Delhiwala Food in Leeds

I noticed a recommendation from someone on a Leeds Vegans/veggies page. I planned for a family meet up just before Christmas and, because two out of the 4 are Vegan this was ideal as there are plenty of Vegan options. The food was lovely, there was plenty of choice and the staff were great. I felt they really understood about catering for Vegans which in many other places is tricky. We all enjoyed the food and the experience. Highly recommend (and thats coming from one very fussy Bradfordian when it comes to curries)!

Went for the first time last night and was very impressed. Simply surroundings with a very warm welcome from the owners and staff. The food was exceptional and very enjoyable evening meal was had by me and my family. They were celebrating their 2nd year in business and long may they continue to. A great find in Leeds, don’t miss up the opportunity to enjoy authentic cuisine. We will be back !👏👏👏👏

Ordered a takeaway from here during our stay in Leeds. Food was ready on arrival for collection, lamb was beautifully tender, definitely the best Indian food we have had in a long time. Well worth a visit.

Warm & friendly welcome on arrival. Food choices were excellent with ability to choose own level of spicyness! Will definitely return, best food and comfortable atmosphere with attentive and friendly service.

The food in this place is outstanding, and this shows in how packed it was on a Tuesday night at the beginning of December. Do book ahead if possible. I think the only reason four of us were able to be seated is because we arrived at about 6.30, we would not have got in later. The staff were incredibly accommodating even letting us order off menu. We had starters, mains and two drinks each, and the bill including tip was less than £150. Definitely the place to eat in Leeds if you are looking for a curry!

The staff were very accommodating and gave complimentary popadons and sauces. We ordered 4 mains which were lovely and to our spice level. The naans are well portioned and tasty too. We would definitely be visiting again soon.
