really disappointed in the service I’ve received. normally this restaurant deliver on time however I ordered on 1st October and it’s been 35 mins late. I ordered at 8:45pm and confirmed delivery at 10:I’ve tried to contact the restaurant and they have hung up on me 4 times 05 which was already over an hour to wait. Now

Food was fine, although not enough chips and the sides could have been bigger. It was 20 minutes late and I didn't get a free bottle of drink with my order over £20

Food was nice although my meal was meant to come with a hash brown but received chips instead which I didnt want. Delivery driver made me take the food out of his bag myself which I thought was a bit odd! All in all would use again.

The burger wasn't that nice more salad than chicken, the hot wings were over fried with barely any meat on them. The chips were decent.

Never lets me down good food and fast delivery

I oredered 2 burgers.. one with cheese, lettuce and ketchup and one with no cheese but with lettuce and burger sauce.. both of them had cheese in but because we had waited an hour and a half for them to arrive i scraped the cheese off because i was so hungry and i hate cheese. There was also no burger sauce. Also the bottom of the buns were so soggy it was like dipping bread in water and eating it.

Lovely food as normal great value in the bogof deal had a slight mix up with regards to the delivery time but one phone call they couldn't help enough and also sent some free chicken pieces as way of an apology 👍👍 brilliant restaurant great pizzas

Some of the best BBQ wings I've ever tasted. Ever. Spicy hot wings were amazing too - juicy chicken and a nice crunchy coating to go with it. Wings were huge as well. Wedges were fluffy on the inside and well seasoned and crisp on the outside. Food was delivered well before expected time and delivery man was really nice also!

We always order from here and never have a problem but ordered 2 bbq passion pizzas last night and when it arrived (over an hour we waited) we had 2 different pizzas. One was bbq passion and one was like Chinese chicken with mushrooms on. Wasn't too impressed as I hate mushrooms so couldn't eat it and there wasn't any point ringing back as it was already 10.45pm. Not too happy!

Left olives off one pizza, no pineapple on the other, shoddy, when I called to complain no answer, paid extra for the toppings too.

Food was late, chips came cold not impreset

really annoyed as usually fine BUT food took 80mins to get here and all the chips and wedges were soggy but the worst thing is i found a metal strand over 5mm long on my pizza as i was biting into it. admittedly its not the usual service we receive!

Delivery was on time but food was absolutely horrible do apologies the cheesy chips was rubbery & chewy looked like was dumped in a bowl with a block of cheese &a microwaved, the chicken burger tasted blend no flavour just pure fat dripping below the wrest of the meal was thrown away aspect better than that 🙁 Will not be ordering again sorry.

Been using Dellas pizza and grill since they opened. Food is always hot and tasty and normally arrives earlier than expected. Would recommend to anyone.

After the food got here an hour late they had not given me the half peri peri chicken that I ordered instead giving me wings if I wanted wings I would of ordered them!! The delivery time was ridiculous after calling them they told me it will b another 15 mins it's on the grill!! Might of helped if you put it on to cook before it was due not 15 mins after it should of been here. Never got the pitta bread with my chicken either. Don't think I will bother ordering from here again a simple call to explain they only had wings and that is was going to be late would of gone a long way

The Pizza was pretty inedible, the chicken burger was absolutely awful and was made from something which had almost certainly never seen a chicken and I couldn't the face the soggy, chewy chips. Cheap, but terrible.

Ordered a double pepperoni and a meat feast pizza, same amount of pepperoni on both (two half pieces per slice on average). That is not DOUBLE. Could do better.

Food was due at 7.20 after they added 5 minute after order which is fine, but after a phone call when late food turned up at 8.10!!!! Not good as I had an evening out planed which I missed the 1st 30 minutes!!!!

Chips where cold burger tasted like cardboard took them over an hour to deliver and when I called to find out how long order would be theyadded an extra half hour on top without even finding out delivery address rubbish service won't be ordering again

Food took over an hour to be delivered and when it was the Chicken fillet burger wasnt what i expected i got chicken kebab chunks in a bun??? Chips were rubbery and nuggets were tough, i have order from here before and was happy but after this last order i think irl give it a miss!!!!

I specified the delivery to be there at 18:40 as I would still be at work. I got home at 18:00 and the food was already there meaning I had to reheat it when everyone got home. Why have the option to specify a time if it is then ignored?

I've used this place for years and it's always been great. Today it took and hour and a half to arrive, the order was wrong and the food was stone cold. I won't be using them again.

our order took an hour and 20 minutes to be made and delivered. every time i called up they said 'it'll be there in 5 minutes', which obviously wasn't true. I understand if they're busy but this was a joke. When arrived, our order was wrong. We ordered a 1.5l 7up but instead got a can, and was given the wrong kind of chicken wrap. to be fair to them they did bring us back a 1.5l bottle of 7up. Little bit disappointing with the timing however
