DARIO'S RISTORANTE in Doncaster

Heard rave reviews about Darios ftom family and we were not disappointed. We live in the Midlands but visited Saturday early evening, food, service and price on point. Could not fault anything. Shame it's not closer to us, we would be regulars.

Probé Dario's por primera vez ya que recientemente cambió de manos. El personal era muy atento, educado y Josh dijo imparcialmente que era genial. La comida sin embargo como promedio, la salsa de pimienta en grano era muy dulce y la masa de pizza muy extraña. Tampoco es barato, dos comidas con dos bebidas cuestan más de £ 50

Celebramos nuestro noveno aniversario en Dario's anoche y no se me ocurrió un restaurante mejor para comer. El personal es amable y la comida es de un alto nivel.

Este es un restaurante italiano fabuloso y muy lo que la zona necesita, personal extremadamente amable y atento, pero lo más importante es la comida fabulosa. Un gran menú italiano, buenas porciones y a un precio extremadamente razonable. Recomendaría 100%!

Tuvimos una magnífica experiencia gastronómica anoche en Darios Ristorante para mi cumpleaños. Todos elegimos diferentes platos como podéis ver en las fotos adjuntas. Cada plato muestra atención al detalle con los ricos sabores y la hermosa presentación en el plato. También el servicio fue excelente, con personal educado y profesional que estuvo atento durante toda la comida. También me dieron un postre de "Feliz cumpleaños", que fue una sorpresa maravillosa! Había reservado previamente la comida a través de la página web de Darios, que era fácil de hacer y podría incluir la solicitud de una silla alta, que ya estaba sentado en la mesa cuando llegamos. El menú para niños que se ofrece tiene una gran selección de comida italiana saludable y auténtica, no solo la oferta habitual de "nuggets de pollo con patatas fritas" que se encuentra en casi todos los restaurantes en estos días. Recomiendo encarecidamente Darios Ristorante si usted está buscando una cena con el factor WOW, especialmente para una ocasión especial o reunión familiar.

Our first visit here. Table for 5 for mother day. Super busy, sat on a table with plenty of space. We had the 3 course Sunday lunch. Fantastic and beautifully. All credit to the chef. We were never felt pressured and they gave plenty of rest between courses. They gave us extra gravy when asked. Only apple sauce was missing, which I found strange as the pork was beautifully cooked. We were at the restaurant for nearly 2.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely food, great service . would go again. I had the risotto and my husband enjoyed his pizza. Reasonable priced food and drink

Great Sunday lunch today food was well presented and cooked beautifully the staff were very friendly and courteous and great prices too. Three courses with wine for two £63 and excellent food

Since the take over and becoming an Italian restaurant the food is amazing. Very good selection really good quality and fresh homemade pasta is next level. We took inspiration from the menu for our wedding at owston hall which their very own chef trained the chefs at darios.

Called in new years day and although quiet as usually closed on a monday, ment that we were welcomed and sat down and served quickly. No waiting time on food and was given complimentary bread with balsamic vinegar and oil whilst we waited. Food choice was good, and prices were reasonable for the quality of food served. Lovely presentation and extremely tasty. The waitress serving us (kenzi) was most helpful, assisting in a professional manner, polite, happy and made our experience at darios feel welcoming and friendly. Desserts were over priced we thought at £6/£7 each but to he fair we didn't require one as portion sizes were satisfactory and with the side of chips we ordered , we were full. (Would have preferred homemade chips like they use to do but now fries are only available) I asked for a side of peas which couldn't be catered for. I realise this is an Italian restaurant but kids menu is available and thought this may be an option on their menu but wasn't. Overall would recommend to friends and family and Will be visiting again

Lovely meal with three adult and two children. Great, friendly service. And really accommodating. Food really flavourful. Could have been warmer if I’m being picky. On the whole a very good experience.

Service was good but the kitchen really let it down. Smashed meatball burger came out cold. After sending it back, by the time it came back to me, everyone else had finished their main meals. The replacement was hot yes, but I honestly was not impressed. Quite bland and a little under whelming. We were given one free dessert by way of an apology but the whole experience has left me very disappointed.

Called in late saturday afternoon, nice decor and soft music playing. Not a huge menu if you dont want pizza, pasta, rissoto. We really enjoyed our meals. The prawn starter was beautiful. I had tuscan chicen, very tasty. Partner had the smashed burger, he ssid it was different and enoyable. Only critisicm is no side of veg with the meat meals not even an option to order as a side. Woupd definitely go back. We are foodies and eat out alot so overall 8/10

From entering to leaving... WOW. It wasn't a planned visit but can't wait to go back. Service and food fantastic. Great choice and reasonably priced for an Italian restaurant. Keep up the good work.

Lovely food ,we had Olives and a bread selection which was presented really nice, which makes a difference to what the service will be like ,I had prawn linguine was really good . Husband had a pasta dish he said it was really nice. Staff where very professional , attentive and made us feel very special , we had our little chihuahua which was not a problem which is excellent with it being a restraunt as we usually have to have bar meals . Cannot fault anything . Positive experience.

We took our son out for tea .Before we had even eaten waiter spilt drink all over my husbands feet found it funny .We had a garlic bread to share for starters ,it was okBut then had to wait 35 mins for main wouldn't mind if it was busy but it wasn't on Wednesday 9th August.We ordered two lasagne and my husband had meatballs.My son who's special needs couldn't cut into it because it was all chese very little meat and the dish was so hot to touch.For what we paid very disappointed.Wont be going back and definitely won't be recamending darios to eat out.Very poor .

Fantastic service, the food was excellent and all authentic home made not shop bought pasta ... the bread was fantastic table service couldn't fault very happy for my partners birthday meal

I never went to the original Dario's, so when I saw this had opened, I took my son as we both enjoy Italian food - especially as an alternative to Roasts on a Sunday. Had high expectations having read the website. Bearing in mind, I have worked in Italy, I have eaten Italian food around the world, so I am also aware of it being tailored to the local tastes..... Food was alright, had better - much better. The sauce didn't really taste of anything other than what you'd expect at somewhere like Cosmo or the likes where it cooks food across the world. It pains me to say the Lasagna, I had better at Fish Bits - and thats a Chippy! Mozzarella sticks were again the sort you'd buy from the cash and carry. Buffet - you can kinda give some leeway. Pizza fine! It begs the question regarding the a la carte menu, that they put more effort into it than it rather than making you feel its an Italian Themed place.

Fabulous full plate of food, either the proper spaghetti carbonara or the rigatoni and meatballs left us stuffed to the gunnels. One of us naively ordered chips and garlic bread....sinkers but gorgeous. Great service, very friendly, near A19.
