Ordered from here last night as my local let me down, i had the munchies like a mofo and all i can say is this place delivered, my milkshake definitely sorted my thirst out and the cake was to die for, and even better the delivery driver was a hottie instead of a normal fatt greasy man, definitely will be ordering next time im high🥴🥴😉

Had milkshakes tonight , amazing thick, full of flavour and just how we like them . We had Terry's, Ferrero and a strawberry one for the little one ! Will deffo be back

Extremely poor Deserts, the thinnest cold cookie dough I have ever received. Served by children, no pride in their product from senior management. This company has massively gone down hill since new ownership! Would not recommend

Myself and two other friends visited today & we will never be returning. My crepe was firstly severely undercooked & falsely advertised as Nutella! My friends had to wait 20 minutes for their shameful “cookie doughs” - both were stuck to grease proof paper, barely cooked! The waitresses who served us were barley past the age of 10 years old.... we complained to the eldest person in the store and her response was “I apologise, you don’t have to pay for one but I can’t do anymore without Lauren”. - Horrendous customer service, avoid at all costs && go to Barnis or ice stone instead 👍

Went here today with my liltle girl and mum she loved her ice cream and slushy also mums crepe was delicious.......This is an edit from my previous review.The place is in new hands and the crepes are now disgusting lumps of flour ice cream arrived melted waffle over done.Its a shame as it usedto be lovely

Ordered a cookie dough, milkshake and cake tonight for delivery. Food was amazing and delivery was right on time. Will deffinaly order again.

First time ever ordering from this restaurant, asked for 8pm delivery.....come 8:30 nothing has come so we check just eat and the order has been declined (after being confirmed) for no reason. Well done as you have probably lost a long term customer. How rude!!!!!!!

What an absolute RIP OFF!Paid £5, which didn’t seem so bad until it arrived...The cookie dough was hard and stuck to the paper so broke the forks. They were the size of your palm, which isn’t that big at all! Overall I just wouldn’t recommend it, after waiting 1 hour 20 mins, I was not impressed to say the least!

This business has recently changed owners and I must say the previous owners were 10x better. Faster, more polite, even smiled when serving, the people who currently run this business look like they've been slapped by a wet rag. The food looks like its been thrown in the box by a 5 year old, no care or nice presentation to the order. genuinely would stay clear of this business, Icestones was better and even then that business isn't to the best standard.

Absolutely amazing and delicious, portions were very generous, staff were kind and friendly (gave us a free extra scoop for a birthday). Milkshakes nice and thick and cookie dough and pancakes are great. Definitely get what you pay for (maybe even more) will 100% be going again.

so. i was having a sleepover for my 12th birthday with a bunch on mates, we wanted an icestones but they were busy for over an hour, we decided to get an iceicles. we ordered it and it cam up to £30 which was okay. When it finally came, we was so excited. but when we began to eat we realised that we were supposed to get £5 change,£10 worth of drinks and the food we ordered looked disgusting. i have never in my life time seen something so disgusting. i wouldn’t rely on this place and i will never order from here again.Youve lost a customer.

My daughter is gutted she was defeated by a sundae, so we have to keep coming back to re attempt, in all honesty fab place the staff are polite friendly, the food variety is fantastic going to be making some great family memories here as well as putting on some weight hahahah, even the grandma and grandad has come along and they love it too winner all round, if you havent been trust me pop in and take a look you wont be dissappointed at all, happy customers here guys keep up the good work

Fantastic place to relax and have a tasty sweet treat or an excellent coffee. The inclusion of hot dogs and paninis makes the menu complete. Great staff. Great treats.

Very very bland ice cream, opened late, hornets all over, waste of £4.50 for 3 ice creams

Lovely cakes and yummy icecream

This is a fantastic little icecream parlour. It is clean and well kept, has a wheelchair accessible ramp to the building and a great variety of ice creams at a reasonable price. There is parking at the end of the street not far away. There is seating both inside and outside. The staff are very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Love it but who doesn't like a good pudding?

Where do I start, the staff clearly aren't trained in anything. All of tables were dirty, due to not getting wiped, the food (especially the cookie dough) is under cooked, my family and 2 other people left their plates over half full. Definitely over priced for what you get and we certainly won't be going again.

Excellent friendly staff best coffee if had by far blows costa out the water , highly recommend will be back to try tackle the rest of the menu

Was there today nice shop nice ice cream and waffles. Shame about the horrible little Italian man behind the counter. Very rude and abusive to customers and staff. Will definitely not be going again. Will stick to Dixon's ices instead, all staff there friendly and certainly not rude. Reply to owners question It was about 3 weeks ago on a saturday I was there please feel free to look into it.

Generous portions of waffles and ice cream

A huge selection to choose from, we had a cookie dough dish, a crepe, a milkshake, and coffee with a free donut. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, all the staff were friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

This is a great place to grab a naughty treat or two and a proper coffee. Nice staff and a massive selection of waffles, milkshakes and crepes. Will be going again soon as want to try more flavours.

Went there last night and tried their cookie dough & coffee - mmmmm - gorgeous (kids verdict was 'the best thing ever!'). The staff are great, so friendly and pleasant & the choice is amazing. Highly recommend a visit.
