Danny's in Liverpool

Ordered food from Danny’s around 4 times now and I can say in all honesty that we’ve never been let down , quality food 👍 thanks

Food was hot and delicious and delivery guy was lovely 5*

they fogot the oreo milkshake and fogot sauce on kebab

Lovely pizzas. Spicy beef could do with more spice, couldn’t really taste it and the ‘homemade’ (?) coleslaw was very watery. Would recommend though - fast service, hot & tasty.

First of all, love Danny’s. My family always opts for Danny’s, very reliable and very good when I have requests on order notes. Delivery efficiency is okay, I have only ever used delivery apps when getting Danny’s. 99% of the time their food is good quality and exactly what I need when I’m craving a chicken burger. Only thing I could critic on usually is the really small amount of sauce they put on your burgers. I usually have to add more from the fridge. But everything else is great. Love the fries that come with the burgers! However, yesterday my sister ordered Danny’s as I was craving it after having a hospital procedure which required me to fast, and unfortunately it didn’t hit the spot like it usually does. I don’t know if it was a one off but safe to say I was let down. I asked for salad and garlic mayo on my burger, I don’t think I received any garlic mayo and I had no lettuce, a little bit of cucumber and a tiny bit of tomato. The chicken burgers are usually lovely and crispy but they were quite soggy. I’m not sure if they were just having an off day as they are usually pretty good but it was a let down for sure. This experience won’t stop me from going to Danny’s again. Hopefully it was just a one off because I definitely recommend this food place for a good chicken burger!

Danny's Special Kebab was even more delightful today, with the shish being exceptionally tender.

Food was lovely but I ordered a mixed donner and chicken kebab because I just felt like some donner meat but chickens my fave so I thought I would order a mixed so I get both but when I opened it, there was only chicken and no donner meat so that was disappointing. I didn't ring up because I was hungry and didn't want to wait around so just ate what was there which was really tasty

Lovely pizza and garlic bread first time ordering from there and it was so good.

All looks wonderful but bit disappointed we didnt get the free garlic bread for spend over £25 as spent £48 and did leave a note to remind..

My burger ended up in the bin. I could not find a single reason to eat it. The bun was try and falling apart, meat cold and the “salad” was literally quarters of onion (nobody bothered to chop it properly) and the ends of salad (not eatable). Donner meat - cold. Chicken meal (£10 one) missing 3 nuggets. The other chicken meal missing one chicken strip. Usually the food is great, but this time it was absolutely horrible.

Ordered at 17.15 and was due to arrive 17.50 to 18.10. Checked my order at 18.20 and it said it was already delivered?! Called the restaurant and told me it would be another 10 mins. Arrived at 18.35, barely warm and not very nice. Never again!

Food was good as always, but the only problem was that burger wasn’t as hot as it should have been, fries and burger meal were lukewarm. Eveything was very nice tho like

Five star quality & delivery as always. Noticed the pieces of chicken are much smaller of late though.

Food was late, practically cold and tasted awful. The pizza left a horrible after taste. I binned half of it and the chips. I was not impressed that my cheesecake arrived in the same bag as my chips. When I went to eat my cheesecake it was frozen. This shows how cold my food was as it had no effect on defrosting the cheesecake. I will never waste my money there again

Worst experience! Food over an hour late and wouldnt answer the shop phone! Had no idea if the food was coming or not. Then eventually when it did arrive everything was warm verging on being cold. So disappointed and angry, didnt even give us any freebies to apologise, didnt actually apologise! Only thing positive was the garlic bread - that was actually lovely even though warm. Wont be back though.

Ordered at 18:30. Food arrived at 20:50 and it was cold. I tried calling a number of times for an update, but I presume they just ignored the phone.

Waited and waited for order to get a message to say food was delayed and then app said enjoy your food,I would have maybe if i actually had it delivered. Joke

Driver went to wrong address 1st time round and went back to same place 2nd time round to the point I had to leave my house to go find him in a different close and retrieve my food which ended up being cold when I got in.

The meat on kebab was not edible you could not even chew the shish and the chicken was black and dry donnor meat the pitta bread you couldn’t even bite into it was that hard!!!

Portion size was small itwas a family meal deal it used to be alot bigger in size. Also although price has remained the same the quality of the food is different and does not taste as good / fresh. Disapointed as it was one of our familys favourites.

Fantastic chicken and doner kebab. The meat was well cooked, flavourful and a generous portion. The cheesy chips could have done with a bit more cheese, but that’s my only complaint!

Ordered kebab meal But the Meat the salad and the pita bread all came separate I had to make the kebab myself So simple takeaway became I had to make it myself not what ad ordered I will not order again

Amazing experience. I accidentally sent a refund request. Due to me ordering multiple pizzas from different restaurants and one didn’t arrive but I selected the wrong restaurant .

Ordered from here yesterday on justeat, i ordered spicy chicken winds which want spicy at all, 4 lots of fries, a 12inch margarita pizza and a tray of salad, the food came freezing cold, the salad was old and everything had a taste of disinfectant, I rang the restaurant and explained the situation their reply was I'd send you another pizza i stated I didn't want another pizza and that I'd like the food collected and I'd like a refund, the man told me I'd have to contact justeat for a refund! I done this straight away to which justeat has stated I needed to send photo evidence in order to get a refund i replied to just eat stating i didn't think to take pictures because a picture can't show food being cold and having a taste of disinfectant to which they replied i can't have a refund! I am absolutely fuming as I'd spent over £26 on food that wasn't edible and I wasn't going to allow my children to eat food that tasted like disinfectant! I'd not want my kids getting sick! I will never ever order from this place ever again and I won't be using justeat ever again either!!!

Lovely food as always - the kebabs are sooo good. Had to drop stars though as we were missing an item off our order and had to ring up. It did come about 20 minutes later and was hot but always disappointing that youve already eaten the rest by then so it doesnt go cold.

Awful! I’ve always had good kebab here but was shocked. Had to play hunt the shish, the diner was inedible. Chicken barely. I asked for garlic sauce but I think it just got shown the bottle and the salad was in my opinion tired. SHOCKED, overpriced and shameful. What happened to you.

terrible food, we have ordered from here before and food has been ok, but this order was shocking all the meat was burnt, and well overcooked it was like it had been sitting there for a long time, and really salty, we threw the majority of food away as we couldn't eat it, we won't order from here again.

Still waiting on this order to arrive it was due at 8.30pm then 8.40pm. Finally received at 9.04pm only to discover that my large donner and chicken kebab that I ordered and paid the extra for is a regular size one instead this is twice now that this has happened and you did this to me on the order as well? That is going on. I want a refund off my last order that you did not acknowledge when I gave feedback for the difference I paid and this difference back on this order that I paid for please for the large kebab that I did not receive!!. It is the same size as my husband's which is the regular. Not happy!

The garlic bread with cheese was lovely the Donner kebab was nice and fresh to the hot wings lovely crispy the only thing i was dissapointed with was chips they were oily and wedges to and burnt

food was OK but the Milshake is just a yahoo bottle. Disappointing.

Asked for cooked onions on my wrap and they didn't give me any Doner wrap was cold And also the wraps aren't made very well they fall apart as if they weren't fresh

Donner meat like cardboard, was given hot chilli sauce instead of mild and after spending £35 didn’t even receive a complimentary garlic bread or drink. Very average food. Quick delivery though.

The food was lovely but I ordered a large chicken kebab as per below but I received a regular chicken kebab - I know this as it the container I received was exactly the same size as the doner kebab below which was for my husband. I think I should receive the £1 extra I paid as a voucher off my next order. Thanks Nicki Jones

Food was ok, sauce was just in one spot on the burger, so I had to spread it all around my self. Plus took over an hour, for two burgers.

called up as, food was late. Got told it was 5 mins away. Then when it still hadn't arrived after a further 15 mins, sent a text on the app, to be told it was only getting prepared, and hadn't even left the shop. Used to use Danny's quite a lot. Won't be ordering again, as the last couple of orders have been late, and the food isn't as good as it was
