This was our second visit it was much busier than the last time hence the slightly slower service. But we all had a great time

A delightful experience at Daniele Sicilian Restaurant in Farnham! From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed and felt instantly comfortable. The ambiance is charming and cosy, perfect for a relaxed evening out with friends or family. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely divine. The pizzas were simply banging, with a perfectly crisp crust and fresh. And the pasta!! Exceptional! Every bite was a true delight, full of flavour. Whether you’re a Farnham local or just visiting, Daniele’s is a must. Superb service, exquisite food, and an atmosphere that will have you planning your next visit before you even leave. Highly recommended!

Collection experience wasn’t great. Had to wait for over 15 mins for my food after the collection time and half my order was sat waiting on the side whilst another dish was cooked meaning the pizza was cold by the time I got home with it.

The food was amazing! The desserts were delicious and the service was great! The restaurant had a really nice atmosphere too. You should definitely check it out!

Lovely Italian restaurant with a decent menu. The service is excellent and the food is homely and tasty. We had a wide range of dishes and the monkfish special, pork ragu and the burrata starter special were lovely and would recommend. Also make sure you have space for some italian gelato.

19 adults and 4 children booked for 14.30 birthday meal. Staff were absolutely fabulous. Food was superb. Everything came out hot and on time. 100% highly recommended. I had just returned from a 2 week trip to Italy and actually felt like I was still there.

Every member of staff was very wecloming. The food was amazing, well cooked and soooooooo tasty. The best pasta dish we've ever had! Seabass Ragu with Pasta, Fennel and Capers. A real dining experience.

The food was just so amazing. We had pizza, sea bass pasta and bolognese. Pizza was exceptionally good, the dough was quite good. Sea bass pasta was full of flavour and so succulent.

Always have a great experience here. Lovely food and wine. Perfect friendly atmosphere. Service great, unlike GWR, but we had our train tickets refunded and the 3/4 hour walk was not too bad after the lovely lubrication at Daniele.

Came for dinner with a group of (loud) friends, we sat outside and had the loveliest evening! Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, as difficult as we were. Ana especially was lovely, she made the evening. Food was perfect, the restaurant is gorgeous - felt as if we were on holiday for the evening. Thank you!!

Start the order and it states 40 minute wait time. When processed it moves to 1hr30-40. Call the restaurant and met with a surley attitude of it’s not our fault it’s just eat and we are busy. You subscribe to Just eat so take some responsibility, i pay restaurant price for delivery…so congrats on your new over from Italy that patrons like me pay for !

I had Sunday lunch here with my son and his partner at an outdoor table in pleasant surroundings. I really enjoyed the risotto with butternut squash and gorgonzola, while the pizzas looked amazing. Portions were generous so we had no room for dessert. Service was friendly and efficient. It's advisable to book a table. Highly recommended!

Went to this restaurant last night 19/07/24 for my 50th birthday meal the atmosphere was lovely location is beautiful and the food was simply delicious had an amazing night and would definitely go back and highly recommend to others

Wonderful restaurant and yummy food. Service was a little slow when we wanted to get the dessert menu, but otherwise it was a beautiful setting. We felt like we were in Italy.

Absolutely incredible food. I'm currently at home trying to recreate the Pasta alla Norma that I had last night. I was so close to ordering a second plate but was talked out of it. Glad I saved room for the canollo though. There was high praise from everyone elses regarding they're meals too. (the picture is me cooking not the restaurant)

Great Italian restaurant Friendly service that catered for gluten free and food intolerances within our group. Food was excellent and not limited to pasta & pizza. Bit out of town which might put some people off but make the effort and you'll be rewarded.

Best Wood fire pizza is Farnham! The restaurant recently put in a new outdoor wood fire oven and omg the pizza is amazing, perfect sourdough crust, cheese , the sauce is amazing. Sanjib is lovely and apparently there is also a new chef in the restaurant.

What a fantastic day! Chef Daniele taught us how to make pasta. Excited to practice more when we get home! All dishes he made us were perfect 👌

We’ve been twice and it’s been great. Current plan is to work our way through the fantastic looking menu as we haven’t had a bad dish yet!

*First visit in quite some time. Waiter was great. Food tastes good but portions seemed much smaller than last time. Lost a food star and gained one for service. A nice relaxed evening. Thank you. **** Took my daughter here for birthday lunch. Pretty good. Service was a little shambolic but polite. Food was better than I had imagined it would be. That said the portions were a little small. All in all, we had a good time and will be back.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed an anniversary meal. We went on a Thursday evening and the restaurant was full. The service was excellent and the food delicious. It’s a lovely atmosphere and this is the most authentic Italian restaurant I have been to outside of Italy! We thoroughly recommend this restaurant, a local gem 😊

Great ambience, good food, and impressive wine list. However, like most restaurants in the UK, a little pricey.

It was one of the best foods I ever eat. We were table of 6 persons and we could not find not even one small thing to criticise. Everything was very tasty, well presented, and freshly cooked. Very nice staff as well . The only small inconvenience is the short opening time over the weekend.

Really nice meal. I had crab penne and Panna cotta. Hubby had pizza and chocolate torte. Would suggest booking as it was quite busy but food was still quick to arrive.

Went in for a light lunch pizza but it wasn't on the special board. So went for a pork dish off the special board (+£5). Was it good? Yes, great. Was it what I wanted? No. Was it my fault? Yes. Would I go again? Yes, but in the evening. Anything else? Quite small and dark max party size 6 I think. Very rich. Welcome to Italia.

Heard so many good things but was very disappointed. Greeted by a rude lady, no apology for having to wait 10 minutes for our table reservation. Service was slow and my meal was OK at best.

Das familiengeführte Lokal mit seinem übersichtlichen Außenbereich wirkt beim erstmaligen Betreten wie eine rustikale Trattoria und ich war froh zu sehen, dass die Inhaber bei der Innendekoration auf italienischen Touristenkitsch verzichtet haben. In Bezug auf den Menü-Zusatz 'Sizilianische Küche' war ich zunächst skeptisch, denn mit solchen PR-Tricks wird in vielen Gastronomiebetrieben ja gerne gearbeitet, aber mein Argwohn war spätestens nach dem 'primo piatto' absolut beseitigt. Hier steht wirklich ein authentischer Chef in der Küche - und zwar ein richtiger Maestro! Die perfekt heiss servierten 'Paccheri trapanese' schmeckten derart köstlich, dass sie am liebsten gleich noch einmal bestellt hätte und das zarte 'Agnello Balsamico' samt Beilagen war ein leckerer Traum. Dazu gesellten sich meine geliebten 'Cannoli siciliani' mit feiner Ricottafüllung und ein cremiger Espresso. Auch an den Weinen (weiss & rot) und dem flinken Service gab es nichts auszusetzen! Eine schöne kulinarische Entdeckung, die ich bald wieder aufsuchen werde. Complimenti e grazie ancora una volta per la piacevole serata! Un patito tedesco. 🌺

Recommended to us by our community Facebook site. Our first visit, but definitely not our last. It's very rare to find a restaurant with such attentive, friendly service, possibly family run. The temperature in the restaurant was spot on making it easy to relax with a glass of wine in the cosy and romantic atmosphere. Above all, the food was delicious and hot; there was no scrimping on the portion sizes either. Could not fault a thing. Also I love a restaurant that doesn't add on a service charge. But goes without saying a good tip was given. 👌🙏

We had such a lovely meal tonight for my sons birthday. I am gluten and dairy free and they took it in their stride and served me a delicious meal. The flavours were fantastic, beautifully cooked and service was brilliant.

We had a great meal, the staff were warm and welcoming and the food was great. The menu has a wide variety of Italian dishes available including Pizza. The Prawn arancini and crackling pork I had were delicious as I am told were the rest of our groups meals.

My first time here but it was absolutely amazing. The staff are very nice and welcoming. I had the beef arancini which was a very good portion size and tasted amazing. I ordered from the specials menu and chose the ragu di maialino rigatoni pork ragu with truffle and wild mushroom sauce. I can honestly say I have not had Sicilian food this good since my grandparents cooked for me a very long time ago. I had the tiramisu for desert which was also a very good portion size and was delicious. Prices were very reasonable. I will be going back.

So disappointing! Don’t expect to feel really special here. And the food is really not worth it. We eat at a lot of places in London and Devon so we know good food and good flavours and this is not it. But Daniele’s probably don’t care about this because they’re just really busy trying to squeeze in as many people through the door as they can. And if you need the loo - too bad! There’s only 1 in the whole place. So you better not be desperate! I took my parents for my Mum’s birthday. They were hugely excited. My dad is 80 and my mum is 76. This restaurant urgently need to sort out their ‘welcome’ situation Our table wasn’t ready and instead of having a nice place to wait and being offered a drink there was NOWHERE to stand without being in the way. It’s a small place and we were directed to move all the time - for 20 minutes hanging around with our winter coats on. A very grumpy waitress who told us to move said ‘that she did not make the reservations. No apology offered when we did finally get our table. No ‘let’s get you some drinks now’. Apparently they were really busy because someone had fainted. We didn’t see any evidence of that, which was strange because we had been watching all the proceedings whilst standing up for 20 minutes. A really bad start. The wine was not in stock. We had to chase up our drinks. My husbands IPA was ice cold and he had to put it on a radiator to warm up! The starters were lovely. My mum’s salmon pasta was really quite horrible, mushy and overwhelming in volume. This was removed from the bill. My cod wrapped in panchetta was underwhelming in flavour and dry. I asked for more sauce which I had to chase up. The men were really happy with steaks. But as my Dad says ‘that’s what I always order - it’s difficult for them to get that wrong!’. A wise man. The sorbet and ice cream were good. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. There are far better places locally where proper thought and care has been put into the whole dining experience.

We booked for a birthday celebration, a table of 10, on the recommendation of a friend. The service was spot on, the food amazing and the atmosphere perfect. A lunch to remember. We will be back!
