Danny's Pizza kebab house in Torridge

We ordered for 10 people. All the order was correct and on time. Food was really good and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

Never had a problem as we’ve ordered a lot from Danny’s. However, I was more upset that I had to chase my order twice, to just be told sorry, after waiting over 2 hours for my food. Sorry guys.

the driver had to call me because didn't know where he was going! I couldn't understand him and he couldn't understand me, new driver and didn't know the area. food was good though

ordered at 7.50 pm turned up at 9.55 food was cold wasted nearly 40 pounds. not happy.

I ordered my food at 19:30 and it didn’t arrive till 21:40

Waited over 1 hour 20 minutes for order to arrive. The food was lovely.

Absolutely ridiculous- ordered food and didn’t arrive for almost 2 hours. Called and the girl on the phone had no explanation when I asked why they didn’t give correct delivery times, just they were low on drivers was told 20minutes. Called a second time after half an hour to be told it would be 2 minutes but it was 15! Cold soggy food for hungry kids past their bedtime! Most expensive kebab shop in Bideford AVOID!

Chips recipe changed, less chips in meal deal and burger buns weren’t toasted as it usually is. Received coca-cola instead of diet coca-cola. Ordered meals numerous times in the past, always good but not this order.

The delivery person was polite, and talked to us with manners. Also, our food was absolutely delicious! That’s why I always use Danny’s and recommend everyone I know to use them too.

Stone cold had to reward in microwave very disappointing

We had the value box and we flipping love it... always hot, always cooked perfectly. It's not often we get take away, but this tastes great.

hour early not acceptable. Hed to keep food warm or eat it at inconvenient time . Chose the former. Food was excellent but not eager to repeat the experience. THOUGHTLESS. Delivery mann when challenged said this always happens

They forgot to put chilli sauce on my kebab so it was nice but it could have been better.

I ordered at 5:40pm and was informed of a maximum delivery time of 55 minutes. The food wasn't delivered until 7:30pm (nearly 2 hours).

disappointed as ordered flaming hot and a florida but both tasted like a florid 😞

Food was cold, the pitta was stale as, meat was good though

I ordered 2 kebabs, 1 with bbq, 1 without sauce. I know from previous orders that when you order anything with sauce it comes caked in it. Needless to say both turned up with not only BBQ sauce but both absolutely caked. I couldn’t eat mine as I couldn’t even scrape it off. I’m sure if you like BBQ sauce it would be fine, but when you hate BBQ sauce and have paid £9 for a chicken kebab that is caked in it and therefore can’t eat it is not on.

Food was here early which was amazing because we were starving !! We go the value box and the chicken in it was beautiful it was massive and filled to the brim, the pizza was beautiful and gooey and the dough was cooked through

Such a shame. Used to be my favourite takeaway, but now the food arrived cold and the pizza looked like it had been thrown about, and stored upside down on the way to me.

Class experience all round lovely group of people quality food

Lovely food when it’s delivered promptly, but when waiting longer food gets cold and looses its quality. Sometimes the food is great and other times not so much.

The food was absolutely delicious but unfortunately the timing of delivery was rather late the app said the food had already been delivered which also made us quite nervous but thankfully they gave updates on the time after about 20 minutes of waiting, in total the wait time was around an hour and a half we ordered two pizzas a value box and pitta box which is quite a long time to wait since we live about a 10 minute drive away, but overall very greatful the food arrived and was still hot!!

food ordered at 18.45, estimated time 19.20-19.50. food didn't turn up, messages just eat and told it would arrive at 8. nothing happened. called the establishment and told it was finally on its way. arrived at 20.10 for a simple donner kebab and chips.

Originally delivery time stated one hour which then changed to 1.5 hours and it was finally delivered at 2hours after ordering. Food was cold/non edible with bits of order missing. Really poor service/food tonight from Danny’s which is a shame as we normally like the food. This experience would put me off ordering again

The food arrived early, which was fine as we were hungry, and we have ordered from here plenty of times before and it’s always been fine, however, when we opened the doner meat and chips, there was no mint sauce, which was ordered. Both meals were almost cold and the chips were awful, hard, lukewarm and chewy. Very disappointed, I will not be ordering from this kebab shop again!

Such a shame on the poor service as the food was pretty good. 2 hours to get to us and really poor communication. Rang twice to chase. Did offer some money back. Would have been nice to be communicated to though.

Really disappointed, for the price you are charging for cheesy chips £5 for small and then also a few quid more for a tiny curry sauce- definitely not worth it at all. It wasn't very nice and hardly any cheese or chips at all- thankfully the pizzas were good. Unfortunately for my daughters who had a small cheesy chips and curry sauce each it was very disappointing

When customers ask for garlic and chilli sauce on your kebabs you don’t have to smother it in so much sauce with so much chilly you can’t eat it

unfortunately the chips were over cooked but everything else was spot on as usual.

Used to be really good, but has really gone down hill. Always late, arrived 2 hours after ordering. £5 for soggy, uncooked, hard cheesy chips - pizza and wrap ok, but overpriced.

The best place to get a chicken wrap! Our food is always hot and well cooked. The guys are friendly every time we go and collect our food. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

The chips were over cooked and the meat was as greasy as anything, no taste to it or nothing. Not what you want when you eat just finished work after being on call.

I wouldn’t recommend, doner meat was rough, no taste, bad quality gristley. Not for human consumption. The chicken was fine, I did order a small but 4 pieces of cubed chicken wasnt even a childs portion. I dont like to leave reviews like this but when its nearly £40 to feed a family of 3, it should be better. Do better and keep customers happy and they most certainly will return.

Maybe 5 minutes late, but that’s not a worry in life. Food was hot, very tasty delivered with by a happy person. They said sorry it was a little late, which was lovely of him to say, no need though as that’s life. Thank you

Always good but i notice the salad portion is getting smaller.

My order never came at all. I was waiting for a very long time. My children needed food we have been travelling all day due too bad family news. This is outrageous.

Delivery regularly late and soggy chips chicken wings small and dry pizza burnt. Regular customers who will go elsewhere. This shop has gone downhill rapidly over the last few months.

Kebab meat was hard, the chips were so soaked in oil, they were floating. My daughters burger was Ok but for £19 plus delivery charge....shocking. Never again!

Normally very good but not so much this time. Delivery arrived 10 mins after delivery time. I’m guessing the driver had to make multiple deliveries at once as by the time ours arrived the pizza was lukewarm. The app also said it was out for delivery for over 20 minutes.

I know it's Saturday night and a little heads up for it being later delivery time.

seemed like the driver had forgotten my order. Not particularly hot either. Not one of the best we have had.
