Dauns in Tower Hamlets

Ordered a chicken burger meal with steak chips. The food was cooked fresh and was a decent size given the high price. The steak chips were cooked to perfection and the chilli sauce has a nice kick to it. The chicken burger was a bit overly cheesy for my own taste, but others may like it that way. Overall I would definitely recommend coming here for fresh and tasty food.

I wish I could say good effort but doesnt even deserve that. Especially with a menu so boring it seems like they pulled in from some other restaurant next door in shoreditch. Probably the worst lamp rump ive had in my life, all of the food was flying off of the plate just trying to cut it, it was so tough. On top of that we waited an unacceptable amount of time between courses, yes we came in last minute, but if your kitchen cant pull it off id rather you not seat us than ruin my evening. For the easily impressed types. Half of the menu can be cooked better at home so id just suggest doing that that coming here (you can use less salt at home than they do too)

Knowledgeable staff, nice ambiance with candles on wine bottles. Good for an evening of wine and cheese.

Hidden gem, a place to enjoy a drink or two, on its own or paired with the the French themed cuisine on offer. Great selection of Champagne and best place to try new smaller brands. We are so lucky to live nearby and will pop in very now and then. Quiet and relaxing ambience together with excellent service. What more can you ask for? Top tip: This is a combined bar & restaurant as well as a wine shop!
