Great coffee, good music, seating could be a better. Good location and nice staff. Would pick up coffee from there again.

اجمل مافي المكان أنه مكيف وخصوصاً عند ذهابي له في يوم حار جداً، الموظفات ودودات وقمت بتجربة اكثر من فرع، القهوة جيدة ولكن الاكواب تحتاج إلى شيء أفضل مثل اكمي او سيراميك، لا أعلم لماذا لا تهتم المقاهي المختصة في لندن بالنظافة والكراسي المريحة، أعتقد ان ديبارتمنت هي السلسلة الاقوى في لندن وتستطيع عمل ثيم افضل للمكان شبيه بستاربكس وكوستا ونيرو

Siempre un ganador para el café en Londres. Gran equipo trabajando allí, y su café es excelente! Normalmente voy por un blanco plano, y son muy consistentes con su sabor.

Probably the best coffee I've ever had. Had a cappuccino and a mocha (cause the cappuccino was so good I couldn't just walk away). Both were served fast, at the perfect temperature for drinking straight away, and absolutely delicious.

Great atmosphere and friendly helpful staff. Great coffee and a range of teas. A must try and you'll go back!

My favourite coffee in London. Staff are always friendly and service swift. I often get takeout, but it is a nice place to take the time for a sit-down.

Stopped for a tea and hot chocolate while shopping. Husband actually only wanted to use the toilet but I had a great hot chocolate and he said the toilets are OK. Which means good in his language.

Had breakfast here with the kids. Breakfast was lovely and service was quick. The only thing I would say is that the hot chocolate was a bit strong tasting for the kids so they didn't drink it but we really enjoyed everything else. There were a lot of angry signs on the walls (I get the banter) but kids asked if it was an 'angry' shop LOL!

Stopped here for coffee and cake with a friend and just have to say that the baristas were so nice and friendly and coffee was excellent !! Gutted that we couldnt stay longer.... will be here again soon!

Sério. Não encontrei outro igual. Cremoso, quentinho, na medida. Nem precisa adoçar. Se passar por uma filial da DCSA para e pede um para viagem. Certeza de que vai alegrar seu dia!

The coffee is so nice and the staff were great. We sat outside and didn't even notice the rain as it was such a nice experience

Best coffee I've had in London by far. I was served by a gorgeous Indian woman who was super friendly and a little bit awkward. My coffee was made by a hipster Filipino chick who had great banter. The whole experience was top notch. Highly recommend

We were heading to Jamie's Italian for lunch in Convent Garden and came across the Department of Coffee and Social Affairs that we had previously googled as having good coffee. They make a good Latte but had to ask for it to be hotter.

This is the place to go if you are serious about coffee and know your cappuccinos from your flat whites. Good taste, good milk

I went here with my wife & friends for coffee & had a good time. The coffee was good. The ambiance is nice & airy with open seating also. The staff was good. Overall, a good place to enjoy coffee & have conversation.
