Me and my gran came in for the first time today for something to eat, coffee and juice, it was amazing. Price was great for the quality of the food and the staff were lovely. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely be back !!

Recently used here for a work buffet and it was brilliant, Staff were friendly and helpful with every query. This is our works and my go to place for lunch and platters. The shop has loads of goodies from local business as well, a real one stop shop. Amazing place well worth the visit

Good food spoiled by grumpy and intolerant staff. There are plenty of eating places around so we will go somewhere friendly next time!

We g used this wee cafe a few times recently. We ve had a couple of lunch time rolls visits- great service, lovely friendly assistants and well filled rolls and also ordered a Christmas afternoon tea. Great value for £15. We had 4 sandwiches each with our choice of fillings,2 large homemade caramelised onion sausage rolls ( a meal on their own!) 2 inf quiches, scones, Christmassy cakes and wonderful ind fruit cakes. It took me s two mealtimes to work out way thru it. It was fresh and also well packaged. Well done David s Kitchen!🍰🍪🍰🍪🍰

Went here for the first time today after following on Facebook to see what kind of food they do and looked amazing. When entered wasn’t sure where to go so stood by entrance to cafe seating area where we were ignored. Eventually a older woman with blond hair asked if they could help... told them we had not been before so not sure of process - told us to fill our track and trace and asked for our order? Told her I handy seem A menu she pointed to the special board and said let her know when we are ready and walked away? Not helpful. There was still breakfast items in the counter and pies... none which were on the specials board. I asked the next woman she told us that was yesterday’s board and she was just bringing out today’s specials and walked off. So I stood there a bit confused just wanting to know what the specials were... the woman with blond hair came back over and asked for our order... said I wanted to know what they actually served... she said up there and pointed to the old specials board the walked to customer behind us and started serving them. Sorry but this is just bloody rude and terrible customer service... there things in front of me that aren’t on the board but I do t know what they are... scraps left over from breakfast ... baked potatoes but no idea of fillings. It’s really annoying as some of the food looked good but I didn’t know what they were or what they came with etc. Eventually after serving the 2 people behind us in the a younger girl came out and asked if any one wanted help. We got her attention and just decided to order a breakfast as I had no idea what else they served, again there wasn’t much in front so I had to guess what they had. When it came out it was just awful, the sausages hash browns and haggis were all dried up... they had obviously been sitting out a while. Was just a really disappointing experience after what I’d been watching on Facebook as the good looks really good. Wouldn’t rush back or recommend. The service was shocking and food was rubbish. I did by cake at the nisa at the other side and the girl behind the counter was lovely. Maybe she could teach customer service to the other staff.

we had a home delivery the food arrived on a tray well presented . The afternoon tea was for 2 people at a cost of £10.99. The choice was incredible sanwiches, sausage rolls, quiches, scones, slices of cake ,salad. The food was delicious and could not fault anything. Would order again.

Just nipped in for a little look as I had heard it was good, had a breakfast roll with a cup of tea, really good, great portions and great price, would have loved real ketchup(heinz) but otherwise very tasty. Staff were lovely and friendly too.

Visited recently and had brown toast with 2 fried eggs. Simple to make but the eggs were overcooked and lacked quality. If the bread saw butter then it must have frightened it off. Adjacent shop is well stocked.

Heard about this eatery but have never been until today. Busy wee takeaway/ cafe. Also has a Nisa shop in venue too. Staff were really really busy but they were pleasant and attentive. Good choice of snacks and hot food. Baked potato was a great portion and really tasty. Costa coffee served too which is a plus. Definitely will be putting this in my regular choice for cafe/coffee when in Kirkcaldy Highly recommend

Visited out of curiosity to see what the new shop/cafe had to offer. Shop has a good selection for its size and the same can be said for the cafe. Nice selection of tray bakes and cake (including gluten free) and they were doing a good trade in hot food, which was being freshly made in the kitchen behind the serving counter. Portions were generous and prices were very reasonable. Staff were friendly and happy to chat. Apparently the cafe had been so busy when it first opened that they had to add extra tables, so a good sign! Dedicated parking just outside the front door and would be a good place to take an older person or someone with mobility issues, as everything was on one level.

We had 6 friends round on Friday night and we decided to order some trays of food from David's Kitchen and it was delicious. We asked for enough food for 8 people and there was plenty with quite a lot left over. We got lovely steak pies, mince pies, sausage rolls, sandwiches, wraps, savoury nibbles and much more. It was excellent value for money would definitely recommend it and will order from them again.

Bought a great double espresso and slice of lemon cake as a takeaway option. Always good service and the staff are very friendly. I try to stop here when I can on my way to or from Perth. The Lemon cake was lovely with just the right amount of icing and had a sweet tangy lemon jam in a delicious sponge.
