After waiting at the counter for 3/4 minutes a staff member appeared ,hands full of various food from fridge to put in the merry chef to warm up . The lady had seen me waiting but didn't acknowledge me finally she ask what we wanted, 2 coffees and 2 teacakes to which she replied I'm on my own and I'll have to finish these meals first and as it looked like for a family of 4 so it would be some time before I got my order . ? 1 member of staff to run a cafe ,have been in here before and it seems normal for it to only have 1 person managing the cafe. Won't be going back.

Haven't been here for 2 years and I must say a much better experience. Nice coffee and cake, reasonably priced, and really friendly staff. Will make it our stop off when we shop at Marine Quay shopping park.

At ten to two we ordered fish pie, chips and peas. She said it'd be 20 minutes. 40 minutes later at half past 2 we were given a blisteringly hot fish pie, a small cup of cold, uncooked garden peas and a small finger bowl of chips. The chips alone were £2.75. The fish tasted almost of fish, but had a vulcanised rubber texture. The edges of the pie were burn a dark brown. A couple nearby ordered a beef lasagne and theirs was worse. Do not eat at this cafe.I paid £21.75 and left it.

A sign said table service , there wasn't .2 members of staff were stood talking . They didn't wear face covering , and didn't wipe down the tables after customers had left .We are now in lockdown , and seeing staff not keeping to Covid rules ,I thought was appalling . Certainly won't be visiting the cafe again .

Popped in here for brew whilst waiting for the missus to decide what cushions she wanted....she was taking a while, Fella on the counter was a top bloke, took his time taking my order and seemed ready to chat to me about anything, really nice guy, place was spotless and a nice selection of toasties.I ended up having a cake knowing full well I'd been upsold to..Any road we ended up having lunch here too, the jackets were fresh and full to the brim with filling, fair play to the lad, he didn't tell the missus I'd already eaten.

First time here. Ordered firstly beans on toast which was advertised on the board. Was told that they don't do it anymore. ???So ordered a hot sausage roll instead. As soon as I bit into it, I noticed that it still frozen inside. So I spat it out. When I pointed it out to a staff member, I was asked if I wanted it heated up. I said that I wanted a new one.The new one arrived faster than the original, and it was just plunked in front of me by another member of staff. No apologise offered. As an aside, I saw another customer being giving two toasted teacakes.... When they only had ordered one. ???Never again !!

Were shopping in the Range and decided to stop and have a bite to eat. The place appeared clean , although the table could have done with a wipe Staff were polite and cheerful Can't say the same for the food. Little choice, toastie on offer but they were all cheese with something added i.e cheese and onion So we opted for the burger which was supposed to have cheese in.The bread fell apart the burger was hard and must have had the cheese passed over it! There was a lot of lettuce one slice of tomato and a couple of pieces of onion. The salad would have been better served on the side. My friend ordered the curly fries with her burger and she couldn't eat them I had a pot of tea and there was barely a cupful in it!

Visited for a light lunch. We had a cheese and tomato toastie, cheese and ham toastie and a burger. The toasties were 'no frills'-not a bit of salad to cheer them up. Half of both toasties were hard, the half that was on show before heating, as it had grill lines. The burger was tough and dry as old boots. We found the lad behind the counter pleasant, but won't be back. Both Bangor and Rhyll need to up their game.

The staff were pleasant enough, although they didn't have a clue how to make a decent iced coffee or hot chocolate. I was also overcharged. Milk all over the floor behind the counter and the staff were having great difficulty serving the orders. One lady behind us ended up with the contents of her tray all over clothing, thanks to a clumsy staff member.

Disappointing, second visit and there is nothing available from the menu? It can’t be that hard to organise a few jacket potatoes.... staff are lovely and the cafe is clean and tidy, just need more organisation, the cafe in Deeside Range is exactly the same as the Rhyl one

We decided to have a bite to eat nobody in there few people came in a little after us, we had a couple of rolls we thought we'd have sausage, egg and bacon but they didn't have sausage as they'd sold out the day before, so thought OK we'd have bacon and egg, also hot drinks they were OK, I thought the roll was fine thick bacon not really cooked much but suppose personal preference and maybe we should of said like it well done as it was very raw looking, good egg staff were nice is over priced really, my wife gave me hers half way through and said she'd had enough, had a look round The Range but on the way home wife felt quite poorly sorry to say she was quite sick so don't think we'd have anything to eat again there might have drinks? Everything looked clean and tidy, customer toilets in the corner they weren't that clean though, its good they have toilets there just need to be cleaner,

Thought we'd have a nice sit down with a cup of tea and coffee also a slice and oat style biscuits which were nice as we wanted to have a good look around and get some items, is a bit on the dear side but was needed wasn't all that busy there was some behind us aswel the man came out from out behind the back saying he was sorting things out for the rush, we weren't waiting too long don't know if it might be an idea to have a camera looking on the counter incase if they need to do something away from the counter at times, he was very pleasant though and took our order and bought it over to us,

Standard food at ridiculous prices. For two adults and a 5yro child it cost 20 quid for a snack and a drink each. The paninis are not real, they're baguettes with brown stripes painted onto them, to look grilled. The coffee was poor.

Waited 50 mins for two paninis to be warmed up (they were already prepped) and one jacket potato and beans. They said they were busy as everyone had come at once but there was only 5/6 tables waiting for food. The boy who came with the food to our table just plonked the food on the table, no smile, no apology. Food was average at best. Avoid!

Visited today, cafe was very cold inside. 2small coffees, 1tea,2 yogurts and a bacon roll £24. Bacon roll was microwaved, uncooked and fatty. Both female toilets had no toilet paper even though only 4 people in the cafe. Staff were both on their phones. Very disappointing

Came to visit with my grandchildren after been recommended quite a few times. Whole experience from start to finish was awful. No booking system so you just turn up wait for a table to become free pay for an hour. No communication from staff or noticed advising this. What made it worse a man came along with family of 5 said I work here and was let in right past everyone that had been in the queue. Accept there may be perks for being a staff member but shouldn’t be allowed to jump the queue especially as they did not pay. Noticed the said family eating and drinking their own food bought in when clear notices against this. Young lady said have cleared your table it ready. We ended up wiping it ourselves with baby wipes along with the chairs before we could sit down. Bits of disguarded food all over the dirty floors clearly a slip hazard. Older children playing in the toddlers area wasn’t safe for my granddaughter. Waited 15 mins to be served 2 coffees with no one in front of me. Young staff gave no idea what they are doing. Just stand and stare at you blankly. No management around to delegate duties. We ended up coming out after 35 minutes and won’t be returning !!!
