Ordered steak an chips and they sent chips with salad absolutely atrocious

Great food and fast service. Perfect place for lunch. I highly recommend the chicken mayo wraps and the jacket potatos.

Few years back I would prob give 4 or 5 stars however alot has changed since then to say the prices have gone sky high the standard of food is disappointing and personally I think their meals are not worth £6.90 at all... would rather go elsewhere for a meal that costs 4.50 and is actually decent.. always have new staff now so am not surprised the food isn't great either the chips are overcooked or the panini/melt is burnt.. chicken must also be old and off as u can get funny stomach after eating here at times deli chez is no longer how it used to be before and prices need to be brought down it's a joke

Had a steak jacket potato. Was amazing. Thought I would try it a second time last week - worst eat-out experience of my life. Steak was so dry I couldn't chew it. Imagine eating tyre rubber left out in the sun for weeks. I genuinely couldn't finish the meal, and believe me I tried. We'll I'm currently recovering from a severe case of food poisoning. NEVER AGAIN.

Asked for salad on jacket potato only got jacket potato...chicken steak was solid hard chicken ...such a dull experience..

I ordered a jacket potato with chicken steak and my coworker got a Turkey Ham Panini. Everything tasted fresh and was packaged well.

Honestly the food is amazing was on a business trip in Bradford was looking for a healthy option tried thier chicken steak with salad - I would definitely recommend, place is nice and clean with good quality good.

Actually provide professional customer service the food is cheap as chips and they always give a big serving. Impressive menus aswell.

i only have the chicken stake panini meal from here and its always good. Bussy at times because it is a popular place to eat at. they do other foods that look good to eat as well. 5⭐

Rude staff. I found a hair in my food which obviously put me off of the food so I asked for my money back to which the guy blatantly said "so you want your money back after eating half of it". He wasn't apologetic at all would give it 0 star if I could.

Solid place if you want a light lunch at a good price but the decor is dated and the seating space limited. Decent paninis and toasties.

I had ordered a panini the bread was mouldy and when I complained the staff were very unhelpful and offered to make another one without apologising would not recommend at all

Food isn't terrible but the service could be miles better.

Order beef burger with chips, instead get cheeseburger with rice as fryer broke down and not been told anythimg when I was ordering food. Never will come again.

Fantastic service and fantastic prices and best of all the manager was so kind and caring kept asking if everything was ok and he gave us desert on the house! Really enjoyed the food

Cuando creo yo creo que es automáticamente pannini deli chez. Venido aquí desde hace años y nunca tuve ningún problema, pollo tandoori abundante es increíble! Siempre te sirven con la máxima atención y el dueño es un cortés chappy siempre mi comida es 10 / 10 y si no estoy feliz me hacen un aperitivo fresco desde cero hasta que estoy satisfecho.

We've called here numerous times in the past for a takeaway lunch & the chicken steak in pita's used to be very good. Sadly on this occasion they were lacking fillings (only a scrap of salad) and i think the grill must need replacing as the pita's were soggy (had to eat with knife & folk as it was falling to pieces) and the toastie....well cheese sandwich would have been a better description. They also missed items off the order. Will not be returning any time soon.

This is a cheap and cheerful place in the city centre. Its a place to go for some fast food not particularly healthy, I go there for the chicken steak panini with everything on it as they say, which is tasty. I visit here once a month its not a place to sit in and relax though just order and go.
