Late delivery, freezing cold food

Amazing food quality was piping hot even the chips was amazing definitely order again

Delivery was extremely late, had to chase it 3 times. Food was cold. Chips tasted like they had been reheated from an earlier batch. Sausage batter was soggy and no straws were provided with milkshakes.

Waited 30 min for a chicken burger meal

Worst thing I’ve ever bought food was late and came freezing cold after I asked the driver if the food was still hot he told me it was after checking its freezing cold I want a refund

it was cold when it came.my hunger had gone i couldnt eat it my husband couldnt eat much iether.it was dissappointing.

Half order missing, told it would be sent out. 40 minutes later apparently still hadn't been able to contact driver. Gave up and requested refund. Food that did arrive was nice. Just a shame it was late and parts missing.

Very disappointing food and also give me wrong item and just eat don't even give me refund

asked for salt and vinager got zero no forks. for the price u would think they would put a 2p forks in I'm on a building site

Forgot half of my food and it was cold and burnt

Portions of curry sauce were tiny, large curry sauce was like 2 ketchup sauce serving pots ...quite disappointing really! Fish and chips came stuck to the box and the paper inside the box and food was just warm...nearly an hour and a half to deliver

Chips and food delivered hot tasted great

We had an expected time, it didnt arrive. After waiting for 10 minutes and getting in touch with them, they changed the time to 25 minutes later. After reaching the second time, still no food. Couldnt get in touch through phone as the line was busy

ordered crispy wrap and got something different. ordered gravy and got curry. plus was late. had to call to chase delivery

30 minutes late Cold food for a lot of money.

food was fine but order was 10 mint late it's ok . it was midnight

Everything is nice. Just the mushy pea’s is salty and not to its standard. Other than that everything is nice 👍

Quality is a bit lacking, but the value is incredible. A chicken burger here costs £3.50, and is 3 times larger than a burger from KFC. The seating area is quite aged.

Absolute rubbish will never order again

I have visited this shop over 3 times as I live close by. Past 8pm they never have any fresh food prepared and if there is anything I get it is always old and inedible. I have given this shop 3 chances but always the same. Very disappointed and always have to throw the food away.

I haven’t received my order, so I can’t enjoy it

the driver went to the wrong address, so when he finally arrived, the food had been sitting in his car for at least 40 minutes. We had to heat it up in the micro wave which was not ideal.

Quality not good. Ordered a steak pie got potato. Quantity of gravy and peas inadequate. Not a fish and chip shop.

the order was very late and cold it was lucky I had a microwave but didn't taste right after cooking it that way out of order we was very hungry and not happy at all.

My food wasn’t delivered at all? I tried ringing the number but it didn’t go through, this is an absolute joke we’ve been waiting an hour already

Me, my son and an old school brother of mine ended up at DENA. According to the online video review this place looked amazing. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Burger Meals which were £4.50 each. The food looked amazing but didn't quite deliver on taste. Firstly the Chips weren't Hot and didn't have that crunch factor as they should and the Burger bun was of a cheap and low quality too!! Having said that, the Spicy Chicken Fillet was tasty and has the right flavour and spices. The staff was polite and courteous but the state of the shop wasn't so good. It looked run down, the seating was dirty and so too was the shop floor, I recommend a refurbishment aswell as higher quality ingredients namingly the Burger buns and fries. Limited parking available outside the shop, they take cash & Card but no toilet or hand washing facilities onsite. All in all not impressed and improvements can be made. They have a long way to go if they want to compete with the likes of Miami's, Shake Bee's and Philadelphias!!!

Ordered a double chicken burger, went home ate it and woke up to food poisoning, this caused me intense stomach pains, diarrhoea, body itching, body rash, and stomach infection. never again. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!

This place does a slightly different spicy dipped chicken burger to most places in Manchester, similar to an old school Kansas burger, but it is my go to place. Always cooked fresh for each order so you know you’re not getting chicken that’s been sat around for ages. The spicy mayo from here is way better than anyone else as well, a must try if getting a meal. Good prices across the whole menu and great service from the team too.

1st time trying this after watching a YouTube review and heres what i ordered and my thoughts Spicy dip double chicken burger meal £6.50 I really enjoyed this because the spice was completely different to other places across manchester which makes it unique and tasty. If you like kansas fried chicken then you will prob like this it has a masala type of spicy which is 😋 I was also shocked to see they make to order so it was piping hot and the fillets were big too. Only criticism is because it was so fresh there was no crispy or crunchyness to the batter as it was dipped in the spicy sauce aswell , maybe frying it longer or using cornflakes in the batter may help.... Chips were nice and soft and slightly crispy outside with layer of peri salt The mixed spicy and mayo sauce they offer is BANGIN I rate this meal 9/10 3 spicy wings £2.10 Again it had a unique spicy taste which I loved , these wasnt made to order so was warm but not crispy 7.5/10 10" Pizza with 2 toppings chicken and spicy beef £5 The base ,cheese and tomato sauce was nice however it could do with more sauce and chicken, the spicy beef tasted like processed frozen toppings with hardly any flavour... my advice would be avoid pre made frozen toppings, pizza taste the best when you use fresh ingredients 6/10 Overall I like this place ,it has potential, the customer service is 10/10 , very friendly owners and shop is clean and prices are fair. I will be back again. Nice guys. Good service. Reasonably priced. Chicken burger was flat and fries were under cooked. Such a big place they have and could do much better. I couldn’t bring myself to give more than three stars as there is number of other places in Manchester with top quality fried chicken.

The food here is fresh and cooked right in front of you and the chicken burger amazing! all the staff are very polite and welcoming, this is the best place not just in Chorlton but in the northwest. I wont eat anywhere else now, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely no taste basic chicken, I’ve tried the spicy chicken burger too an sadly whatever spicy sauce they use to dip is not a nice taste! Sorry dena tried you three times now an quality is not there

Customer service was very good .and the food was tasty ,would recomend to a family and friends.

They just straight up threw my chips into the bottom of the actual takeaway packet, with the polystyrene burger box on top?? Never seen anything like this 🤣

The chicken and beef burger was surprisingly fresh and tasty, would 100% recommend, would not find anything pre-cooked as its all made fresh

The spicy chicken burger was so fresh and succulent....my kids absolutely loved it too. Its great that its quite cheap. I would recommend this place!
