Always look forward to visiting the Squash Court. Dropped in yesterday for a snack . Sadly very disappointed . On a very damp Saturday the crumpets sounded just the thing. Sadly NO not toasted and cheese, so little you couldn’t taste it. Not toasted crumpets are dull & stodgy. Such a shame as I will probably never return .

My very first time visiting the court cafe. The tables were laid out with loads of space and a very kind young lady was in charge I chose the lemon cake with an early grey tea. The cake was one of the best I have had. I left at 3.45 and it was getting busier Obviously got a great reputation. Very pleased and will definitely return.

Bought some friends back here for brunch after raving about the Victoria sponge and Bad Hand coffee which i had on my previous visit. Unfortunately this time we left disappointed £10.50 for a standard bagel cut in half with one slice of tomato, a bit of ham and a slice of mozzarella with side salad drenched in unexpected dressing? This visits Victoria sponge offering was also disappointing and a measly slice. Cant fault the setting and relaxed garden vibe but value for money needs some serious consideration

The only thing I could recommend was a nice seat in the sun, dreadful overpriced food served by people who have no idea about customer care or attention to detail, had a cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel with chilli flakes, yes I know your thinking sounds nice, but sadly not, a bagel sliced in half with a scraping of cheese you could hardly see, or was it a spread, not sure tbh, served on a side plate with absolutely nothing else poor quality and poor in appearance, could you not put it on a proper plate with maybe a little bit of dressed salad? My partner had the same measly plate with a sliced bagel with melted cheese and drizzled with honey, that’s just a weird combination, obviously nothing else on the plate, I asked her if I should complain and she just said they wouldn’t care anyway based on the attitude when ordering the food, it’s no surprise they take your money up front when ordering, as I’m sure they would have lots of issues at the till. Both bagels a sparkling water and an apple juice, just short of £25. Would I recommend it? not in a million years, would I go back? same conclusion.

Well…it would have been lovely, had we not had 2 little ones with us! They only have one high chair, and that high chair has no straps or post between the legs! So even if you do get the one high chair, it’s extremely dangerous! So, for us it was impossible. Also last time we went there were no baby changing facilities. Not sure if this has changed as that was last summer. Anyone would think they don’t want children there!

We ordered our delicious 'Flaming Peaches' burgers down the street and went to Dean's Court Cafe for drinks and to await delivery of our food. Deans Court Cafe staff collected our order and we had a lovely cosy evening in the cafe rounded off by delicious (free) homemade ice cream. Lovely courtyard with heater and fairy lights makes it a great outside eating venue as well. Very well organised, lovely venue and very attentive staff. 5 stars from us!

Visiting family in Bournemouth, we made our way to Wimborne and came across this little independent cafe tucked away from the main hubbub. A quaint hideaway with warm seating area inside, we were served promptly by friendly staff. Great hot coffee and delicious light lunch including bagels, homemade goats cheese & beetroot quiche and salad. A new addition to their menu we were told, is their ice cream. Honey & almond, vanilla and hazelnut chocolate flavours. Served in cute compostable pots ( we liked this!) they were so yummy and creamy. Only comment would be that the outdoor furniture looked rather uncomfy but we were told these were to be updated for summer - happy days. We’ll be back for an outdoor bite then. Thanks!

I enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Deans Court Courtyard Cafe in Wimborne yesterday. You can find it up the little lane next to Holmans. It’s a real ‘hidden gem’, with parking up the Lane too, for cafe customers. We are inside, where it was warm and comfortable (really comfortable seating!) and tastefully decorated (fairly recently I believe). The food was great - much of it is locally sourced, it is freshly prepared and looks very appetizing. The salad that came with my sourdough toastie was delicious - a real treat. All the cakes are hand-made in the Deans Court kitchen - I tried the Fig Frangipani tart and would very happily choose it again. The service was friendly and quick. There is a pleasant outside seating area in the courtyard garden- probably used more in the summer. Praise where praise is due!!

We had such an interesting tour last Tuesday . Always check opening times as limited but Website and information outside was correct. We were fortunate to have the guided tour by ourselves. Our guide was both friendly and you could tell that she was proud of Deans Court and how it’s Estate worked. She was both interested in us and how we were as well as showing us the many interesting rooms. We enjoyed the commentary by the Audio of the Owner which meant the tour was consistent and full of content , but also interjected by our guide. We spent about an hour in house then quite unusually for a house tour we were taken on 20min tour of garden and the other activities on the Estate . We thoroughly enjoyed it ! Afterwards had coffee and cake in their own cafe adjacent to the gates which was very tasty.

Pretty café tucked away in a quite corner of Wimborne. Amazing decor, smiley, friendly staff and delicious food. We are very excited to discover that they had vegan options on the menu too AND that they allow dogs. Would highly recommend!

Cantina is now under the new management of Janine, and she is providing a larger range of delicious breakfasts and lunches in this charming and well run cafe. There is outside seating if you prefer and a lovely welcoming atmosphere.

The kids love to hit the playground before heading out for a walk across the heath. The café is worth a visit. Plenty of parking (pay on exit). Loos. Recommended.

Popped in mid morning for a coffee, ended up with a delicious almond croissant to go with a latte! Really nice place to drop into, lots of delicious food and snacks to tempt you. Friendly staff, well decorated, clean and a nice ambience. Will drop in again.

Says they shut at 4, came here for ice cream and some drinks at 3:40 and told they were closed 🤷🏼♀️
