It's the first time we have stayed here and we have already booked it again. The park and fly package is great value and the staff are really helpful. The beds were nice and comfortable and you couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The food and drinks are a little pricey but not too bad

I was given a £100 parking charge after registering my car with reception. I have appealed but my appeal has been unsuccessful as I used the reception parking tablets and have no receipt. This hotel, and their parking provider are scam artists. If you are forced to use this hotel, make sure you get a receipt. Otherwise avoid at all cost.

Even though the prices are a bit high, they are worth it, since it's an upscale hotel, close to the airport. The rooms are big, with a spacious bathroom, a desk, and a large TV. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, where you can get a drink and something to eat. The breakfast is decent, but mostly British style warm plates (bacon, beans, scrambled eggs, mushrooms). There's salami and ham, along with some cheese, for a more continental breakfast. Also, there are several types of cereal and yoghurts. The layout is very strange, it's like a maze, so getting to the room can be difficult until you memorize which turns to take. They have maps on the walls, with "you are here" signs on them, to help you navigate.

Souki & gluten at the front desk was very rude & silastic . My room temperature gauge was broken and they advise is was ment to be as they don’t work through out the hotel so we then got maintenance down and he advise both souki/gulten that this should not be the case the customer is right . Then the manager gulten marsh offer not the right about this today as she would offer free parking to not tell the truth about today . How embarrassing FOR MARRIOT

Love everything about this hotel but has one major downfall.. Location is great, hotel is modern, clean, freindly staff and spa/health suite is amazing BUT the hotel WIFI is absolutely shocking.. like so bad it might as well not be there.. signal is none existent in rooms and any Internet services on your room TV are unwatchable due to constant pausing/Buffering or just blatant failure to load.. and its so annoying when you have had a great day to come back and chill but be unable to watch or access anything via the Internet is really terrible for a big hotel.. some serious upgrading or even wifi boosters placed accordingly would help even a little.. would otherwise give 5 stars but considering how much people rely on/make use of WIFI for a upmarket hotel you would think it should be a solid point that wouldn't need to be brought up.

Car damaged by someone in the car park whilst we went on holiday. Later told that none of the car park has CCTV. Police won’t do anything without a car registration. Do not park here! If unfortunately someone damages your car, you’ll be left with a bill even more expensive than your hotel stay!

Very dissappointing in many respects. Kept waiting by reception staff when checking in, requested room service but kept waiting for over 90 minutes, had to call and call and had to keep chasing. Car parking very expensive. Staff not particularly helpful. Only booked because have stayed at other Delta hotels but this was very dissappointing.

I am completely appalled by the way I was treated today. I left my purse in the hotel room yesterday - I had used my card to pay something and unfortunately left it on the bed. I realised the following day and called the hotel . At first I was transferred to a full mailbox so then had to call back . I was greeted by a women called Saim who was rude and unhelpful she left me on hold for 20 mins . I eventually gave up and called back . Still at this point I had no apology or empathy for the poor way I had been treated in what is a stressful situation given the contents of my purse . I then asked to speak to a manager and was advised well if you want that you will be on hold again. I then spoke to the “manager “ who advised someone was now in the room and nothing had been reported found so too bad. I was then told to call back tomorrow. I have not only lost my cards and an expensive purse but also sentimental things and quite honestly have been treated so bad . The purse was left on the bed and clearly they had no intention of helping me. I now have to report this to the police and contact there had office . I have no words !!!!

in the three days of our stay the wifi was almost always broken, the air conditioning in the room worked intermittently and the toilet flushed too much, too weak (imagine what the problem was). furthermore I had breakfast paid for by my company but every morning they didn't know it and I had to explain my whole situation again. A disaster of poor care and professionalism.

It's visually a nice hotel, however, some very annoying points. Pro's Breakfast was nice (Buffet) The room was clean. Showers were warm. Reception staff were friendly Cons You have to pay an additional £18 per night to park at the hotel car park, parking's not included with a room. We only had two plug sockets in our room for a family of four that we could access, the rest have been completely adapted so nobody can use them (Pictures) the hotel changed the configuration of the plug sockets, apart from two sockets. very weird. The TV kept turning itself off for no reason. They've put USB sockets in the lamps, not a single one worked. If you use micro USB like most newer phones do, you will be screwed.

Unfortunately the management here go on the ethos that they are right and the customer isn’t! Paid nearly £200 for a room without warm water! They moved me but still the same problem! The manager then came to check the water and intimidated the problem was with me as I should except luke warm water! They couldn’t admit there was a problem and I was wrong even though I moved room twice! The attitude was they were right and I was wrong even though I am a gold elite member of Marriott hotels so stay at a lot of their hotels. The management seemed inexperienced and just wanted to argue with me in my opinion and I wasn’t willing to offer any discount for having Luke warm water at best! Wouldn’t stay here again only due to management being unprofessional and argumentative in my opinion! Tip: don’t dare say you are unhappy with something as you will be met with an inexperienced member of management who will just argue and disagree with anything you are saying! You are wasting your breathe! Shame as nice hotel apart from that!

The staff are pleasant and professional. The room I had was billed as an executive room but tech outdated (no USB C connections and no regular UK plug anywhere near the bedside tables). Unacceptable. Also miles from the only lift, so do request lift/reception proximity if you face mobility concerns or have heavy bags. Great water pressure though.

What can I say I really like this hotel but my confidence in the service, front desk and from managers here is appalling. We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and for three of those occasions our car has been hit and damaged. On one occasion they did tprovide some help, which was down to Michal who did his best to try and get us to return. We took him up on his offer and parked somewhere we were told was safe. However we were hit again. We advised the hotel and asked for their help in checking for CCTV footage. Despite filling out reports and being right in front of the camera at San Carlo we got nothing. Fake offers of help the night duty manager Anne Marie did nothing and did not even contact us with and update and Ehpaw who I contacted and took on the case was just as bad. Nothing done. Despite the lovely atmosphere, the great restaurant staff and great transfer service the hotel has the worst reception and management I have ever encountered. Do not leave your car and pay for parking at this hotel ,the service and security is beyond appalling

The hotel was clean, but the room numbering was very confusing. Additionally, I called to get a shuttle from Terminal 3 of the airport and was told by the automated system to go to Bus Stop D. Turns out, there was no Bus Stop D for terminal 3. When I called the hotel they were not very helpful and claimed the information on their system was correct. I ended up having to pay for an Uber to the property as the shuttle stopped running before I could figure out how to get there. If the directions were clearer on their website and on their voice system, I would not have had that issue.

Really disappointed with the hotel. Check-in was busy upon arrival, staff didn’t seem to be particularly bothered about the queue and when one became free, they appeared to prefer to keep their eyes on the computer screen rather than look up to invite those awaiting check-in over to the desk. We were situated on the ground floor. The corridor was noisy, and we could hear those in the room next door very clearly. Rooms were just ok. Nothing special and could do with a little TLC. Car Park is overgrown, the tarmac could also do with relaying. Overall, I think I’d rather pay a little more and stay in the Radisson next time we fly from Manchester Airport. I wouldn’t stay again.

Booked two rooms and asked for them to be charged to my card. Twice. Hotel decided to charge the other room to my client's card despite separate requests NOT to do so. Took a week to refund his card and charge correctly. Now several weeks, 5 calls to hotel, 2 two international customer service and 6 emails later the hotel has still not fulfilled its legal obligation of providing a correct invoice and receipt for the second room. If you are a business traveller avoid. The hours of hassle due to simple details being too much for the staff are too big a risk

Very disappointing experience, on their phone line they don’t have any options to get through to the actual hotel staff so it’s really hard to get in touch with them. Paid an extortionate amount of money to stay here and park close to manchester airport, 2 weeks later I’ve received a parking ticket from them and now they’re not answering the phone. The rooms are also very outdated and if you book a triple they put you in a room with a naff sofa bed. I’m never coming back

We stayed in an Executive Suite. Photos are from our actual room. As you can see lots of space, ideal if you wanted to use the sofa bed for extra guests. This room gives you access to the Executive Lounge area located near reception. As it was the weekend it was not too busy but great to have the private facilities with complimentary drinks and snacks. Location is handy for Manchester Airport and also has a shuttle bus. Excellent gym facilities and a lovely swimming pool. Staff where fantastic and recognised our Marriott rewards status upon check in.

The room is pretty clean and neat. The service is great. The restaurants, their ambience and the food are perfect. The location is pretty close to the airport. However there is no customer lift. I got a room on the -1 floor. I had to walk a long way to take the stairs. Not suggested for senior citizens who can't walk long or climb steps. Otherwise this place is worth the money.

Stayed at the hotel with my family, after being home for christmas. The day at check out, we needed to leave our luggage at the hotel to pick up our car. When we got back to the hotel, i parked outside close to the entrance, because i had a sleeping kid in the car, and 7 luggages to pick up. There was a few people in line before me, so it took about 10-15 min to wait, get all the luggage and get in in the car. Suddenly after a week or two, we got a parking charge of 100GBP!! We tried to explain what i just wrote, but we were met with «no evidence for that». Even though they could check their camera recording. Will never be back or recommend this hotel to family or friends. Sorry Delta, this could be quite a different review.

Fabulous hotel, beautiful rooms and professional staff, nothing was too much trouble, from the porter to the reception staff. The Italian restaurant is beautiful and with extremely attentive staff, the food is a little on the pricey side, but so tasty and cooked to perfection. I used the shuttle bus provided by the hotel from the airport, and due to a problem with the bus the next morning, the reception staff arranged me a taxi free if charge, back to the airport.

We used the stay, park and fly service. Reception staff were pleasant. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Accommodation was fairly basic and definitely taloured for short stay. Leisure facilities were quite run down and could have been doing with some general upkeep. It's similar to what you'd expect from a public leisure facility - broken tiles & cold showers. There is choice of 2 restaurants within the complex- a French hotel restaurant and an independent Italian restaurant (I'll review this separately). We ate at the independent restaurant so can't comment on the hotel food. Did have some drinks at the hotel bar which were nice. Again staff were very pleasant. Shuttle service was quick and easy. All in an enjoyable stay and would return if flying from Manchester Airport in future.

As I vegan, I usually feel relatively safe from food poisoning... not here. Impressive really. I thought at the time that it was the worst nandos I've had, but what followed a few hours later really cemented that.

Order take way for my son’s birthday and boy was it good. We ordered way to much As we were not sure on portions- Chilli cheese fries were magnificent. We ordered 5 burgers but didn’t need the 4 fries we got maybe just 2 next time 😂

This is the best chinese takeaway in Manchester I love it! The chicken sweetcorn soup is so good and the portions are always massive for the price (I always get salt and pepper chicken and chips). They always throw in a bag of prawn crackers, lovely treat
