The customer service is not good at all.

If ur English don't bover. Cnt even understand basic orders n basic English. I had to argue to get wt I ordered 15 mins prior

Items were missing driver should check if everything is there they missed 3 items ridiculous

order never arrived. been waiting 2hrs

when they cook the food fresh it can be nice, however the owner dark guy with a beard will reuse's food that has not eaten by customers i have seen this happen. So make sure its fresh, the owner never smiles bit arrogant, prices have been hiked up very expensive. The place need a good clean wipe everything before you use it. Over priced over rated no parking and cold inside

Tikka was really juicy and fresh , also biryani was good . Prices are normal . I wish them best of luck .i guess they just need a bit of advert for the restaurant .

I wait for the order 1hour and 30 .On just eat app showed ,order has been delivered but didn't get food at all.

Very late over 2 hours delay. Called restaurant & advised that driver cancelled to come and they are waiting for 2nd driver. very unprofessional if service fee and delivery fee is charged for such substandard service. Food wise good lamb namak mandi karahi and mild as requested. Good nan but gone cold due to wait but chicken karahi was very poor. We very well know what a fresh karahi is and and what leftover old hard fibered old chicken in a random curry sauce looks like even if labelled karahi

Uncooked chicken peices on every dish

Sat down for a mixed grill food didn't seem right and when it come out chicken was under cooked pink inside, the rest of it didn't smell right. The lady serving was very nice but honestly stay away.

I asked for no salad or sauce and they soaked it in salad and sauce so I couldn't eat it. very disappointed

Driver made 2-3 stops on the way collecting and dropping off other orders where he should have been dropping off my order

Butter balti chicken was sweet asked for all curries to be spicy, too much oil and naan was rubbery.

Karahi was gr8, half karahi was sufficient for four peoples n one roti was sufficient for one too

Car park tiny full of local drug dealers have to park on road. No heating very cold, the owner arrogant ignores you hes a bit tight.. Place is filthy, salad was a week old, and how expensive is this place i think the cost of living hit the place more then others.

Went here for a late night meal with friends on a Friday. Ordered one chicken balti and one meat balti. Both were bland, horrible and had a yellow look to them. They had a lumpy appearance to them, which resembled a daal dish, but there was no daal in there. Fries were bitter, which indicated that they hadn’t changed the oil in a while. The laminated menu’s had dirt stuck to them and are in dire need of a wipe down. Place is a shambles.

Shocking food and the owner treated us poorly, if your not a Muslim don't go there!

This place was recommended to me by a friend who used to go there about 5 years ago so I thought I’d try it. I ordered a chicken Balti vindaloo. I was advised by the manager that that was far too hot and I should order something milder. I ordered a Madras, which he still said would be too hot. The dish came out, and in all my years I have never seen a curry as yellow in colour. It was bland and tasteless. The worst I have ever had. Had we not of paid our bill ( so expensive) on ordering we would have walked away, and rightly so. Unless you like bland food don’t go there.

Ladies Toilets locked, no reason. Main hall very poorly lighted, almost dark.The good lighting is always the spirit of any business,,,,it is essential everywhere. The restaurant needs 8 refurbishment ,SPECIALLY interior. Meals and prices acceptable.Keep lightly warmed. the main hall. Excellent principle, offering FREE tea at the end of the food,,,but the kids are ignored,,,could be added mini icecream for the little ones,that would attract the families and make happy the children as well as parents,,,,,,thanks and good luck.

I ordered mixed grill it was fresh and so tasty we always go Birmingham to eat mixed grill but their rates and food quality is very reasonable 👌 please make sure you go with your family to eat nobody makes that nice mixed grill in dudley but darbar mixed grill is excellent

I had a lovely evening at this restaurant. I ordered a lamb karahi, egg fried rice, a peri peri burger and a mixed grill. I don't get what those 1 star reviews even mean, the food here was cooked exquisitely. The price may be a little hefty but trust me it will be worth it. They also have a large dining area in the back so it's suitable for party's and weddings. Definitely coming back another time.

Worst food ever I had.Lamb chops was not fresh and pleasant eat,it was hard and stale.Never gonna order again.

I thought price was very expensive especially for the area. Overall taste of food is bland but edible.

For £15 quid for a masala I'd have expected more than half a tub and 7 pieces of chicken.

Alhamdulillah had a lovely evening here at Darbar!! The food the service everything was just amazing! We all enjoyed our evening and definitely will be a regular thing visiting here!! Hafiz Zia Sahib, Wajid Sahib MaashaaAllah looked after us very well. ❤️

A great venue which is accommodating and has been ideal for our birthday parties. With a separate area designated for small events and a receptive service from the staff it fulfills my requirements and I would recommend it to other's as well. The food is excellent and good quality.

Best place to taste authentic Pakistani food.

Probably the best hand made burger I've ever tasted at 8 quid for a meal which was filling. Plus the lads there seem like a nice bunch of guys.

Terrible. The curry was watery , the lamb chops were absolutely tiny , we had about 10 chips .. and it was all cold. Spent 25 pound for a poor meal.

Ordered lamb curry awful 5 or 6 pieces of meat half of them were fatty pieces! No taste very bland. Asked for meduim hot but like i said bland! The chicken wings had no meat on them n didnt looked as if they were fully cooked. I should of read reviews before ordering! Not cheap either oh well wont be ordering from them again!

Nice food.very helpful people working there.i order my curry over the phone.then go there after 20 mins on there car park.then I phone to say I'm here.then they bring it out to me.as I have difficulty in walking as I'm classed as disabled.very nice helpful and kind gentlemen.

I ordered my food but they cancelled when i asked them why did they do it ? They said they called me many times and I didn’t pick up whereas i had only one missed call from them and even right then i called them back but by then they cancelled my order they didn’t even wait for a minute or when i asked them to take order over the phone they said no !! Very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional people. Will never order from them again

Food was not fresh. Samosas and pakoras seemed as if they were yesterday’s. Burgers were overcooked and too hard rock solid. I even rang the restaurant to ask them to maintain the food as it was for an occasion but seems as if they ignored it

Grilled stuff is good here, the curries ive tried were not all that. Other than that the food was clean and fresh.

Excellent Pakistani food the nihari was awesome tender soft lamb shank and aromatic flavoursome sauce . Paya was great too and roti and naan are very cheap and well made . Look forward to the next meal from here .

I ordered spicy an it had no spice what so ever , then the delivery driver knocks my door asking me to pay £1 delivery service lol joke of a place never again
