, professional and cordial taking care of every extra thing we requested. Thanks Desi Chaska for making it work out perfectly.

It was very nice restaurant food was tasty and price was also reasonable, but as I went today I'm so disappointed food wasn't good mix grilled not as it was before taste was also not good. My daughter ordered tikka lamb Karahi so awful can't explain no Karahi just lot of curry masala put hard meat in it. Sorry to say but service even very bad for 7 people 1 jug water even not enough very slow service we ate BBQ than naan came as we ordered all food together. Very slow service try to find new place not worth to go there.

My order got delivered after 160minutes of the order placed. I already had my dinner so what should I do if the order is delivered too late. Please do a compensation for this.

Walking past at 10am I spotted the chicken in the window and had to get a piece. Staff were extremely good, heated it up, perfect amount of spices and added extra chilli - couldn’t complain at £2.50. The curries looked incredible and they even have a tandoori oven. I will be returning to try more.

I ordered a food for 40 guests from them for an event at home. 1- Chicken Biryani (Superb) 2- Lamb/Mutton Korma 3 - Fried Fish 4- Chicken tikka 5 - Kheer I must say that food was very tasy and delicious. All of my guest were praising the quality of the food and asking me about who prepared it:-). I recommend everyone to try it out.

Being a regular customer of Chaska, today’s food was very disappointing!! Kheer and Gajjar halwa quality has gone below poor rating!! Being a fan of their premium quality kheer and halwa , it was very disappointing to see that they have compromised on their quality !! Will rethink before ordering from here again!!
